If you can lick this place in - DO IT !!! Beyond clean and extremely spacious!!! From the time we got there till checkout, the staff assisted us in planning EVERYTHING. The accommodations were exceptional - all during a snow storm and zero degree weather. We will def return.

We go to Lake Placid Club Lodges twice a year and it's a great place to stay. The place is cozy and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The grounds are always kept clean of debris and snow free right up to the door.

Resort staff are very friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean and so spacious! There would be tons of room for a family of six - eight would work but this would put two on the pull out in the living room. Large space though so you wouldn't be tripping over each other even with

Our second visit to this resort. It is a great location for a getaway. Units are clean and well kept. Minimal amenities at the resort, but it is just a very short walk from the main street in Placid.Units have a very interesting design that is still rooted in the 70's. The

The resort is right on Mirror Lake and downtown is walkable from the resort. Loved the town. We went to breakfast every day to all different restaurants (five in Lake Placid and two in nearby towns. We also ate lunch out several days but had dinner in the unit. Kitchen is

No, they do not have smart TV's, but they are good sized, good quality flat screens. I imagine if you bring a Chromecast or Firestick that you will be able to find an open HDMI port to plug in.

None really. It's the same resort. I think it may have to do with the actual unit you are assigned. You could always call the resort and ask them. But, honestly, it really doesn't matter which one you book your week through, they are the same units (configuration, furniture, etc.). Hope this helps.

What are the options for swimming? We plan on being there in early April,
While we have no pool on property, we have arrangements with the North Country Community College for our guests to use its' Olympic size pool for a small fee. The college is located in Saranac Lake, which is 10 miles from the resort. Our front desk staff will be happy to give you directions and answer any question you may have on the pool.

Lake Placid is beautiful in the winter (Olympics twice here). You should have no problem getting here....we are used to snow and the roads are kept clean, except in the middle of a storm and you simply pull off into the nearest restaurant or bar and wait it out .....enjoy your trip

We have a full bathroom on the first floor, with toilet and sink and also jacuzzi, shower, and sauna. Our bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and not easily accessible for anyone in a wheelchair, yet there is a convertible sofa/ bed on the first floor. We have no restaurant or pol on premises.
