The Roxas President's Inn is a "vintage" and charming hotel in the city center. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are named after Philippine Presidents and they have the nostalgic feel, they are also well maintained. We enjoyed so much their delicious Filipino breakfast and yummy pastries. We would not hesitate to stay here again even if there are newer hotels in Roxas.

Had a great stay at this property with my wife, kids and my dad. We all enjoyed the homey-feels of the hotel and grand staircase that lead up to the rooms. Our room was spacious and complete with all the necessary items inside plus a lazy boy which is a bonus! The staff are what makes our stay truly memorable. They are so friendly and nice. The two staff even went over and beyond when they washed the car we rented, after they found out that we needed to have it washed before returning it and that we didn't have enough time to bring it to the car wash establishment. Location of the hotel is great right next to the center of Roxas City. We really recommend this property if you are going to Roxas anytime soon.

I stayed here 2 nights and was quite happy here. The rooms are clean, the bed comfy. The staff were friendly enough and if I needed a trike a couple of times they helped me get one and a fair price. Breakfast was nice. The location is good but abit of roadworks going on outside. Internet is good. I'd reccomend.

The presidential suite we booked was anything but presidential: the only window in the room faces the next building's firewall (no sunlight comes in), the bedside lamps do not have outlets to plug in to (no night light), there's a massage chair that doesn't work, the air-conditioning unit was noisy, limited bathroom amenities (shampoo and soap, that's it), etc. There were no electric outlets around the beds so forget about charging your phone while in bed. The beds were very comfortable though.

The staff are generally nice if you talk to them in the local dialect. But most of them don't seem knowledgeable about the services that they offer, and generally lack the hospitable disposition that Ilonggos are well-known for. The souvenir shop offered interesting items, but the person in charge of the shop had no answers to our questions.

The location is the one thing that gives this hotel major props, being right at the very center of the city proper. Most interesting spots are 1 to 2 blocks away, and most of the rest are just a tricycle ride away. The city center lights up at night, so be sure to walk around especially across the old bridge in front of the cathedral.

The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable with an old world feel, and the food is very good indeed. The location is very central, being just off the main square. The comfort of the beds is excellent.
The only downside is the noise. The noise from the street permeates through the room and I needed to buy ear plugs to get some sleep. Double glazing would help a lot.

While we were in Roxas City this past January we stayed at the President's Inn. In addition to the price being very economical, we had excellent service. The food was delicious. The decor and detail of the hotel was exquisite. It was really beautiful. I love the built-in shelf up the stairway. We are going to Roxas City again this upcomming January and the President's Inn is where we will stay. My mother-in-law is coming with us and I can't wait to show her the details of this hotel.

I can’t say enough good things about the Presidents Inn in Roxas. The good news starts in the lobby with BEAUTIFUL antiques that make the hotel unique, different from the standard “modern” hotels of this world that all look/feel alike and it’s impossible to tell where in the world you are.
The good news extends to the rooms: huge and again BEAUTIFULLY decorated with a few antiques, but mostly just fabrics and paint that blends together. The beds are HUGE and ever to soft with lovely pillows. The feel of the room is welcoming and comfortable. I have lived in many five star hotels that aspired to this feel, but fell way short of the President’s Inn.

This hotel is located at the heart of Roxas City, near the government offices, hospitals, banks - ideal for a business trip. The rooms are okay - clean, comfortable mattress & pillows (I appreciate that I had five pillows all to myself in my suite room =) ). The suite room with a matrimonial bed goes for only P1500/night. The room has cable tv, a personal ref, a lazyboy (doesn't work though). There is wifi access at the lobby for hotel guests. All in all, a very reasonable, comfortable hotel room at the heart of Roxas City.
