Well, we have enjoyed are holiday in lloret and the hotel was pretty good. The best part was how clean it was. The cleaners came in daily to replenish towels and make beds. My only gripe with the rooms are they are outdated and could do with a little tlc, our room the laminate flooring had gaps in which isnā€™t great for little fingers.
We travelled with two small children and when the cleaning staff saw we had a baby they were very quick in ensuring our room had a travel cot put in.
We paid for all inclusive so weā€™re very confused with the hotels system as they have ā€œgoldā€ and ā€œsilverā€ all inclusive bands which meant being given silver (when there wasnā€™t an option on booking) we were only entitled to certain drinks on the menu. Without paying extra.
There is plenty to do for the little ones accept at night.
They only put stuff on after the restaurant closes at 2100 which isnā€™t ideal when you have two small children and they are in bed before then.

The food was delicious and they did mix up somethings on each day, however the bases of the food (rice, pasta, paella, chips) was the same each time. They do have a little British section but tbh most the food there is what people would eat from England so there is nothing to worry about there. I think you just need to consider what your choosing for each of your meals.

Overall we had a great holiday. If we were to come back to lloret with the children then we would book here again.

We visited, my 11 year old and I for a week in July 22 and I struggle to find fault. The only reason for not giving 5* is due to having to put a towel down by 8am or you wouldn't get a lounger BUT there was ample space next to the kids pool on the Astro where most people would sit daily.
Room was big, spacious and clean. 2 TV's with BBC1/2, ITV, C4/5.
Food was good even for the more fussy vegetarians. Fresh pizza every few minutes, themed nights, freshly cooked meat/fish, salads, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, ice cream, the list goes on!
The pools were fab. Great slides for the kids (and adults) plus two other pools. They were exceptionally busy mind. Sun loungers were hard to come by but we were perfectly content on our Lilo's on the Astro.
The staff were very helpful, and spoke a multitude of languages including very good English. . (Hotel was mainly occupied by French and Spanish)
Evening entertainment looked packed, for smaller children - we didn't attend!
There is also a Lidl not 5 minutes walk from the hotel if you fancied some additional snacks!
The big waterpark is a few mins down the road although very hard to walk to. In July/August there is a free bus from the bus station about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Advise to book online (cheaper) and be prepared to queue 90mins for the inflatable rides (x2). The rest are pretty quick and great fun. Recommend taking a waterproof phone holder.
Beach is about a 10-15 min walk. It's not sandy, more very fine pebbles.
Will definitely visit again.

Although it may seem, the common areas of the 4 hotels are not at all overwhelming. Depending on which restaurant you have, the hours vary. The food can be the worst but the opinion is very personal. The dining room I had was large and had many very hard-working and friendly waiters (special mention to the lovely Rita). The pools are very good and the slide area is the one where there are the most people. The bars in swimming pools are a pleasure although they should control a little more about going around the pool with a full glass. It is 15 minutes walk from the beach and the leisure area. There is a pharmacy 5 minutes walk away and the health center 10 minutes walk away or 5 minutes by car. There are parking spaces around the hotel. The bars are very good and although there are several waiters, sometimes there is a line to order. The rooms are comfortable and complete. The air conditioning works too well and you have to be careful with your throat. The entertainment staff is charming and very active. Great "twins" Aida and David hahaha without forgetting Judith, Laia and the Dominican machine. Sometimes the time for an activity is short because so many people sign up for them, so please give them more tools as they deserve it. There are activities for children, teenagers and adults. Apart from that, there is also the mini club with other activities, primarily for the little ones.
All the staff in general are very friendly and professional. There is a very good point although they should improve it, which is putting paper on the loungers that are occupied but without people and the next time, they remove the things. The nightly shows are entertaining and well-rehearsed, although there are also outside shows.
Overall, very good experience.

We did 10 nights here 21st to 31st Aug, when booking via love holidays had no idea was 4 hotels sharing pool etcā€¦

Pools were lovely cant fault them only thing at fault is idiotic people in them with no respect for others.

Food in coral resturant was rarely ever hot unless it was the freshly cooked pizza or chips. My family would dish up and then microwave it - there 3 microwaves in there. Syrup often went on the 7up in there too. Food wasnt on point for me personally, if you have a fussy child like me they will live on chips.

Ive never been bitten on a holiday here i did lots as did others, my mother was stung badly by a wasp - no ones fault at all however when i answered a question on their fb page on wasps the customer relations guy & the die hard hotel fans more or less call you liars šŸ˜‚ do not join the pages if youre looking to book this hotel they arent all honest & hate people being negative.

Parasols are very tatty and not much use not your regular ones you can move around to get shaded.

