We are a family of 4 and this was the first time we did all inclusive as a whole family. We loved the hotel from the moment we stepped in. The staff at reception were very welcoming and despite us arriving late at night (1am) we could still get some food from the night buffet. We stayed in a family room, which has 2 separate bedrooms, a nice size bathroom and a nice and powerful shower. The view from our room was not great as overlooking the inside hotel but the beds were really comfortable and both rooms had a very much needed air conditioning. The food in the restaurant is nice and can get a varied selection, however, after 2 weeks of all inclusive, it can be a bit samey, but I guess this would be everywhere else. The hotel has 3 a la carte restaurants which can be booked, we tried the Italian restaurant and the steak was absolutely delicious. The pizza is also nice and the pasta is OK. The only advice, if there is someone with any allergies in the family, make sure you tell them at the guest relation on your arrival and not only at reception. My daughter has nut allergy and she was given a different colour bracelet from us. However, there is no control on what gets ordered depending on the colour of the bracelet and there are nuts avaliable in the buffet area. We were not sure what she could eat, especially deserts as they look delicious but could be made with nuts. We raised our concerns with guess relations and the manager, Ferit, was ever so helpful. He wrote a message in Turkish for us which we could carry around everywhere to say that she has nut allergy and he gave us his phone number so we could send him pictures of what she wanted and check with him whether it was safe for her to eat. He went over and beyond and introduced us to the head chef and gave her special deserts from the patisserie. The staff in the kitchen and in the bars are so friendly and helpful. We also hired a car from car rental booth in the hotel and Mehmet was so helpful, giving us advises as to where to go and good deals on car hire. He also speaks English really well and he is funny.

Hello, First, I would like to note that the hotel is a family-run performance hotel.
Like other hotels in the area, the hotel features 4-block renovated, spotlessly clean, and spacious rooms stretching right at sea. It has a small space for hotel use. This gives you ease of transportation. The pool pictures are too small to see. Kids slides are good for children under 11 and enough adults are good for them. The sea was winding for 6 days after 3 or 4 quiet mornings. Only one day was hard, despite 36 degrees. The water deepens rapidly, and those who don’t know how to swim are spoiled. The sea is immaculately clean, the coastline is pebbly, and there’s a sandy shore steps after the rocky. The pool is clean at the end of the day because it’s close to the sea, but sea sands are rarely visible on the dip surface. The visual that they want to see.
Snacks are served to the table at the à la carte restaurant and in immense beauty. Those interested can also grab self-service snacks. There are gelaterias and snacks available. Meat, fish, chicken, and turkey are available for each meal. Snack only includes chicken. There’s always other products in the evening grill, other than meat. In short, the food is delicious and can be considered above performance. There’s always an ice cream on dinner. The desserts are good, but the taste can vary.
The evening entertainment is great, keeping up with high-end hotels. But the half-hour gap between a child showu and an adult showu should be removed.
The employees are attentive and friendly.
The entrance lobby is great downstairs lobby with small views
Negatively, the half-hour downtime for evening entertainment, the aqua park’s closure at 4 p.m., is in the ultra-HD concept, and a 2.5 hour food downtime between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. is ridiculous to me. Main food service is slow. No parking available.
As I mentioned at the beginning, the price performance is a family hotel where you can never worry about and have a lot of fun and fun. I should come back, I will come home.

For starters, we had two rooms booked-- two adults, a six-year-old child and an infant, and a room per adult. As soon as they arrived (around 12.00) immediately issued a room for one, and the family was asked to wait. We put on bracelets and we went to the beach - wonderful, the place under the canopy was enough for everyone. going into the sea - almost immediately deep (2-3 meters from the shore you can still swim with the children, and no longer stands) the sea was clear, often there were waves. Restaurant - everything is very delicious, varied: there was beef and lamb in the form of kebabs, turkey, chicken, steamed and fried fish, liver, barbecues, gave quail, fruit and vegetables for breakfast/lunch/dinner, sweets varied and delicious. Bar: had a beer/gin/b/a cocktails-- of that, everything's great. The wine didn't like it. Rooms: Family 2 separate rooms - noise insulation for 5+, large bathroom - safe, min bar free. A crib was provided for the baby. Cleaned up daily. The evening animation is interesting enough. The continent is 90% European, 10% Russian. In the evening, there's not much to go to - just a small bazaar and a pharmacy. There's no promenade in the village. To sum up - we really enjoyed it all, a good holiday for families with children and the elderly.

