Fantastic hotel for Business or pleasure. In a quiet part of Rockingham. Opposite Memorial park. Plenty of parking in and around complex. The Reception staff excellent as well as housekeeping service and attention to detail beyond expectations The one bedroom Apartment exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and comfortability. The bath/ shower combination an added bonus. We enjoyed the balcony on a warm night and listening to the birds chirping early morning. A very good eashing machine and Dryer for heavy clothes. Unfortunately there was no clothes airer in the room. I purchased one from Bunnings for $6 and it helped immensely as some of my clothes cannot be put in a dryer. The airer allowed me the freedom to go about my day without having to listen to the Tumble Dryer churning the electricity. There is a swimming pool and I used it once but it's definitely not as nice as the hotel photograph. Ideal for adults with small children. Overall a fabulous stay and cannot wait to return. The only Downside is having to leave such a nice place. Thank you!!!

Well , had a short stay ( 2 nights ) for new years eve....rooms are very clean and tidy. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was fully self contained, stove , oven , dishwasher, washing machine and dryer , could not fault the room , the pool is not that large and is indoors but again clean and well maitained . Nice place to stay with a average price tag

The Quest hotel is located at the centre of the town which a convenient distance for work travel to Garden Island. The room is spacious, clean, and have multi channel TV. Got no sleep due to a knocking noise in the room, as Quest Rockingham does not have 24 hr reception did not know you could still ring someone and get moved (advised next morning), was so annoyed having no sleep, especially when I had an important day ahead of me. All was not lost though I was given a 15% off voucher for next time - straight in the bin. Also when questioning why a 60 year old woman staying on her own is charged $200 not to trash the room, was advised "we are a 4.5 star hotel, all 4.5 hotels charge this these days", surprisingly I stay in them all around the world and have never been charged it so that insult did not work. I fill in the requested survey 3 weeks ago and requested to be contacted, no contact, hence no care. The room looked nice, location good, but I don't pay $200 for no sleep, I would have thought a 4.5 star hotel would have taken more care, alas no!

Stayed here for an overnighter as there wasn't many other options available in Rockingham. Parking was great and included, was an extra $5 for the security but well worth it compared to Perth hotel prices! Simple yet very clean studio room with a huge king-size bed, adequate for my 8 year old and me. Fantastic shower and very comfortable bed but pillows were very flat even with 2 each! Had a kitchen amenities with microwave, fridge, sink etc... very helpful when wanting an early exit to heat something and go! Had a nice pool but unfortunately for us we didn't have the time to use it as we had to check put early and got there later Great walking to distance to the main restaurant strip and had a fantastic meal at Rustico! Did, however got woken up early-ish from a baby next door as our room was a connecting one with a door separating the rooms. No big deal as we were getting up early, anyway Not many choices for hotels around Rockingham hence it was quite pricey for an overnighter stay

Fantastic. Would recommend it to anyone..Had a friend staying at another hotel but when he visited us in our room was really impressed and said he us gonna treat himself to a couple nights there .We had a different Room the day before as my family had got us one as a wedding present . I had already booked our one bedroom apartment for our wedding night but my family couldn't get the same room for us as i had booked. So anyway that was ok. The staff were fantastic when we went to our wedding on the Sunday they moved all our suitcases and other gear to our new room so we didn't have to take everything to our car and take it all to our new room after our wedding .. Location was fantastic as we could walk to the foreshore at rockingham and also we had our reception at a Chinese restaurant nearby. Was so perfect.

Lovely Apartments, friendly staff and a top place to stay. Carparking is convenient and secure, the Housekeeping regime is excellent, and overall it is the place to stay when conducting work in the Rockingham area. Thank you all again for making the three weeks enjoyable.

The hotel. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly reception staff and check in was a breeze. Being local they were a wealth of knowledge when it came to asking for a recommendation for a good restaurant or advice on places to go. Our room was clean and well laid out with small galley style kitchen. The housekeeping staff we met were extremely friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job servicing the room. There's secure parking onsite with plenty of spaces. Having a fully equipped laundry downstairs was great and the pool was a bonus. The location. Well located near the main beach (maybe 200mtrs at the most) was great. There were also so many good restaurants in the area we were spoilt for choice. If that doesn't fit with your style or budget they is also a supermarket in walking distance (maybe 300mtrs away) and a major shopping centre about a 5 min drive away. This is a hotel that we would be happy to visit again in the future.

This was a spur of the moment decision to travel to Rockingham for the weekend. On making the booking over the phone Jasmar was very patient and imformative and booked our room and offered information without problems. She had a very good phone manner but unforuntatley wasn't on duty when we where staying there but Sarah on the desk continued the hospitiality side of our stay and we where very comfortable with checkin and checkout. The rooms where spacious and clean. The location was of walking distance to restaurants and the coastal strip and short drive to shops. Very pleasant atmosphere and was a pleasant stay. Thankyou
