Only 6k for a condo type room good for 8 to 10 (max) ppl. And even if we were going to max the place it was still roomy. It has everything we needed. The kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking and dining. The bed were comfy. It has an LCD tv. Every condo unit has a balcony with a nice view of the swimming pool. A lifeguard was present every time kids were at the pool. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. There were smiles all around. Loved the place. Loved the people. We wanted to extend our stay but the room was already booked for the next day.
Now there was a downside.Only one burner working and it was an electric stove so the cooking took a long time. And the wi-fi only worked in the balcony. Still a huge duty free supermarket was nearby for all the other things you'll ever need. A few fastfood restos there too.

I stayed here for three nights in a standard room. The price here was low, and the room was the biggest i had during my stay in Jan/Feb this year. Plenty of space for luggage, fridge, a small TV, waterboiler and aircon. The aircon was not very efficient though, it took ages to get the room down to 26C. The staff need training, but i have chacked in to expensive hotels and being treated far worse, at least most of them were polite and did their best to help if i needed something.

The place is clean, and the food in their restaurant was actually pretty good.. I had dinner there twice, and enjoyed it. Small breakfast, but with the prices they ask for food it does not really matter. Oh, and they have scandinavian food if that's your thing.

If you want to go to the city a taxi will take you to the harbour point in 6-7 minutes.

I had a good time here, and if i find myself in Subic again i might stay here again. Great value.

I booked at this hotel a week before the Holy Week and they confirmed by sending me an email message about the booking confirmation and advised me to pay the initial payment, which i made the day after. But as soon as i got to my office, they had already been calling for 3 times already and when i finally answered the phone, they told me there was system error and that the dates i chose have already been booked (and initially paid). they kept on saying sorry and suggested i give my account details so they can deposit back the payment i made.

That was a Thursday (3/21) and they never made the payment. Upon realizing on Friday that there was no deposit made, i contacted them again and again, they asked for my account details. i gave it to them around noon but they never replied. around 4pm there was still no deposit made and i contacted them again, and they said they are ALREADY on their way to the bank. that was about 430pm. They never told me if they were able to deposit, no apologies even.

By monday i continuosly called and texted them and their number (09279412356) cannot be reached already. i have been trying to contact them until today, the last day before the Holy week and there never was an answer.

Even their business phones is just rigning and ringing.

WHAT KIND OF A MANAGEMENT IS THIS?

If they do not give me back my deposit today, i will create a scene when i get there in 2 days and i won't care if their customers will hear it!

Stayed here for 6 nights. Great location close to everything you would need. Attentive staff. Big clean rooms. Sometimes they forget to make up the room, but once you ask for it to be done, it is done immediately.

Staffs!!! They are accomodating, we arrived there without booking but they managed to look a room for us!!!
Rooms- rooms are apartment style and ita very spacious! We booked 3 rooms 1 deluxe and 2 apartment style. We 15 members and the 2 rooms were more than enough for us! They have enough cutleries in the kitchen and our 1 night stay was great!!!
Recommendation- this hotel is very good for large families going on vacation in Subic!!!

A wonderful secret in Subic! A delightful small hotel tucked along the coast of Subic Bay. Small cozy hotel, clean & wonderfully serviced by friendly staff. If you need a quiet, relaxing holiday or hideaway, this is a perfect place. A small hotel with outdoor swimming pool, restaurant serving good & delicious food served with plenty of smiles. Well managed & supervised. One of the managers (?), her name is Tin, is very very helpful and courteous and helped make our stay truly memorable :)

The general construction was very good and nice design with swimming facilities for al ages. The whole place was clean as was our large room but there are the very very limited facilities in the room. The TV had lots of channels something for everyone which some 4/5 start hotels don't have i Malaysia ! The BIG letdown was the proximity of the room to the road and Filipino noise is 24/7 and so we had a basically sleepless night listening to motorcycles with their noisy mufflers (banned in any civilised society) which was bad news for us as we were on a business trip and travelled from Laguna.
Another negative point was the total lack of attention to maintenance. I put out towels on the holder in the bathroom and it fell off the wall, the shower head holder loose about to fall down etc.
The breakfast was a choice of Filipino and Western and my wife could not believe that they had no Bangus which is a very popular Filipino breakfast.
If you need a good nights sleep don't stay here
