Really calming and picturesque, with pleasant services and interesting tastes. Franceau, Aline and Andy value hard work and do their utmost to provide to their guests, a courteous and a professional atmosphere. We will always talk about the great time we spent there. Keep it up!👏👏

An authentic little paradise. Beautiful room with an incredible view over the ocean. Perfect place to admire from far the whales & beauty of the landscape. The place is very quiet, clean and surrounded by an amazing garden. The swimming pool and food are very good too. Bot to forget a special THANK YOU to Christophe and Ingrid for their warm welcoming and care during our stay. A wonderful place you should not miss.

The intent of the founder (Claudine) was to provide a respite from this crazy world; a place where peace and sanity reign supreme; where nature restores and soothes; and where a weary vacationer can arrive frazzled and leave renewed. From my experience, I can report that she has achieved a big success! First are the limited number of lodges: eight. Then, the high bluff overlooking the ocean provides a clean view way out to a distant horizon, over the lagoons and the distant Indian Ocean. Closer at hand, the landscaped gardens are meticulously maintained, and provide a wealth of botanical diversity, right up to the fence line of the property. Claudine has moved on to other projects, and left the mangement of the property to her more-than-capable son Christphe and his lovely and attentive wife Ingrid. Together, this detail-oriented duo assure your comfort and pleasure from the hot, fresh-baked bread in the morning, to the evening poolside cordials. The pool water is conditioned with Magnesium salts, avoiding the irritation and odors of chlorine, and infusing the water with a luxurious, satin-like feel. The best part of a stay in this corner of paradise is the way the visitor shall feel restored and refreshed by the conclusion of their stay. You should be aware that there is a giant cell phone tower at the back of the property, for those who fear exposure to radiation. It is the only vexation to be found upon this place of tranquility, peace, and restoration.

A gem! Over seeing the bay of Grand Baie, it is a superb bed and breakfast in Rodrigues. Relaxing and peaceful, add this up with helpful and friendly host, our stay there was above our expectations. We spent 3 nights at Domaine de la Paix, enjoying the comfortable modern rooms with all amenities. Chilling in the pool was a must after whole days discovering the island. The breakfast is delicious, and a special moment to meet the friendly hosts and guests and share our excursions plans. The hosts shared their best tip and addresses on the island to help us make the most of our stay. Simply beautiful location!

We stayed three nights in one of the upstairs suites. The pre-arrival correspondence was clear and helpful and this high quality service continued all of our stay. The situation, for us with a scooter, were ideal - about 1 km above the attractive and interesting town of Port Maturin but spacious, peaceful and with lovely views. The facilities are beautiful, individual and functional. The pool was great and the kitchenette was very useful. Christophe and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with sensible advice on how best to use our time. We had one dinner and it was outstandingly good - the breakfasts were also excellent. Strongly recommended.
