We did a park, sleep and fly with overnight at the begining and end of our trip. Overall it was mostly an excellent experience. Positive points--the bed is comfortable, the ventilation works well and is quiet (more later), airport shuttle is efficient, the restaurant is good, staff is pleasant. There very little noise on either side of the building long as you lower the shades.
The parking is limited, but the manager made sure my parking location was ok. Although I had 7 nights parking, there are no in and out privileges . We were going out for dinner the 1st night if I left the car for 2 hrs (over 30min). it was going to be $18. I was able to find street parking near the hotel for the few hours. The heating/cooling works well, but there should be instructions near the controller. We needed to ask for help to adjust the temperature. Once we understood the system it was fine. The restaurant is pleasant, but isn't connected so food can't be charged to the room. Previously mentioned the lighting is inadequate in the room. There is a window in the shower/toilet that allows light into the room. Leaving a light at night in the bathroom is very disturbing. Adding a shade outside the window would solve the issue. It seems like a sensless design.

Good location near LaGuardia. Shuttle driver very helpful and engaging. Check in staff very personable. Hotel is Marriott's recent efforts to fashion in a “hip-like” contemporary style. Which means a sterile, minimalist-like nature devoid of any human feeling to it. The room chairs were simply there and not comfortable for anyone under 6 feet tall, which probably means most women and some men (like me). The closet was arranged for hanging clothes front to back rather than side to side. That meant plowing through other clothes to get to what you need if it was in the back. Whoever designed it never had to use it. (An unfortunate fact found in too many instances of fashion over function.) The bed & pillows were comfortable. The luggage platform was good by having space for 2 bags. The restaurant was overpriced and underwhelming. Way too much food for one person. The chicken parm had little taste until I added a little salt and pepper. The pot roast was some sort of shredded meat that was probably for a sandwich. It was piled on a surprisingly tasty sauce and the mashed potatoes were very good. Service was very good. Breakfast was available but we ate at the airport due to time concerns. Courtesy shuttle to airport is on the half-hour starting at 4:30 am.

Spent two nights here: not the most inexpensive LGA hotel option but more reasonable than many and the best experience I've had over the years staying at various hotels near the airport. Room very spacious as you can see from photo. Check-in very friendly and efficient. Hotel extremely close to the airport: I took the hotel shuttle coming in, but leaving I didn't want to wait and I just had a roller bag, so I literally walked to Terminal B (1/2 mile, that's all).
Even though my room looked out on Grand Central Pkwy and its nonstop heavy traffic all night, the soundproofing of the room was phenomenal---I heard nothing and slept well. Decent place to eat onsite too and an elegant bar area in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again next time I need a hotel near LaGuardia.

Easy to find, not a terribly busy area, and a shuttle to get to and from the airport. The parking is from a third party (which I learned on here - so thankful I read the reviews prior) so that means a separate charge/process. When you first pull in, that's actually the back of the hotel, so if you want the main level of the main lobby, wrap around the building through the parking lot to the lower level. Highway/airport facing rooms seem like they may be louder, but provide a good view of departing and arriving flights. Overall a clean room and safe parking were key highlights of the stay!

I parked at the ALOFT which is managed by Parkwhiz. It is a safe, professionally managed parking area so close to LGA. I love that there is a hotel on the property and when we picked up our car very late at night it felt safe and protected. We even went into the ALOFT to get some waters and snacks and to use restrooms before we drove home. The shuttle drivers were courteous and on time. The app makes it all so simple to track where your shuttle driver is at the moment real time. Excellent service. When we went to exit the facility we had a glitch with the scanner. There was a help button to hit and within 1 minute we had spoken to someone who opened the gate and took care of the issue remotely. Thank you.

We recently flew into LaGuardia for a cruise ship trip out of Brooklyn, and we opted to stay at this location due to previous positive experiences at other Aloft properties. After retrieving our luggage, I contacted the hotel and requested the hotel shuttle which arrived within 10 minutes. The hotel is located across from the airport on the other side of Grand Central Parkway. The hotel lobby was modern, clean & comfortable, and the Front Desk staff were very friendly. There is a bar and restaurant located on the first floor. We took advantage of the bar’s happy hour and had dinner at the bar. The food we had was very good and reasonably priced. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Since the hotel is located across the highway from the airport, I was concerned about jet noise; however, we never heard any noise during the night. We had a great experience during our stay and would hesitate staying here again the next time we visit New York.

Confusing/Expensive parking due to being owned by third party. Registration location was by the bar downstairs which was very confusing for someone's first time to find. loud music everywhere in the building. My room was damp. Breakfast was not included without a voucher due to it too being owned by a third party. Another guest we spoke to was not able to leave with her vehicle right away. This place caters to young party demographic.

Flew into LaGuardia to meet friends and booked an overnight stay at Aloft. First impressions: clean facility, friendly staff, and great customer service.
Room was modest, yet clean.
We stayed on second floor looking at park & fly parking. Had to draw shades to room after entering as people walking in the sidewalk could look right into the room. I would recommend asking for a higher floor.
It was surprising to me how quiet the room was being so close to the airport.
Front desk staff was very helpful.
The hotel shuttle to the airport runs every 1/2 hour and the driver is helpful and courteous.

The reason I stayed here was easy access to the airport for a flight boarding at 5:20am. The shuttles only run every 30 minutes, which is silly considering how close the hotel is to the airport. At that hour, I wasn't going to try to catch a shuttle at 4:30am. The walk took 7 minutes. I wouldn't do it mid-winter or if it was pouring rain. Otherwise it was easy. Exit hotel on floor 2, go up to sidewalk and turn left. At a traffic circle/intersection, cross over to a bridge and turn left. Go straight to terminal by walking around to the left of the parking garage. That section of Terminal C is closed but keep walking and you'll find the current entrance. Very easy.

This is probably the closest hotel to La Guardia Airport, literally 5 minutes away by shuttle. My room had a view to the terminal building!
The hotel is not very assuming but it delivers. Because is a mostly residential area, they have a restaurant and a bar which are ok.
The rooms, specifically the one I’ve got, had a quite interesting layout with the sleep space from the bathroom area with a divider in the middle of the room.
Great bed and pillows as well as internet service.
Overall, good value for money if you want a place to sleep after a late arrival or waiting for an early flight.
