The place is good especially amenities and the food, however the room was a little bit dated. But the overall experience is excellent, with a good breakfast buffet option included in the accommodation, the inflatable island was fun esp for the kids

This hotel is very commendable may it be with their services, rooms, staffs and amenities. Kahit na walk-in kami at late check-in, na-accomodate kami ng mga F.O. nila. Very good service coming from their courteous staffs. Thank you.

We stayed here for two nights. Its not our first time and off course this wont be the last. Welcoming and friendly staff at the front desk, thank you so much to Sir Ervin Dy and to his team who assist as along the way to our room carrying our luggage, I though he was a bellboy but when he started to explain the house rules and introduce himself I was really surprise the he is the Hotel Manager. Excellent service throughout the water park, Restaurant was great. Rooms were very comfortable with great AC and TV. Will stay here again!

POSTING FOR AWARENESS: (LOOONG POST) We had the worst experience at Whiterock Beach Hotel + Waterpark. March 21, 2022. We were on our way to Subic, my wife was trying to contact them as early as 8:43am (though all of their numbers, email address, etc), walang sumasagot. We were trying to inform them that we won't make the 1pm check-in. We reached them by 1:14 pm, they said that our booking was confirmed and our room will be ready. YEY! We arrived at the resort by around 2:30pm, then proceeded to check-in by around 2:40pm. There were a lot of people, so we had no choice but to wait there, standing, till 3:15 pm before we were accommodated. Oh, by the way, the phones were ringing, nobody answered one call while we were there. There were three people in the reception. When we went to our room, ayun, nililinis palang. It was already 3:30pm, check-in was supposed to be 1:00pm. So pano nangyari yun? Di ko din alam. We just had the floors mopped since we wanted to rest. I went down and asked for an electric fan kasi di talaga kaya, I was with my 2 year old son, so ang habol ko nalang is maka pahinga kami. Come morning, around 8am, I went to the reception area to report what happened. The same as yesteday, now we had 4 people na taranta since andami nag che check in. So naka tayo ulit ako sa gilid, walang pumapansin. So I asked the staff from the restaurant to help me out since I needed to talk with someone, preferably, with a manager. He was kind and helped go back to the reception area to find the manager. It's unfair to the people working the as frontliners, sila ang napapagalitan, sa kanila nagagalit ang mga tao. Since wala ang Manager at nag papahinga, I decided to have my concerns and complaints recorded, Ms. Mary Joy Arrojo was the one who helped me with this. Maraming salamat po maám. So in the end, wala, nganga, since ang decision makers ay nag babakasyon din, while natataranta mga tao nila. Ms. Arrojo offered us late check-out, I declined, wala naman naitulong sa mga problema namin ang late check-out. Why am I posting this? To their management, please take care of your people, so that they will take care of your customers and guests.

This place has a lot going on and great potential. The pools, bowling alleys, fire dancers are all great and our kids loved it and we felt safe by the number of lifeguards on duty. Sadly the hotel is dated and is poorly ran by management with no organisation. Check in was horrendous and no real system in place and took an hour to check three families which should take no more than ten minutes max. The rooms are satisfactory but not great. The wifi is strong with Netflix and YouTube offered on the smart TVs. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and sadly the organisation as mentioned before is where they lack. The entire resort needs updating to keep up with the times. It is very expensive for the rooms but prices are ok once here. We left the resort for our lunch and dinner as they are slow…

The room descriptions are not accurate. Beachside rooms are NOT by the beach. They are actually garden rooms. Made that mistake and had to upgrade to a suite for a proper beach view which was still partially blocked. The room quality is OK but over priced for its type. The grounds are magnificent and the staff was amazing!!!

We went here for a family break for the long weekend and it was a nightmare from the moment we got there. The pool water was murky , and the size of the beach is a joke. its literally a tiny grey spot of sand . There is no seating on the beach, the inflatable was brown and yucky , even my children refused to get on it as it was soo dirty. The water had loads of rubbish in it like plastic bags, styrofoam, cigerette butts, i even saw a piece of broken glass on the sand and i freaked out as we had children running around bare feet on the sand. We had a beachside room , very average and the bathroom was a bit grimy for me. The view from my room window was a pile of garbage, literally it was a big bag of garbage. The other guests in the hotel were very rowdy and loud till late night. Lots of drunken partying happening around us. The fire show in the evening was very nice and the kids enjoyed it. Room service food ordering stops at 7.45 in the evening. So if youre hungry after that, you only have 2 choices, jolibee down the road or 7 eleven for some ramen noodles. we even booked a massage and the massuese was really ordinary and her fingers hurt me more than sooth me. the restaurant food is mainly reheated, the only thing they make fresh is the fried stuff as i guess its also frozen but its hot because they fry it right before they serve it. while ordering stick to the pizza, fried stuff, panini or pancit. Oh i forgot to mention its reallllllllly poor value for money. our room was over £130 (11000 PHP) a night and the amenities were worth 4000php.
