My husband planned a surprise getaway for us for my birthday in July, but ended up having to tell me about it right before we travelled because we needed to sign up for zip-lining at Hunter Mountain. So I saw the photos of Rosehaven online and when we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were just as nice, if not nicer than pictured. The house is beautifully remodeled and decorated, and Kelly and Sean have paid attention to the most minute detail. We absolutely loved our stay (and went back about 4 weeks later for another stay and will be visiting again this fall!). The rooms are comfortable and very clean (we stayed in Room 2 and Room 3), the breakfast is amazing (Kelly is an excellent cook), and the surroundings are very relaxing. We went hiking and

Six friends stayed last weekend to hike around the Catskills. Rosehaven was the perfect spot. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Breakfast was scrumptious including homemade scones. At night we sat out on a great wrap around porch looking out on a Kelly's gorgeous landscaped property. Thank you!!

Kelly is the quintessential hostess and the Rosehaven an elegant, indulgent escape! The inn is gorgeously decorated with an impeccable attention to detail. The space is spotless despite the darling Ophelia (a Maine coon cat) who adds charm and warmth to the atmosphere! The food is consistently delicious! We spent three nights in room #2 and sipped our morning coffee on our balcony with a spectacular view of the Catskill range. I hate giving such a great review as people will flock there and make the Rosehaven less accessible to us, but I cannot give anything but a stellar review to this inn. My husband and I have stayed in many, many B&Bs and this is truly a 5 Star inn!

Sean and Kelly are amazing hosts. They make you feel at home and welcome the second you step through the door. The Inn is beautiful and the rooms are very nice and big. The view from the Inn is great - beautiful nature and very quiet.

I recently spent a night at Rosehaven and had a wonderful stay. We arrived late at night and our key and information was left at the door. It was easy to find. The grounds are very beautiful, but super dark at nighttime. All the rooms have a fireplace, which is very quaint and lovely. The bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious. She is very accommodating with the meals. We had egg whites made to order with a choice of pancakes, french toast, or a Belgian waffle. There was coffee cake at the table before our meal came. Fresh juice, coffee and tea are offered. Because we arrived so late, we wanted to spend a little extra time in the room the innkeeper allowed us to stay an extra hour, which was very nice. It is a welcoming
