The leaves rustle quietly in the rainforest. The waves quietly approach then draw back, seemingly hesitant to disturb the peaceful shore. This is sanctuary, this is Kamana. Nestled between an old-growth rainforest and the gentle Nabasan Bay, Kamana Sanctuary offers shelter from the hectic noise and frantic pace of the city. Every modern comfort has been thoughtfully provided in each room, to ensure only one thing - that you leave refreshed, recharged.

I just like to applaud the best service that we have during our teambuilding activity in the resort last April 1 & 2, 2023. Special mention to Ms. Sarah Joy Lim who smoothly made our activity a very precious event to celebrate with and a wonderful experience and unforgettable one. She really made sure that all our needs will be meet up and greatly exceeds our expectations. From the very start of our booking until the very last day she made sure that we are comfortably accommodated. Kudos to all the hotel staff who were very helpful to all our needs. God bless you Kamana and will gonna visit there again and again. Thank you for the wonderful experienced and a paradise feel like sanctuary.

It’s our first time to go to this place and it’s quite far from commercial establishments so you have to have all of your needs before going there. You can feel the exclusivity of the resort since they have their own road going there in the midst of the jungle forest. Lobby was not that stunning as it looks like a receiving area. Parking is big so it’s not a problem. The room is spacious and big but it’s not what I expected. Furnitures are a little bit outdated and lots of scratches from previous guests. Everything in the room is just basic for a premium resort. We rented two rooms at the ground floor so we have an easy access to the pool and the beach. The pool is great. Water temperature was just right (not cold nor warm) with a great view especially during sunset. The beach is not that nice because you have to pass on a gate and no beach sand area. The staffs are very helpful and polite. Food is a little bit expensive but taste good for us. Buffet breakfast was also satisfying but not something to rave about. If you love nature, this place is for you as there are birds flying around the area during afternoons and monkeys are roaming around at the back of the vicinity. They have several amenities like beach volleyball, playground, basketball and kayaking. My overall experience is just very good but not excellent because I expect too much about this place. Maybe I’ll go back only if they will lower their rates.

Reasonable hotel by the bay. Staff are friendly. The room was large and worked well. I especially appreciated the provision of real fresh coffee and a cafetière to make it in. The restaurant was fine. The food was fine and was served on time when we pre-ordered. Wi-Fi was fine.

FIRE YOUR KITCHEN STAFF. The place is so lovely. The vibe is great. They didn't crowd the place. The staff are helpful. EXCEPT YOUR KITCHEN OR WHOEVER PREPARES THE FOOD. The food sucks. Whoever puts CHIPOTLE SAUCE ON A FREAKIN STEAK? Or not put salt on your food "because it is cooked on butter anyway". Im telling you, the downfall of this place IS THE BAD QUALITY OF FOOD!

Hotel is very good quite for couple it's nice service is pretty good as well But need more improvement like room service should have time cut off at midnight... not 9pm everything close 9pm... and also need a small convenience like buying like personal item And also need to have some activity so client don't go outside hotel just to do activity somewhere else specially when you bring your kids on this area

We spent 3 days in the hotel and it was worth it! The place offered huge spaces so it doesn't look crowded despite being almost fully booked. The pool is clean, rooms are well maintained and the staff are all friendly. Minor comment would be the speed by which they prepare and serve the food. To offset that, they encourage guests to pre-order. We will definitely be back!

This trip is long overdue as it was postponed due to changing quarantine status that affected travel between NCR and Region 3. Nevertheless, the management made good of its commitments to us and we were never charge a centavo more than the stipulated cost of the vacation package. Great service is one of the reasons for coming back. The staff will do their best to make your stay as momentous as possible. Foor is delicious. True it is quiet pricey but the cost of bringing supply to the resort from the market makes it reasonable for a person with a clear mind. Thr facilities were upgraded and additional watersports activities were offered to guests. My verdict? I shall return and enjoy a restful weekend there.

This is our second time to stay in Kamana. We really like it there because the place is clean, spacious, amenities are nice, and the staff are friendly, courteous and quick to respond to your needs. There were only a few other people staying there, or so it seemed because we rarely bump into other people maybe because the place is big. This time we got the the deluxe twin loft room and it was very nice! But it was situated at the 3rd floor and there was no elevator so it was a bit hard for our seniors to go up there. Breakfast buffet was good with many variety. Ala carte was also good but servings are small and very expensive. And service was slow. The beach is amazing. The water is clear and they offer water activities like kayak and paddle boat. However, the sand is a bit rocky with lots of shells so it would be a good idea to bring aqua shoes. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Kamana and we will definitely go back there.

Firsr time to visit this resort and I must say I was impressed. Hospitality is top notch and the overall cleanliness of the area including the rooms are amazing. This resort offers water activities and also has an inhouse restaurant which serves great food! Good for families or groups on a vacation. Very relaxing place, truly a sanctuary! Pros: + Great, friendly staff, I commend all of you! + Good food, we ate all our meals in their restaurant during our stay, hotel booking includes buffet breakfast + Nice view of the Zambales mountain range, clean and relaxing pool and beach area, with plenty of areas to bask in the sun! + Clean and very modern-designed resort bldgs and grounds + Spacious rooms with complete amenities of a hotel, very comfortable beddings. Cons: - Open parking, under the sun, but not much of a problem - Water shower toggle faulty at times but just a minor issue (Rm312) Overall a great stay and had a fun time with my family. Planning on coming back soon! One of the best in Subic which does not break the bank! Worth every penny

Cons 1. FO - not knowledgeable about their Yuletide Season promotion; using mobile phones while speaking to guest. 2. Breakfast - a lot of flies specially on the pastry area; didnt bother to cover it with a cling wrap or something 3. Extremely weak wifi inside the room - IT staff really didnt do anything about it. 4. Restaurant Staff - not knowledgeable about their breakfast and dinner. When asked about whether it's buffet or ala carte, he answered that it was ala carte, then he turned to his colleague asking (shouting - pare buffet ba tayo bukas or ala carte) if it's really ala carte or buffet. When he corrected him, the waiter then turned to me and said, "buffet pala mam" it's as if i didnt heard them at all. It's like we're in a palengke. 5. Christmas dinner buffet - really expensive but the variety and quality of food is just so so. Refilling of the food takes also a lot of time and the buffet is just until 9pm. 6. Sales Team - called them before our arrival date asking about the prices of the yuletide season promotions specifically the christmas dinner and she answered "basta di po lalagpas ng 2500 mam" She also said to me "Saan niyo po nakuha number ko? Corporate bookings kasi hawak ko, sa reservations po kayo tumwag." Pro: 1. Room is big and spacious Overall, it's a waste of money. For the price you're paying, extremely poor service. Untrained staff. I think you should invest in training and taking good care of your staff better so that they can take better care of your guests. PS. I can only commend Jeleneah for exerting the service that was due to the guests. Knowledgeable and accommodating.
