It's nice and clean, everything nearly new and the staff are pleasant to deal with. Recommended for families as offer condo type rooms at a fair price.Good a/c, flat screen TV, nice quality linen on fairly hard beds. Good WiFi.

Location is easy to find, close to Harbor Point and restaurants. Lobby is crowded
with number of group activities going on when we arrived. Lobby Sofa needs to be replaced as leather is peeling off and not matching with their grand high ceiling lobby. Lift is busy so you have to wait. Family Room is very spacious! Complete with fridge, kitchen, dining and living room. We requested for additional blanket but with a charge of P150.00. Breakfast Buffet is limited with scrambled egg, tocino, buttered veggies, breads but will not complain as it all tastes good:) Overall a happy experience for us:)

We booked this hotel via Expedia last Dec 2017. We arrived and saw it has been shutdown/closed already - place uninhabited and dark. Appreciate Expedia's quick response though to help us find a new and better place to stay. Hotels in the area were almost all fully booked. They paid for a new place even if the cost was much higher than what we have initially paid for.

Don't book this hotel until there's confirmation that they have reopened.

We (me and a colleague) have a confirmed booking made but when we arrive at the hotel (coming from Manila) the front desk personnel assigned (Krizza) was so arrogant to tell us that she was not aware of such booking (not endorsed to her) and there were no available room for us (even though we have a confirmed booking).

Strongly suggest to look for other hotels than to book and stay with this hotel.

The hotel is new, including the furnishings. We stayed in one of the suites, and id say the rooms are quite big... the price is reasonable, the staff are great and very helpful, the rooms are clean, sheets and towels very fresh!

Everything is just okay for us, including location that we are thinking now of going on long lease for their units...

Im sure the Manager of the hotel deserves all the credits... congratulation.

Will come back again...

We stayed in a Leciel Suite. When we first entered the suite, there was a sewage like smell in the two bathrooms. It was resolved later on by the hotel's handyman. He said the smell came from the water pipes of the lavatory. On our 2nd day in the hotel, the airconditioner malfunctioned and released a lot of water in the living room, causing flooding on the floor and discomfort to us specially the kids since the thermostat became erratic. The remote control of all the airconditioners are in Korean but we found an English translation pasted on the wall. The breakfast is Filipino food with cereals, salads and fruits. The staff were good. They were courteous, kind and apologetic for all the problems that we encountered. I would look for other better hotels in the Subic Bay area next time we visit.

Leciel Hotel is a serviced hotel/apartment. They have big units equipped with your usual amenities at home. The units are spacious and can easily accommodate any family size as they have 2-3 bedroom units with living rooms, dining areas and kitchens. The units are clean and quite presentable. The breakfast may need improvement as they easily run-out of food especially during the morning rush.

No 24hour room service for something as simple as coffee! The massage area is VERY dirty. I really like the staff they are very friendly i think the fault lies with the management- you dont know who to complain to, you have to complain before the massage bed sheets are changed! Disgusting there were lipstick markS (different shades!) and hair!! . Very hard to ask for assistance at the spa area too. The towels in your room have brown stains either they are rust or poop stain- I dont want to know- whats worse it that it's a facial towel. If youre filipino, you cant call anyone at night when the aircon isnt working right. You cant fix it yourself because the remote is in korean.

Wifi is great only in some rooms.

Tired of our usual hotels while in Subic, I scouted for newer ones in the internet and saw this property.
It was hard figuring out the rooms in their booking site. Nonetheless I booked the Family Room.
It turned out to be a huge room with two bedrooms with Toilet and Bath each. it also had a huge Living Area, a fully functioning Kitchen and a Dining Area.
Needless to say, we had a blast!
They have since increased prices so I will seriously consider if I will stay again next time.
