We spent the last weekend at the Rosehaven Inn and had a wonderful and peaceful time at this B and B. There were two other couples staying in adjoining rooms and we had no issues with noise and they were excellent conversation at breakfast. As there are 4 rooms on the property, we had plenty of privacy and no issues with sanitation - the place is very clean and hand sanitizer is available along with soap and sinks, etc.

Sean and Kelly are both extremely knowledgeable about the area and the community as well as the history of it. Kelly helped us track down a spot my grandparents were at on their honeymoon 72 years ago! They also helped us with simple directions on how to see the Kaaterskill Falls.

Breakfast was outstanding both days. The portions were just right and very tasty. There is even a short trail in the backyard where you can see two ponds and a creek. Being summertime, we had the windows open at night and you can hear the nearby falls faintly as you rest. It is only 2 miles from Kaaterskills Falls, so it was perfect for us to easily get to - they also helped us find the free parking to see the falls, though you have to go early as there may be a 30-60 minute wait to get in and is very close to Tannersville and Hunter for sites to go visit.

All said, we highly recommend this B & B for a nice, private getaway and an excellent breakfast to send you out on your day.

My husband and I were completely ill prepared driving into the Catskills right as a snow storm hit. Our Camry simply couldn’t make it any further and we had to find somewhere to stop. Omg - how lucky were we that the Rosehaven was the closest option. Kelly and Sean were so accommodating (even as we woke them up and called back several times for help with directions as we navigated through the snow). A true haven for us on a bad evening. Such a beautiful place, breakfast was delicious, and Sean even dug our car out from the snow and helped us get out of the driveway. We were sad to leave in the morning to head onto the accommodation we had actually booked. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you again!

Just returned home from a 3 night stay at Rosehaven. This incredible B&B sits on a beautiful property with amazing views. We could not have had a nicer stay anywhere! Kelly and her husband and the loveliest people, and the most perfect hosts. Our room was so lovely, the bathroom large and modern. Home cooked breakfast menus with the most delicious baked goods to start. For sure, we will be returning to this special gem again! Thank you Kelly for such a wonderful stay.

My boyfriend and I had such an amazing weekend stay with Kelly and Sean. We came for a romantic ski weekend, but didn’t want to stay near the mountain. The hospitality at Rosehaven is unmatched by any in the area. The room we stayed in had a balcony with stunning views. The downstairs had a place for us to drink the wine we brought while also snuggling up by the fireplace. The morning breakfast was made to order, and was tasty and delicious. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed at Rosehaven last week to check it out and left having only one regret…we had booked just one night! The Inn is charming, the room extremely comfortable, the breakfast delicious and Kelly is a delight. We’ve stayed at a number of B&B’s both in the U.S. and abroad and Rosehaven is definitely in the top tier. We will be back!

I love this place so much I almost didn’t want to review it (to keep it a secret 😜). The inn as a whole is beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and the cleanest you will ever see. Huge bathrooms, amazing views, fireplace. The inn keeper Kelly is amazing as well as her breakfast. I visited 2x almost 20 years apart and the quality had not dropped by even a sliver. Can’t wait to come back

Fantastic experience. My wife and I stayed here in October 2022 at the peak of Autumn colors. Sean provided helpful guidance for the local park trails. Kelly was an excellent host and made a delicious breakfast each morning. The room we stayed in was perfect— great view, gas fireplace, and comfortable amenities. The best bed and breakfast experience we have ever had! Hopefully we can go back one day.

The room was immaculately clean, and I slept better in the bed than I do at home. The inside of the building, what is amazingly decorated, not fancy but a recreation of a gilded age decor. On our next visit, I will select a room with a walk-in shower. breakfast was in the bright dining room with a beautiful View of the mountains. The staff was very courteous and attentive, which made for a comfortable visit. Tonybarr

Charming B&B in the heart of the Catskill Mountains! Spectacular grounds with gorgeous views and many photo opportunities. The breakfasts were top notch and the hosts were great. We enjoyed the wraparound porch, even on a rainy day. Thanks for a wonderful getaway Kelly!

Rosehaven and Kelly were wonderful, the perfect blend of privacy vs. service, and charm vs. modern. House is beautiful and Kelly was a friendly greeter! Room was clean and pretty and comfy, other guests were friendly and quiet, breakfast was delicious every day! Location is great close to hiking and waterfalls and Tannersville restaurants. Highly recommend!