You are best sitting up on terrace n walking to pools however please please keep footwear on the fake grass gets too hot and burns your feet.

Kids mini disco is just a repeat, loads of kids arent parented & run roit its not pleasant

Bar queues are ridicous at times unless you are spanish which means you can do as you please all over the hotel.

Walls are paper thin, many guests lack respect at night going back to rooms.

Personally for me a family room isnt a double bed n sofa bed theres not enough space to all navigate.

There are NO plug sockets to use in main room in suites its riduculous.

We as a family will not be returning.

Just returned very disappointed, i would not go here again. First week it was dead, approx 40 around the pool on a good day, barely any facilities open, then Locals started to arrive on the friday for a music and dance festival, they took over and the hotel opened up a another restaurant, we were refused entry into it so we complained and they let us in only to find better food. However once the festival ended the restaurant went back to offering the same poor cold food as the tui one. everyone was complaining about the temperature of the food and one guest had fish that was still solid in the middle and chicken raw. You cannot get tea or coffee in the restaurants at lunch and dinner...WHY NOT ?. Tables so close together in the Coral that you cannot eat without people bumping you or your table in the race for food. food was that bad we started eating out. the second week was feral, you could not get around the pool, large family groups running and making noise in the corridors, shouting, banging doors, the kids disco is supposed to start at 9pm but started when they felt like it, no advert boards telling you what was on, weather etc. the staff were helpful but overworked and not enough staff, long queues at the bars at night. Tui rooms are tight and basic so we upgraded to a suite but no plugs in the bedroom. socket fronts in lounge area kept falling off and socket loose. tv kept losing picture, internet very poor always dropping out. buildings in dire need of maintenance with render falling off, a roof panel near kids club due to drop off anytime, the outside of building needs cleaning. No daytime activities. reception just kept saying everything be better next week. plus side is the pools, well kept and great for kids but i have to say the coldest pools ive ever been in. i asked for a low floor and got put on top floor. i dont know who gave this hotel a 4* rating but it needs reviewing, ive stayed in better 3 star. I would not return to this hotel We had a better time outside the hotel than within the hotel.

Where do I start, after being let Down by JET2 holidays (pay and forget service), we feel this hotel is best suited for people who act like slobs and families who donā€™t care about their childrenā€™s safety..

We complained to our rep about some of the safety concerns and seems to me like it was passed onto death ears..

There are no lifeguards looking after the baby pool (even though there are three looking after the area with slides), there are several large patches of tiles missing in the baby pool where Iā€™ve seen kids with cut their feet, there are several large tiles loose in the outdoor soft play area (receipt for disaster), several surfaces around the pool are dangerous when wet and the there is no available water between certain times in the morning (even though I suggested having a water fountain near by).

The room we stayed in was not very kid friendly, The front door can easily be opened (even when locked), the hob switches are close to the front of the kitchen unit which makes it easy for kids to reach and turn on (no isolation switches) and the floors become very slippery when cleaned by the staff or wet..

If you donā€™t care about the environment or like living like a slob, book this hotel! It seems to me like there are a lot of individuals, couples and families who donā€™t care about cleanliness! I could attach hundreds s of pictures to demonstrate, but whatā€™s the point when one pictures shows it all!

Just returned from the Evenia very disappointed. We went with TUI and upon arrival found the TUI rooms are 2 beds pushed together for a family and very tight for space, I also requested a low floor as Iā€™m disabled. We decided the room was no good and asked to upgrade to a suite, again put on the top floor as rooms are allocated by floors depending on arrival day. The suites are dated and in dire need of tlc, laminate flooring which we found very slippery when returning from the pool or from the shower, plugs loose in wall and covers falling off, poor Wi-Fi and tv constantly loosing picture, only 1 plug socket in bedroom that had fridge plugged into it. However the main concern with this hotel is the food, same most days, Luke warm at best, we had to microwave meals for safety. Had raw uncooked fish and chicken and burgers still raw. We ended up eating outside hotel. The pools are nice and areas around well looked after, lifeguards are on the ball. Entertainment in day was non existent and poor at night, kids disco started anything from 9pm to 9:45. The outside of the building is dirty and falling apart, render falling off, roof by kids club is hanging and will fall before long, in dire need of maintenance. Staff friendly especially Pepe at pool bar. Pools are the coldest Iā€™ve ever been in and weā€™re a shock to the body. Restaurants are overcrowded and tables too close together, canā€™t eat without being bumped or nudged. Has 4 restaurants but they will only allow you to use one. Overall very disappointed and would not return. How itā€™s rated 4 star I will never know.

Just back after a weeks stay for half term. Was a bit apprehensive due to mixed reviews. The facilities here for children are amazing but no activities for the adults apart from aqua fit some days.