I will never come here again and will not recommend it to anyone!! The hotel is definitely not 5 stars, a budget 4. From the very beginning there were some problems: when you checked into the room, the floor was very dirty, there was only 1 pair of slippers. It turns out that one of us had to walk barefoot on dirty tiles. There are no dressing gowns in the room, no iron (the service is paid), the shower cabin is the same name, everything pours onto the floor and, as a result, everything is wet The next day, without exaggeration, they called the reception 4 times to bring us slippers and toothbrushes. 4 times!! The staff is in no hurry at all, they let everything pass by. We only waited until evening Ice pool, impossible to swim. The air temperature heated up to 30 degrees, but because of the cold water you won’t be able to stay for long The location of the hotel is also unfortunate, there is nothing nearby except the market, but keep in mind that there are very arrogant sellers there who deceive at every turn Pros: delicious food and excellent work of bartenders and waiters Now to the most important disadvantage: we had to check out on May 20 at 16:30. Our tour operator said that we had a late check-out and we were leisurely spending our last day. We arrived from the sea at 12 o'clock in the afternoon and they told us that we should immediately check out, because we already need to clean the room and move others in. What should we do?? They just threw us out, we immediately started packing our things and then sat in the lobby for 5 hours! We explained that we shouldn’t check out so early, the staff didn’t answer anything, they pretended they were talking on the phone I will leave a review in several other sources so that others know where they are going

The hotel itself is very good, beautiful interior. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the food here is also very tasty, everyone will find something they like. The sea is within walking distance! Entertainment takes place every evening, discos and shows 🪩 The bartenders and waiters are great, they do their job well 💯
But, unfortunately, there are disadvantages that spoiled our vacation: First of all, the ice-cold pool! It is impossible to swim in it; if you stay in the water for more than 20 minutes, you can get sick. I don't understand what's wrong. The weather is beautiful outside, 29 degrees, I really want to swim, but it’s just impossible to go in. I personally heard many people complaining about the water in the pool and that children could not swim. We called the reception and found out what the problem was, but the staff didn’t know. The sea is cool, but we were ready for this, because in May the water had not yet warmed up.
Secondly, a strange employee, a Russian-speaking woman working in a spa or issuing towels, is unclear She doesn’t know how to behave with hotel guests, my husband and I came to get towels, for some reason she started scolding us in an orderly tone! What right does she even have? Who does she think she is 🤷🏼♀️ Maybe there is such a biased attitude towards us, because twice she talked to us as if we were little stupid children The hotel management should pay attention, as it is these employees who spoil the entire impression of the hotel. Thirdly, keep in mind that there is no iron in the room; this is a paid service here. In order to iron 2 dresses, we would have to pay almost 2000 rubles

We vacationed at Aydinbey Famous Resort from October 12 to October 19, 2023 as a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 10 years. We've been to Turkey 8 times. We always rested only in fives in Belek, in different first-line hotels. It's about an hour's drive from the airport to the hotel. This time we chose the Bogaskent District. We were checked in immediately upon arrival at 10 a.m. in the Main Building. For which we are very grateful. First line, 2 minutes walk to the sea. The pools are not cold yet, you could swim in October this year. The territory is small, compact, everything you need for a good holiday is there. The food is varied, meat: chicken, turkey, beef, fish, stewed, baked, fried. Garnish: potatoes, rice, stewed vegetables. Vegetables, fruits, cheeses, yoghurts, herbs, sweets are excellent as always. There was sushi, delicious, and an evening of Turkish cuisine. There is a separate cafe with cakes. Ice cream both on the beach and in the restaurant. Beach towels are issued by cards, but from 8.30 to 12.00, then they only accept them for washing, they give cards. Not very comfortable. We dried our towels on the balcony. They changed them to clean ones in the morning. Cleaning is excellent every day. They chewed tea for the maids. Everything else is great, no questions asked. We had a good rest. Markets selling goods are a 10-minute walk away. Which made us very happy. I didn't have to travel far to get gifts. We will be happy to come back here again on our next vacation. For those who need a luxury hotel, I think it is possible to look for more expensive options. So that there are no disappointments and bad reviews for this hotel. You need to come to your vacation with a positive attitude!

