From the front gate to the site everything was above and beyond our expectations kudos to the whole staff for keeping up on all the hard work that goes into keeping up the campground every morning the staff was out cleaning up sites and bathrooms/showers...More

First tent camping experience was excellent. The showers and facilities were clean (consider this is a state campground after all). Great proximity to the town, restaurants, brewery, kayaking, etc. Would highly recommend.

The campground has 275 sites, one shower facility - that is too small and does not have enough hot water to sustain that many campers. 4 shower stalls is simply not enough for such a large campground. And to run out of hot water is...More
