if i didn't asked we will never know about the breakfast policy. the room is nice, service is nice, breakfast is plated, served late and they made a mistake on serving the food, they served the food supposed for other table. Didn't get the chance to use their pool.

Wow! Really bad experience! We arrived at 11.00am, knowing that check-in should be at 2pm, so we patiently waited at 2pm. Then trying to check in at latter time, the response from reception was just simply "room not available yet", no sorry feeling, no emotions etc, in short No concerns....then we have waited for another hour, still not available. Knowing that there is a big function and it will be a very busy day for them, I noticed that there were no enough staff to facilitate the requests. It was not only me had bad experience but also other more than 50 guests waiting at the lobby, yes more than 50 guests...Luckily, we were able to check in at 4.00pm. Worst thing, someone walked in without reservations, and thus said guest was able to get the room! What really happened? We

Location is central to most establishments like duty free, shops, resto, mall and subic bay yatch club within walking distance. Services need to be followed up but are very friendly. I will recommend this place to families and travellers. Not a noisy crowded place.

We decided to try this hotel because it had a family suite, which is actually 2 connecting rooms, which will work well for us. The 2 rooms combined are comfortable and very spacious. No issues at check in. Good thing we did not have much stuff as there was no elevator. However, we had issues with our room and with breakfast. Our water heater did not work at the start and I had to settle for a cold shower before we had it fixed. Some of the channels in our TV had poor signal all throughout our stay. Our booking included breakfast and when we got to the breakfast area, it did not have any ventilation so it was hot and stuffy, and there were no tables. There were no hotel staff who assisted in guest seating. Guests had to fend for themselves on finding a place where to sit. It took

Its a perfect place for someone who is in a budget since we got a good deal from metrodeal. We got a voucher for a twin bedroom but we asked for a songle king size bed and it was granted. The room is very big much to our surprise. It looks like two king beds will fit in there. It has overall good design with a long couch pa. The restroom is also good since the toilet and shower rooms are separate. We were in the 3rd floor in another building so the wifi signal is very poor. There is also no elevator :( The swimming pool is also ok. My daughter had a good time there. Overall its almost perfect. We are definitely going to stay here again.
