At first glance this is a house. You will enter in their backyard and at the back is an apartelle with bigger rooms. They provided TV with cable channel, small refrigerator so you can store food items and electric kettle so you can prepare coffee and just need buy 3 in 1 coffee. Mug is also available. They have cold air conditioning units. The water is just so slow in the CR. They have small swimming pool with 5 inches deep. We swam from 8 pm till 10 pm.

Ich kam als Fremder in ein fremdes Land und an einen fremden Ort. Ich ging mit sehr vielen schönen Erinnerungen an Roxas City, die Flora und Fauna und an meine neuen Freunde. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, nach dem queren der Straße findet man eine Restaurantmeile und den Strand. Das Hotel ist für philippinische Verhältnisse sehr gut eingerichtet. Es entspricht voll dem europäischen Standart und die Preise sind für deutsche Touristen als moderat zu bezeichnen. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was Touristen benötigen. Aircon, Kühlschrank, TV sind vorhanden. Der deutsche Besitzer und seine philippinische Frau stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich war inzwischen bereits wieder dort und kann es gern empfehlen.

The place is nice but I think it's not fully furnished yet and I think the business is just starting out. They have around 5 rooms or so, a swimming pool, and a small part of the area where you can chill with friends and family. Me and my family stayed there for 3 days and the wonderful thing about staying there is that you can just walk to the beach because it's just right in front of the location. The swimming pool is very clean because it's being maintained for almost everyday. Toiletries are not included so you'll have to buy outside (the nearest is City Mall which is about a kilometer or so).
