I am a diy bride. During our search for wedding reception, the superb effort and service of the Marketing staff made us chose the hotel. The preparation for our prenup and wedding went smoothly because of their assistance. Facility wise, interior of the reception hall was simple yet elegant. Sound system, projectors and screens were also provided. The food was the best! Our guests loved the food! The hotel staff especially the front desk and marketing provided us with the best service. Thank you Mansion Garden Hotel Team for the best service!

I would respectfully disagree with the latest review, dated 14th may 2021. I live for many years in Philippines, and visited quite a lot of hotels and resorts, as I enjoy to take my wife on small trips, to chill out and get away from daily hassles... This hotel is for now, probably one of the best I have visited ! The disappointed customer accused the team not to treat him respectfully just because his wish to extend his stay in the same room couldn't be managed... Sir ! You stood there during a week-end, and this hotel is a favorite spot for people travelling from Manila and around. On top, given the huge Covid 19's discount (30%), the hotel is always crowded on week-ends... Then and probably like me, many guests have their preferences and usually request a specific room when they book, so the team cannot always accomodate last hour changes especially on week-ends ! Sometimes the building has some fixes to be done, but this has nothing to do with the team at the desk, and more with the maintenance... The team in this hotel goes at their wits ends to accomodate us, all the time and with a gentleness that is quite rare in Philippines ! To finish with, it is also quite rare around to have an hotel offering bath tubs, so they will always get my preference... Just a little suggestion : It would be nice to have a plastic chair and a ashtray on the balcony, so we don't need to travel far to be able to have a smoke...

This hotel has the cleanest rooms around SBMA. Food Acceptable and has good value for Money. But service will leave you unsatisfied. I stay here for business 4 days in a week for at least 6 months already. Its the small things that irritates me. I will extend an additional night in the same room they will answer that is not possible because they said that there is a guest who prefers this specific room number. How inconvenient right? They transferred me to another room that we previously stayed at and the shower is clogged and they never fixed it! I hope they took in consideration that I give them business on a long term basis and this is how they take care of me. Show me a little bit of flexibility! My requests are very manageable. We are already fine with the building transfer, and taking the stairs to go up that room because there is no direct elevator access to the third level. You better shape up or train your staff to resolve requests to satisfy your guests. You will loose business if Mansion Garden Staffs has these kind of mentality. A little proactiveness will go a long way!

If you are looking for a place to destress, Mansion Garden Hotel is the best place in town! I've been working from home for 9 months already and I've been wanting to unwind and take a quick break from all the pressure from work and problems around us. Good thing, Subic/Olongapo is one of the cities in the country who has low COVID cases for the past months. And when hotels are allowed to public again, Mansion Garden Hotel is one of the hotels in the area who quickly adapt with all the safety protocols. During our stay, we had a great experience from the moment we entered the hotel up untile we leeave. ✔️ Staff are very accommodating and pleasant ✔️ Amenities are all operating and well-maintained ✔️ FOOD IS THE BEST ✔️ ROOM RATES ARE AFFORDABLE ✔️ POOL IS VERY CLEAN I really had fun with their pool! I'm really a pool person and indeed, Mansion Garden Hotel has the BEST POOL IN THE FREEPORT ZONE. I would definitely go back and bring my family here, even for a short time. YES, you can enjoy their pool even for few hours as they accept guests as well for DAY TOUR! A must visit hotel! ❤️

✅ Accommodating Staff ✅ Hearty Breakfast ✅ Spacious and comfortable rooms ✅ Relaxing Pool Area (perfect for day or night swimming) ✅ Classy Interior (ideal for your social media posting) If you are opting for a little getaway in the area of Subic Bay, this hotel should be on the top of your list. Make every detail of your staycation extra special in this hotel with good food, accessible location, helpful hotel staff and many more to mention. On top of that, this place offers reasonable and quality price for functions and events as well. Thank you for nothing but satisfying overnight stay, me and my friends have enjoyed it so much that we want to book as early as now for our next staycation. - Leth 🌼

As a family, it is our first time in Subic. January 2019, we planned to have a quick getaway to Subic prior to our travel back abroad. On the day itself we had few rounds of hotel hopping around the area and found none of our standards. Thankfully, we were lead to this Mansion Garden Hotel with a very decent rooms, lovely breakfast, average size pool, with spa services attached and most accessible anywhere around subic. We will definitely return whenever there is chance.

the room was clean and smelling nice, the linens are also good, the bath is clean and neat as well, but a bidet might be nicer, the breakfast is nice as well, the place is near almost all establishment and can have great walks along. and one more thing its very near a church so for catholics you can still hear a mass even on vacation. the staff is friendly however they dont issue extra key cards

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room we had was spacious, with a mini sala and a kitchenette at the entrance. The common areas are very lovely and I can tell that from their refurbishment, interior design, furniture, etc. There are perhaps two things I don't like about this hotel. First is its location. It's quite isolated and I had to take a taxi from Harbour Point Mall to reach it. Second is the rather limited foods and drinks its breafast buffet has. Otherwise, I would very highly recommend this place. Thumbs up!

it's a great hotel to stay in subic, it has a pool, centrally located in restaus, church, and malls. Pros: - spacious room for 2. - with ref and kettle. - good water pressure. - with veranda. - nice T&B. - friendly people. - excellent food! (please try their porkchop ad fried chicken) - comes with breakfast. - soft pillows and sheets. - strong and consistent wifi connection. - with pool, that has a shaded area. - convenience store at the ground floor. cons: - too much walking from the reception to the rooms. (considering the senior citizens and PWDs) overall: mansion garden hotel is a great place to stay. 1 night or 5 nights? comfort is what will be given. good job.

Our 2-night stay at the Mansion Garden Hotel was great. Issues were immediately addressed. We booked three double deluxe rooms. The TV in our room wasn’t working when we checked in. We called reception immediately and maintenance came to fix the issue. On our second day there were lots of ants on the counter near the fridge, this was also remedied immediately. The pool was sort of covered. Lifeguard present. There were towels available in the pool area. Buffet breakfast was average but had different selections on our second morning. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel especially for family groups.