Don’t waste your money, this hotel needs to be re-rated, definitely more a 2*/3* hotel.
I’ll start with the plus: Hotel SPA and staff were great and the massages received were worth the money.
However the true holiday and hotel negatives that actually would make me think twice about going turkey again and i’ve been 10+ times.
- first on arrival, hotel logo missing letters of the sign on arrival, which then follows the lack of maintenance throughout, hotel carpets leading to the room were coming up, frayed with food pieces on the floor across multiple days. - the room, the floor strip between the small hallway and main room (picture attached was actually half coming off) i have a crawling 1 year old which makes this even more dangerous, the cleaner would of spotted but i had to report to reception, who didn’t seem shocked and said they’ll send maintenance, zero apology. - the room aircon - is situated above the door in the main room, and so is the control board, which for anyone below 6ft is hard to change/control! - the room was cleaned on a morning (by cleaned) sheets put back on bed, towels added - no thorough cleaning, but if you do visit use the safe, on the day the cleaner had been in, i returned to find two cleaners in the room in the afternoon! - the main restaurant (of which was the same food everyday!!) was littered with flies landing on the food throughout, and again chairs with stains, chips, materials coming away.
- the worst of all, zero health and safety, allowing other adults to take their babies in the pool in nappies and pull ups, which ended up in the pool being shut twice due to faeces in the pool (which was scooped out) and zero extra floor or pool cleaning above and beyond. 🤮🤮🤮 (picture of attached of 1/2 times the pool was closed to scoop human poo out of the pool!)
On return from this hotel i had to take my little girl to the hospital who had picked up a viral infection from the hotel, a water born pool virus!!!!

I can say that it is the hotel that does its job the best among the hotels of different standards I have visited so far. Considering that my 4.5-year-old child and my 65-year-old mother are with us, it is a hotel that will please everyone from 7 to 77. First of all, despite the economic crisis, the food is delicious and the variety is enormous. Their chefs are very polite and attentive (we will not forget the meat bread sent to our table by the chef we chatted with). Entertainment manager Mr. Sergen was very polite, entertaining and talented. I've been to so many all-inclusive hotels, I've never found myself on stage playing Ankara style or performing karaoke, this comes from sincerity (. The mini club activities area is very sufficient. How can the bartenders and men at the pool bar work so cheerfully and willingly in that heat, I appreciate it The efforts of the customer relations personnel we encountered on the floors to ask about our well-being and to correct the deficiencies are undeniable. Room services cleaned the rooms with the same meticulousness every day, without even half an hour's delay. They took great care of my little son and did their job with great care. The company's control and communication skills are good enough to bring a plasterer and a master to make the road smooth the day after a guest slipped due to a broken tile. From now on, we will always go to AydınBey hotels until we find a better one. Duygu Hanım, who gave us endless support from the headquarters during the reservation process. Thank you very much too.

We stayed in room 4001 with my family in August. All staff at the hotel's reception, room cleaning, restaurant bars and field were very courteous and problem-solving. The hotel has a great team. The rooms, the garden and the entire field were being cleaned every minute. The food and drinks were very successful. The location of the hotel is very convenient and it is easy to reach everywhere (pool, beach, restaurants, bars). Their pool was enough for me. The sea is a little pebbly, I recommend you bring sea shoes. The animations, evening entertainment and competitions were also very successful. I especially congratulate the hotel's F&B and housekeeping departments for their determination and meticulousness.

Recently returned from a fabulous stay at Aydinbey Famous resort. Extremely pleased with the staff and the stay. Location is perfect with easy access to the beach. Resort pools are nice and pool benches were adequate even during busy times. We checked in at 11pm and could see so many children just running around freely in the night and that was enough proof for a family friendly resort for us. There is a late night buffet which is decent enough for a buffet at 11pm. Breakfast buffet for good. We had dietary restrictions and initially struggled to communicate with dinning room staff. We then met Mr Ferit, guest relations. He is a genuinely nice person and takes pride in serving guests. He introduced us to head chef Mr Musa and ensured our requirements are understood. From there on, Mr Musa would personally greet us every time we walked into lunch room and show us around the meal options, ingredients etc. Mr Musa would curate meals for us and directed his staff to ensure our dietary requirements are met. He even prepared special dishes and desserts for every meal, without asking. This aspect swept us away. Hats off to Mr Musa and team.
Other than that, more than decent entertainment, Mogolian dance show and Effection dance was nice. They had kids disco everyday, music was repetitive but fun, which from what I could see, kids enjoyed a lot. Bingo and Live music days were fun too.
Room size was standard, comfortable and clean. Not spectacular but nothing lacking.
Poolside(Outside) Bar was okay. They lacked knowledge about mixing drinks. But made it up with their service and smile. Lobby Bar was better.
Snacking options were limited. Popcorn etc was for additional costs.
A shopping mall was less than 10 mins walk and you could buy most of the stuff there.
Overall, a clean, safe and family friendly resort that takes pride in serving customers. Would love to go there again.
