Requested for connecting rooms as my friends and I went on a trip together. The place is comfortable and the staff were able to accommodate our requests. The quiet and secluded area made things more private.

Hotel amenities - well-maintained. I love the *exclusivity* / privacy given that it is located in a gated compound at the end of Waterfront Road. Grounds, pool and restaurant are well maintained. Room - reason why I rated this as 3* The room looks tired and badly needing upkeep. Pictures say it all. Sleep quality - the best thing about the stay - specifically the bed, pillows and blankets/comforters Unsure though if above details are well worth the 5K+ price tag for an overnight stay. If you will factor in safety, maybe yes. (it being exclusive and with far less guests than usual)

It's like visiting a different place in Subic. Thai inspired hotel rooms and food. Try their bangus breakfast just make sure to arrange it ahead of time. Also ask for a quieter room since it is near the port.

Weekend stay with the family.. Quiet location.. Nice and clean rooms, except for the busted bedside lamp.. Breakfast is pre-ordered the night before.. breakfast buffet option is only when hotel is fully booked.. Major disappointment was when the restaurant can't provide food in their restaurant until 8pm because of an event.. worse, when we asked if we can just buy food outside since they can't cater for their in-house guests, there's corkage! At least be flexible since you're not capable of providing service..

We stayed at Seagra for 2 nights recently. The hotel is a small boutique hotel tucked away in Freeport zone of Subic. Here are things that I liked and one's we didn't What we liked:- 1. The rooms, were decent sized clean and neatly prepared for the arrivals 2. The aminities inside the room are basic - Tea, coffee , shampoo conditioner etc 3. The Bar is decent , next to the pool What didn't work:- 1. The hotel is simply overprized for what it offers. As soon as you enter a letter from the hotel greets you telling you price list of everything - shampoo, conditioner, towel, bedsheets etc etc. 2. You got to pay for beer even if you purchased from outside and consume it within your room . There is corakage fee for consuming within the room ... how innovative . First time I have seen something like that. 3. Breakfast must be ordered 6pm previous day , incase you miss - Sorry buddy, go figure out what you need. 4. THis one is classic - Breakfast for 2 adults is free but Break fast for 2 kids (3 and 2 years old) was charged , it was unbelieveable. 5. There is no room service:) 6. There is nothing extra ordinary in the hotel that you would want to pay 7k / night. Sorry Segara .. you got to change your approach.

Finally able to spend a weekend in Segara Suites. Very pleased with the consideration given to us as I had to re-schedule our stay twice, even if the allowable re-scheduling is only once. Like to commend Janice who is very accommodating, as well as Lovely. The room is spacious and clean. The pool area is quite intagrammable and well maintained. Though the breakfast is simple, we still enjoyed it. But since we stayed in the ground floor, only let-down is that we can hear people, not sure if guests or staff, talking loud. Can also hear their footsteps. Next time, we will try Segara Villas but will also come back to the Suites.

Our family was excited to have a long awaited local break when we booked in Segara Suites. When we arrived, help for bags was instant then we checked in at the front desk. The reception guy Carlos asked how old our kids were, where I answered the said ages. He then mentioned that kids above 7 years of ages must be paid as extra persons in the room. I said that in the city 5-star hotels, we were always not charged for the 2 extra kids since they are 12 and below, to which he just repeated that they have to be charged. Annoyed by this, I just gave him the money and asked if we can just get in the rooms already. This conversation wasn't as clear as it sounds since the Carlos guy was beating around the bush in stating their 7-year-old-children-must-be-paid-extra. The rooms were spacious and there was a spa, a pool, and a restaurant inside the property. The shower though was having temperature control issues, and it was a gross sight seeing the small bottled toiletries have a portion used up. It's as if the previous guest used it and the hotel just chose to leave it there for the next guest. Going out for dinner, the same front desk guy Carlos asked if we have chosen which breakfast items we wanted, and I was lost with the question since there wasn't any previous instruction that we should choose beforehand. Since we were in a hurry, I asked if we could answer when we get back, where he said it should be submitted before 9pm, and that was 820pm when he said it. Completely annoying! Next trip to Subic, we choose another place.

As soon as we booked, Chey, and especially Janice, immediately entertained all our questions, concerns, and even helped us to contact the inflatable island tour, a go-to attraction in the Subic Bay area. Staff are very courteous and attentive with our needs. The rooms were astonishingly clean and cozy. The hotel grounds were exceptionally spacious and the pool is clean. You can unwind and relax. Location is great and not crowded. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was sufficient, serving was not too much nor too little. Food in the restaurant was not at all exceptional, but not bad either. In-house spa was relaxing, great! I would definitely go back again if I were to visit the area! 😊

Pleasant stay in Segara Suites :) We were pleased with how exclusive and serene the hotel was tucked at the very end of Waterfront Ave. Although the "welcome drinks" had apparently been faced out 2 years ago and a promise to send additional complimentary water bottles to compensate for it didn't happen, all else went well. The Superior Room was spacious and well appointed. Didn't see the "exclusive patio" though (which was indicated in the website), unless it only applies to ground level rooms. Pool was just the right size for my 4 year old. Highly recommended for family bondings!

Segara suites were a last minute booking for us as our regular hotel was fully booked. We appreciate the clean and beautifully themed rooms. We were unable to try their pool due to time constraints but it looked so inviting. The set breakfast was ample enough to start your day.
