Excellent view of the mountains. Fire and lobby are beautiful and staff amazing. Room was clean and roomier. Breakfast and breakfast staff were increblie. Lots of cute restaurants close by in walking distance.
From the moment we checked into Elements (a Westin Property) we were warmly greeted by Ashley and checked into our fabulous room. I normally do not write reviews often, but I was compelled to express my gratitude and acknowledge Ashley’s “Over & Above” professionalism, personal attention to detail throughout our entire stay & always remembered our names which made us feel like we were VIP guests! I left some important documents at the front desk & she immediately made sure to contact me to return them, assisted us with several personal requests, she exudes a genuine warmth and made us feel like friends & extremely welcome! The hotel was lively & amazing for the price, extremely dog friendly (offering treats, pet relief area & a great price of $25 for pets which is very appreciated! Elements is accommodating, great location, awesome cooked to order breakfast with top of the line choices included in our stay. We will definitely be back to stay and thank you Ashley for adding that special warmth to our visit. Wagley & Bunny can’t wait to visit again!…
The stay here was restful & relaxing! I absolutely loved the staff. They had wonderful suggestions for activities & dinner/breakfast suggestions. Loved the hit tub & Cornhole! The breakfast us terrific. Ask for Nate. He nadkes amazing omelets! So freaking good & he has great stories to tell! Seth Gibson (General Manager)was very accommodating & friendly with my requests. The stay was so good, I canceled my stay at a different property in order to stay another night at the Element! Highly recommend!!! It's a wonderful property to stay at!
Really nice property! Extra nice lobby and excellent breakfast! The daily special hot item is a special treat. The room was very large. My only criticism is that whoever designed and laid out the room should be fired and never allowed to design another room! The couch and chair are excellent but their positioned where you can’t see the TV! Stupid! You have to lay or sit in bed to watch TV. In retrospect, I wouldn’t spend 45,000 Bonvoy points to stay here again!
Aspen, Ashley and Julie were all the best staff to work with! Aspen helped me with a bill issue (mentioned below), Ashley helped us many times with getting new keys cause we kept forgetting ours in the room, Julie (Night Audit)was so helpful with recommendations, so passionate and you could tell she loved her job and city. This property is unbelievable, I could legit live here. The pool, hot tub, view, breakfast, kitchens, walking distance to great restaurants, golf courses and Bell Rock Hiking Trail! We used the free bike rental to get around which was also very fun! Front desk staff were nice however I was there for 4 nights, 1 of my nights was booked separately). Upon arrival Micha asked me if I was parking, I said no and I will have a back to back reservation starting tomorrow. He stated he would take care of it so we left the desk. Due to my back to back reservation I received the bill the following morning and to my surprise.. i was charged for parking. I went to the desk to rectify it and he said he would remove the parking from the previous night, and I confirmed we still don't and will not have a car so please dont charge us for parking for the next 3 nights, he confirmed he wouldn't. 2 days later I just double checked with Eli to ensure no parking was on our room. He then stated parking was still on my reservation, I expressed my frustration as I had this conversation twice with Micha (And Micha had his airpods in both times I spoke to him) he said he would remove it and apologized profusely. To my surprise, upon the day of check out.... I was once again charged for parking even though Eli said he would take care of it.... Thankfully upon check out I had Aspen assist me who was soo kind and said she would take care of it. As I took the shuttle bus (because I didn't have a car) back to Phoenix, I received a revised bill with my parking removed and a few days later my credit card was amended.…
We spent one night here. We were surprised by the $15 parking fee at check in. I had booked and paid for the room on the hotel website and it wasn't noted until check in. The shower head dripped all night and could not be fully shut off. The shower, while large and very comfortable, had no shelf and the body wash container on the wall was totally empty. So you're already wet in the shower with no soap and the bar of soap for washing your hands is on the counter far from the shower door. A light bulb was out on a bedside light. Like I said, not impressive!
Nice enough and good location, but the housekeeping service that’s offered only every 3 days is a big drawback if you’re staying more than 2 days with a family. We recognize that hotels are still understaffed but there was a general overall inattentiveness by staff when we were there over Christmas, especially at the front desk while we were there with the exception of Aspen who was absolutely fabulous. She was so pleasant, extremely helpful, and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast was nice, but again, lack of attention by staff left it such that often basics like silverware and plates were missing when you needed them. The hot food chef (I think his name was Nate?) was wonderful - very pleasant and hardworking! Made great waffles!
Great property, the rooms are immaculate and well appointed. Kudos to the Front Desk staff for being so informative and genuinely friendly. So good we had to book a night on our return leg of the journey. We were in town with a service dog, and the staff was super accommodating and made us feel welcome.
Have to give a great, positive shout out to the Element Sedona and Reason, in particular. Arrived and had an issue with my laptop power cord which was going to render my working from the hotel impossible. I shared my issue with the front desk and Reason, in Maintenance, stepped up and offered to let me use his extra work power cord and it was a match for my computer. That is extraordinary service. No doubt will be making all future stays in Sedona at the Element. The hotel room was also very nice and comfortable. Thanks Element Sedona!
The room was nice, clean, and comfy. Aspen at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating and Gary (I think that's his name?) on night audit was great too. I'll stay here again whenever I'm in sedona
