Hotel rooms are at the 3rd floor & no building elevator so the walk up would be tiring for people like us who are not use to working out. There is a lobby guard but did not offer to help us with our luggage. Front desk staff if quite helpful the front desk area itself needs a lot of work. The hotel location is good for our purposes as we only need a room for 7 hours before our trip to Gigantes island. this is about 2kms from RXS airport & tricycle fee is around PHP100.00. Close to Gaisano & City Mall & just a P15.00 worth of tricycle fee to the Baybay/People's Park. Ok for short stay & for people who don't have much baggage (literally & figuratively!!). Ground floor is the famous Novo store that sells cheap shirts & other merchandise that is low quality. There was also a cockroach in our bathroom & internet is intermittent so we have to use our phone data instead.

Great location! Few minutes walk to the left side, you'll be at the Panublion museum, Roxas City Bandstand and Bridge. To the right of the hotel is the City Mall and some restaurants/bar. The room is clean as well as the restroom. The TV is small and every time I turn it off and on the picture is gone. I have to call the reception to fix it.

I have been staying in this hotel every time I get to visit Roxas, ever since November 2014.. It is conveniently located near malls, a hospital, a school, a bank and the airport. The rooms are always clean, the hot and cold shower is always working. Even for a deluxe room, you get a very spacious room. They don't have a restaurant though, but they offer snacks in the reception area. They also don't have an elevator, but the rooms are on the third floor only, so it is not that a big deal. The staff are very friendly, as well.

Recommended place to stay due to location which is near Baybay where you can have sumptous seafood meals, the malls and downtown where you can easily tour the city. They have friendly staff, wifi access, clean big rooms and beds and of course budget friendly. If you are a backpacker and would want an overnight or two stay in Roxas City, this is the hotel for you.
