I was in Saratoga Springs for a conference and the Hilton was booked. The Inn was very affordable and looked nice. The stay went well, the room was large and kept pleasantly warm during a week of off and on snow. The bathroom is modern but the rest of the room was dated/charming depending on your preference. I like older properties and found it delightful. The water pressure is stellar. I was able to walk to and from my conference every day without an issue. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and the Inn has a nice place on site.

The Inn is wonderful…we have stayed there several times and it is consistently wonderful…from antique style beds, large room, twin sitting chairs, music in the bar each night, and a great restaurant. They are located at the end of Main Street, across from a large park. There are numerous shops and places to eat within walking distance, as well as several museums. We go at least once per year…but only in their off season. During the horse racing season their prices more than double. So go in their off season and enjoy the Inn and all of Saratoga.

I love this old hotel. It was wonderful to support a local business rather than a chain. If you can, take the plunge and choose locally-owned! Our room, as well as their sitting area and bar have interesting furnishings. You can feel the difference from a cookie-cutter hotel. The people were welcoming. Our room immaculate. The breakfast (we paid extra for it) was delicious.

Well….. it was an experience for sure. The rooms are old and not updated, bathrooms are ok, lounge area is nice and has music, outside front porch is nice but on busy street, parking convenient and close to downtown shops and bistros. This hotel is old and spooky, Will not go there again , stay at the Hampton Inn downtown and pay the extra cost.

Lovely, historic inn - wonderfully restored. Antique furniture everywhere. Our room was quiet, large - with a very high 4-poster bed and a modern bath. Our mid-week visit was quiet and not crowded. Dinner was well-presented and food was good. The staff was unfailingly helpful and friendly. Parking was easy as hotel was not fully booked.

We stayed overnite during our recent autumn foliage tour. Pretty historic place I imagine but it requires some attention. Bathroom door did not close and bed makes squeaky noise for every little move. Check-in lady wasn’t terribly welcoming and breakfast was so so.(perhaps in line with 10 dollar price tag…) Yes it was a 180 years old inn but you can do better with a little more loving touch.

Stayed in one of the cottages, and definitely would not recommend it, especially for the price. The interior decor was quite run-down including worn, wrinkled carpeting that was wet in one corner. The interior furnishings were extremely dated and looked like they hadn't been replaced since at least the 80's. The exterior was in need of some serious TLC. Perhaps they were going for old world charm, but it came across more as unmaintained and seedy.

This place was absolutely adorable. We stayed in the Brownell cottage which is behind the Inn. So decorative and clean! Loved everything about it. Plenty of free parking on property. Staff is super friendly. They have a restaurant/bar on property. The singer /guitarist on Thursday night was FANTASTIC!!! The bartender was fast and efficient! Can’t wait to go back again!!

Quaint hotel within easy walking distance of park and downtown. Brett at front desk a wealth of local knowledge. Breakfast is excellent she includes some homemade dishes and is very reasonable. Close to race track and all the restaurants. Can’t wait to return.
