This place was absolutely dreadful and unsanitary. We were less than an hour late due to traffic, so they cancelled our reservation WITHOUT contacting us. Then asked for a $60 cash deposit, which we paid. We immediately went upstairs and fell right asleep. In the morning I had to use the bathroom and was greeted by a broken mirror, a toilet that did NOT flush and a shower that did NOT work. To make matters worse, the shower was coated with a layer of pubic and human hairs. Very disgusting. Showed the front desk clerk photos of this the next morning and just shrugged her shoulders like she did not care. She did not. This place was utterly disgusting! $209.02 is an OUTRAGEOUS price to pay to sleep in a filthy room!
Only reason they get 1 Star is because I can’t leave it blank. This was the most disgusting hotel ive ever seen in my entire life. We had two rooms, both rooms were NOT cleaned prior to us arriving, there was a blood stain with HAIR on the ceiling, dirty underwear on the window, pee on the floor in the bathroom, the other room had blood on the sheets and the floor, also pee In that bathroom .oh I forgot to mention the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic. Needless to say we checked out after 1 night. I tried to get a refund due to the UNSANITARY and poor conditions of the rooms but was called a “motherf**ker” by person who picked up the phone, they then proceeded to hang up on me. SPARE YOURSELF THE MONEY, TIME, AND EXPOSURE TO BLOOD AND OTHER GROSS THINGS .. D O - N O T - S T A Y - H E R E !!!!!!…
No hot water. Lights blinked on and off. Room was not vacuumed well. I will never stay here again. I came here for a few days of quiet for Christmas. This hotel disappointed me. I was not comfortable.
As a businessman i am all looking for a good place is it.It a long walk to train and no place to eat.Front deck are good the room are small and no cable in the room. If you are looking for place to save.
So I paid a little over $600 for 4 night in the beginning of December. It was a great deal for NYC at that time of year. I knew it was a budget hotel so I kinda expected things may be a little meh. Well when I got there there early for check in they let me leave my bags but wouldn’t offer any sort of claim check tag, basically you have to leave it in the lobby an hope for the best. When I finally checked in I got a room on the 9th floor, and as soon as you step off the elevator it reeks of smoke an weed, but I overlooked it. The carpet in the room was filthy, but I brought slides with me so I overlooked it. There was a layer of dust on all the furniture an cobwebs on the curtains, but the bed seemed clean so I ignored that as well. I was only there for sleeping so I was accepting it. Someone wrote in another review that the pillows are so old and degraded that the staff folds them in half an wraps the pillow case around it, and that is 100% true. I can’t comment on the breakfast because I wasn’t willing to give it a chance. There was a dunkin down the street so I just went there instead. I left the second night into my 4 night stay because after discovering bed bugs that was the final straw. I’m leaving a photo of the bug trapped under one of those hotel water glasses just to prove that I’m not exaggerating. I ended up booking a last minute hotel down the street for the remaining nights of my stay for $300 a night. Please pay a little more an save yourself the trouble. It ended up costing me way more in the long run.…
