Hotel is in a great location a few steps from Broadway. The hotel was exceptionally clean and rooms were spacious. The included breakfast was basic, but sufficient. We only stayed for one night at the end of our trip, but have absolutely no complaints at all.

Hotel's Favorite
We really enjoyed our stay! The room was awesome, roomy, comfortable bed, clean, etc. We received excellent service, any time we needed something they helped us. The breakfast was very good. They had their first evening social in 3 yrs, it was very nice. They had wings, meatballs, chocolate covered fruit, etc. I overheard the chief talk about what he planned on making for future events, it all sounded very good. The hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants & stores.

My wife stayed here twice for 1 night each, on the way upstate to the eclipse and back. We stayed in a King room with a wet bar both times. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was beautifully renovated with lots of thoughtful touches like toilet in a separate room from the sink and plentiful USB charging ports for our devices. TV looks brand new, on a movable mount, and we plugged our Roku into it which was great. Staff was professional and helpful. Front desk staff remembered our preferences the 2nd stay, and the chef helped me cook a perfect waffle at the delicious breakfast buffet. Renovations are almost complete, pool was available, but sadly there is no longer a hot tub. A few construction workers here and there applying finishing touches during the day but didn't bother us. Lobby and breakfast room look gorgeous. Downsides: Heating in the room was on the noisy side, we had to turn it off to sleep, but it being April it wasn't strictly needed. Also, the mini fridge in the room didn't feel cold, so we supplemented it with some ice in a ziplock bag. Overall, very good.

Hotel would NOT refund my money. I accidentally booked a non-refundable room. Called within 10 minutes to explain my mistake and they would not help me and my room was cancelled and they kept my money. I'll go to marriott next time! Never again Hamption!

I had the opportunity for the first time to stay at this property. The properties very nice. It is definitely a good location very clean. However, I had a bad experience I checked into my room went to sleep approximately 3 o’clock in the morning someone checked in right next-door to me. They were loud they were noisy they were rowdy. I called the front desk at 3:00am they refused to do anything about it so there went my sleepless night, so just for you people that want to stay in this place be prepared if you get a neighbor right next-door to you the walls are thin and there’s nothing the hotel would do for you to remedy the situation the front desk they just refused to do anything about it since they said I booked it with a third-party I believe that’s totally unreasonable. It’s like buying something in the store it’s damaged you take it back and they refuse to get your money back . as you can imagine i was furious ruined my weekend vacation!

We did a quick overnight with our two children (both under 6) on our way to visit family in PA. The hotel was clean and bright and our room was incredibly quiet and spacious. The location was perfect - within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Best of all was Amy at the front desk who elevated our experience by going above and beyond to greet and be kind to our children who were a bit intimidated by some construction noise. She checked in with us later on the way to the pool and brought smiles to their faces for a second time. Breakfast was delicious and we felt very elegant in the spacious dining area. We’d definitely look forward to staying here again.

The team here at Hampton in Saratoga is nothing short of 5-star. This is by far the nicest Hampton I have stayed in, and some of the best customer service experience I have ever received at a hotel. Amy is an amazing manager and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Cassandra, Sydney and Ben all played a pivotal part in an enjoyable, clean, helpful hotel experience. 10/10 for the Hampton in!

I seldom write a review of a place I've already reviewed. I'll make an exception in this case. If you want to see how I felt in 2020 (5 stars) check out my earlier review. I promised then that when we attend the Dance Flurry every February, we would never again stay anywhere but the Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Saratoga Springs. We have kept that promise. First, I like to joke that a hotel that has cookies in the lobby automatically gets 5 stars. Well, this particular choice of cookies included (hold on to your hats) scones. That's right, anyone can put out chocolate chip cookies, but where else will you find scones at 4:00 after a long drive? Parking is attached to the hotel and very convenient. The hotel is under renovation, and we stayed in a room that had been completely overhauled. Spacious as before, but new beds, new carpeting, new furniture, a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, plenty of storage, a spacious and well appointed bathroom and shower. It doesn't get better. If it's even possible, there are more plugs than there were last time! The breakfast was as I remember it, memorable. This time there were grits the first morning. I *love* grits. I added just about every fixin' to the mix and came up with a breakfast for champions (we needed sustenance in order to dance for 10 hours across the street). And the breakfast rotated every day. There was even a menu posted at the front counter so you could plan what you were going to gorge on the following morning. The pool once again served us well, as we could do our usual morning laps. Finally, and most importantly, the staff. They could not possibly have been more helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Amy, Savannah, Cassandra, and Maura. This hotel is a very special place. Next time you are in Saratoga Springs, give it a try. You will be very happy you did.

We were up on the renovated fifth floor, and the room was spacious and comfortable (and clean). There was a couch and a chair, and I told management that adding a coffee table and reading light would be good. Plenty of storage space with a desk/dresser combo, and lots of natural light. Staff was super, both at the desk and at breakfast area. Nice big breakfast area, and the selections were decent. Parking $12/day in their own garage. Location is great for downtown activities.
