A New little hotel near the best places in Subic. This is along Canal St. which is near SM Harbor Point and the Waterfront Area. The rooms were relatively clean. The bed was comfortable and the air con was cold. The breakfast was okay, nothing great standard fare but it you can go for seconds. What I didn't like was the fact that this is supposed to be a new Hotel and the sink wasn't draining properly. There was no elevator and we stayed on the 3rd Floor. One person in our party was a smoker and there was no smoking room which ensured she wasn't smoking that day. The hotel was not maintained well, the pool was dirty and the aircon leaked in the morning. Over-all, its not someplace we will be staying in again considering I'm always with smokers.

Like the location, just a walking distance from Harbor Point and SM Olongapo. Twin sharing room we occupied has limited space thus extra bed cannot be accommodated. Stairs are located at one side and when you got the one from another end, it would be a very long walk.

We spent the weekend with our family and had 5 rooms in total. For the price of the stay, we didn't expect much. Pros: - rooms are all renovated - bathroom fixtures are all new - air conditioners are nice and cold - staff were all nice Cons: - they don't have an extra bed for rooms. Rather, they have extra mattresses (with cost) that can be placed on the floor - they charge for extras such as pillow, blanket, etc (which I honestly expected for the price of the rooms) - breakfast was nothing great. But, then again, it was a wonder that breakfast was included for the price Overall we had a good stay. We'd consider going back in the future. We especially had great service for Peter and Paula. The hotel met almost all of my expectations. The room was nice and big, location is nice, and the staff was mostly courteous. The negatives...construction going on around it so that's the view that you get, the walls are thin so you hear everything, the pool although it looked inviting was not well kept, and the room did not even have an information book to see what services were available. Will I stay here again? Probably. Another plus is the Naval Station Bar. Nice folks and overall nice atmosphere.

Location is nearby harbor point mall and duty free shop. I was able to sleep well at this hotel since it is away from the main highway and the noises. Front desk staff, room boys, manager, and security guards are very courteous and well mannered. The hotel sometimes offers promos which really seals the deal if you are looking for value for money. Stayed in superior twin room which is very large and A/C smells and works like new. The room is very clean and toiletries are well stocked so there is no need to buy any. Free ala carte breakfast for two which can delivered inside the room. You can opt to eat in their dining area but I didn't experience it so no comment on that. No in-house restaurant (under construction when I stayed there) but you can have your food delivered, they…