Food was hit and miss and definitely not 4*. Most days luke warm at best but you wouldn't go hungry.

Big hit was the ice cream van which included branded lollies and ice creams.

Whilst we were there there was a 5 day dance festival which we were not informed of. This made the accommodation from 3pm onwards outside and from the noise unbearable and unsuitable to stay with families especially. The amount of people at the top pool far exceeded the maximum amount of persons the sign next to the toilets stated it could hold. 100s of dancers dancing and swarming around the sun lounges and in the pool. Even would just sit on the sun loungers with our stuff on. These people were clearly given priority as many were paying for their drinks. Top pool bar even opened specially for them only so us all inclusive had to use other bars which would not be a problem if the dancers didn't also use them causing massive ques. The music could be heard even from the big pool and in our room.

Hotel also used by many school football teams which ran around the hotel causing mayhem on the slides, in the pools and causing chaos in the restaurants.

Staff on reception did not seem to know much e.g when the reps come, where to get a newspaper.

Life guards were brilliant and on ball

Pools were great when the dancers wasn't in them and rooms were large enough for 4 and great to have 2 tvs in each section and full English channels

If the food was improved and they kept it as a family friendly hotel due to the amazing facilities and not used for dance festival could be 4*

Very little positivity regarding the ā€˜suitesā€™ section of the hotel. Was not actually aware at the time of the booking that we were in that part of the hotel which was not suitable for a family of 5.

Main bedroom okay but the lounge/kitchen section was cramped with a pull out bunk bed requiring two of the children to share the lower bed.

Bathroom okay for a basic facility but only once during a 10 night stay were we provided with towels suitable for a teen/adult and that was only 1!! Luckily neither my daughter nor I are large people so could just about manage with the equivalent of a hand towel!

Initially put into Coral restaurant which was horrendously overcrowded. After a few days insisted on being moved to the other smaller restaurant which was better in terms of the numbers of people and space between tables.

Food was dire and very samey each day.
Meats were generally of a very poor quality, tough to eat and more often than not just fat and bones as well as generally barely warm.

Food in the outside eating area was unappealing (aside from the chicken escalopes).

Breakfast slightly better as offered freshly cooked pancakes which we all enjoyed and pastries. Had to hunt ā€˜normalā€™ milk most mornings for cereal and tea and had to hunt for normal tea bags too.

Pool area nice and large and we enjoyed being able to sit in an area away from the pools themselves. Plenty of sun beds although the shading available was disappointing with many of the umbrellas broken.

Entertainment was non existent during the day, canā€™t say I saw a single person from the animation team. The childrens disco was rammed and a very strange sideways layout. Was on far too late. Most hotels previously stayed at have had the childrens disco at around 8 with adult entertainment thereafter. 5yr old did however enjoy the couple of times he played in the kids club.

Around half way through our holiday a DJ turned up with what felt like hundreds of late teen to early 20 year olds. The music was incredibly loud and thumping and they took over large swathes of the outside area. At one point, one attendee sat across from myself, my partner and 5 yr old to roll a joint! He would likely have smoked this right next to us had my partner not told him to go away.

We were not made aware of this event happening and Iā€™m sure it wasnā€™t a surprise to the hotel so only made the holiday even worse than the accommodation and food already made it!

Not sure how this hotel complex managed to receive a 4* rating, must be a very old rating as Iā€™ve stayed at far superior lower * places.

As a final, would say that one of the reception staff was very polite and helpful when we spoke with Jim a number of times about various things. The two males on the bar in the main reception area were very good, even remembering the drinks we wanted as we approached the bar. Unfortunately forgot to make a note of their names.

If you are English, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, anything but Spanish!!! This hotel is not the place for you! It is fully catered for Spanish and my god they are rude! Entertainment, pool games, mini disco, shows all for Spanish and in Spanish!
Why this hotel is advertised for English god only knows why it shouldnā€™t be aloud! We came as a family of 9 with 3 small kids who are gutted not 1 friend was made and couldnā€™t participate in much because their language wasnā€™t spoken here and the animation team would just look through them if they tried to make conversation.
Whilst the hotel is clean the rooms are tiny and very out dated, youā€™re restricted to 1 restaurant out of the few that are in there and the food choice is very minimal and bad youā€™re better sticking to the snack bar for some chips!
The staff are rude and very short with you only 1 young girl named Anna who worked behind the bar managed to smile at us and have a few conversations she was lovely. The boy on towels didnā€™t realise I could understand some Spanish whilst he was talking about English people being aliens to his friends as we waited for him to swap our towels.
The pictures that are advertised on websites do the place justice because itā€™s tiny and very washed out looking! Itā€™s put me off ever coming back to Spain!
