We stayed here last November 18-21, 2015. We had some last minute change in our bookings but they were able to accommodate us with our request and had us transferred to our original room the following day to suit our number. The superior room is spacious and maintained clean by efficient staff. Meals are 'happily' served always. The place is just across the bay area where you can enjoy fresh seafood prepared the way you want it and after dining, sea are at night is so refreshing for the tired muscles after your trips from the city and nearby tourist spots.

Last September 2015 we celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday. It was a nice experience, we had the chance to meet one of their most accommodating and very reliable staff Ms. DIANE JANE DELFIN. Their uncrowded and comfortable space, delightful and splendid scenery of nature plus the positive attitudes of their staff will surely make your stay there an experience to look back.

THE GOOD 1. Nice-looking swimming pool 2. Lake-view breakfast buffet 3. Spacious comfort room and with spray bidet (at least in the superior room) 4. No issue if you check in early as long as there is a vacancy (in at least 3 hotels in tacloban city before Yolanda, they will charge you for a whole day's rate if you check in early) 5. Near the beach 6. Free transport from hotel to airport and vv 7. Unlimited Talaba (Oyster) at P99 just across the road The rooms for improvements 1. No Slippers - rooms are not provided with the usual disposable slippers. I would suggest, if management will read this, that reusable rubber flip-flops be provided for every guest. 2. We found this to be an excellent hotel the staff all around the complex were friendly and helpful especially Gerard at breakfast he was so helpful he went that extra mile,the rooms and amenities are good and the surrounding area is great to explore,all in all a good hotel for the price

A few month ago I had an unfortunate experience with San Antonio resort which I documented here in TripAdvisor. The management promised us a much better experience with the improvements they have put in place after that incident. We went and tried the service again. I was impressed with their customer service. They were very keen on erasing that negative experience we had. The room we got this time was clean and complete with the standard amenities. The room near the lake costs around P2800 per night and an extra person with buffet breakfast is P600. The swimming pool is clean and enjoyable especially in the early hours like 7:30am. My friends and I owned it that morning! After swimming it was a delight to discover the buffet. Delicious "danggit" and sausages. …

We stayed at San Antonio for 5 nights and found it to be a very nice resort. The pool is the best we have ever come across! The superior room we had booked for our family of four was very small compared to how it looked in the photos, but on asking at the front desk, we were easily moved to a bigger family room. The room was very roomy with a lovely bathroom. We had some problems regarding service times at the pool bar/food area, but once brought to managements attention, were rectified immediately and continued to be very good. The resort provided a western breakfast for us which was much appreciated. Good location and an easy tricycle ride to the shopping centres. We will stay again. The mango shakes are the best I've encountered!!

I stayed last week of september at the dlx room, relaxing yung place and the room was simple and the staff were so nice esp.the reception on duty that nyt nung lumabas ako around 11pm. She's so jolly and ang sarap kausap although shes not so familiar with roxas city. I was so shocked when I arrived at 1am in the morning from the city, grandvil to be exact. i had noticed that the on duty guard at f.o was already asleep while the front office cleak was awake and greeted me nicely and gave my key. It seems like baliktad, wat if my masamang loob na pumasok s lobby? How can a f.o staff girl defend her self? Kasi tulog ang guard nya.. ni hindi na notice ang paglabas pasok ko..Is the management know this?

I am no less than excited to write a review for San Antonio Resort. Being a first timer in Roxas, Capiz, I had very little expectations because of the rural life. But when I arrived, things began to change. I was picked up by the resort from the airport, with a sign bearing my name. Which is kinda cool and VIP like. It was a 5 minute drive to the resort from the airport. Let's start with the things i least liked. Room - i was given a small room, and if i may reiterate, a small room. Did you hear me right? a small room. Like bed, tv, bathroom, and that's it. claustrophobic people will definitely be scared to paralysis. Comfortable stay with Filipino breakfast. Pool area is tranquil and relaxing however at dusk be prepared for the mosquitoes. I can't remember what the dish is called but it looked like a roasted pork knuckle served with crispy crackle. Whatever it's called, it's a must try! Best in Roxas City.
