Small sized room, towels not that white anymore, edges of the towels were unravelling. Waiters would take your plates, you're not even done eating yet. Bring your own dental kits, conditioner, lotion. Disposable slippers were provided. Housekeeping and front desk staff were courteous, though. Restroom in bedroom had bidet. Poor wifi service.

Well, this hotel has a good service for a reasonable price. Staffs in frontdesk were helpful. I just noticed that signages in the hallway going to rooms were not helpful/missing. The advantage of this hotel was the room was big enough for the family. Parking space was also available for free.

The first time i was in this hotel was shorter and it was like a maze going to our room in the 5th floor without the elevator Whew! This time, I requested to be in the lower level - 2nd floor..I somehow enjoyed the stay as i feel homey. I did my brisk walk in the morning and drop a visit at a nearby San Roque Chapel up in Dewey Road. It was fun to look around by foot..

The service is still the same - below par - . We requested for the repair of toilet and the chair as they sound irritating everytime we use them. I suggested to put on some grease to eliminate the sound just so they will act on my request with urgency. The sound in the toilet door has gone but not the chair. So the whole time we stayed in the room our ears are already numb with the sound.

Overall, it was a little bit better experience.

The Lobby looks really nice & modern but disappointing when you enter the rooms because it seems that they left out all the rooms in the renovation & focused only on the lobby & the ballroom or function room. The rooms looked like they havent been upgraded for the last 10 years. The room or the carpet also smells moldy. The buffet breakfast has a very limited selection and is not appetizing. The breakfast place is also very small and not for big groups like conventions. In the Convention room, the Low ceiling height is an obstruction in getting a good view of the Screen for the Audiovisual presentation.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was great. The room was big enough for me, my husband and our baby. The pool was small and not deep enough but it works for us. The food was really good especially their breakfast buffet. Rolando Domingo was very attentive and gave us an excellent service!

The family room we had is spacious. It has soft and comfy beds and sofa. The restroom is big too. It has nice amenities. Even though our room was located in the farthest part, it is good that we discovered an exit route. The furniture, especially the chairs suited the hotel team and it add an elegant taste,

There is a gym and a pool. But we were not able to use it since we check-in late. Breakfast food is quite pricey for a silog meal.

The location of the hotel is good. It is near in the restaurants and duty free shops.

Got a fine stay. The only thing that irked me is that when we checked-in, nobody assisted us in getting to our room. We were the ones who located it and no one helped us in our baggage.

But thanks again for helping us in finding the shoes that we left when we checked-out.

during our convention, we were booked separately in another hotel, since its fully booked already...the Subic International Hotel (Bravo)... its an old & quite eery but its clean and good for a short stay...while the Travelers Hotel ... the comfort rooms/rest rooms are far from the convention area .... and this is the hotel that i observed that has NO water dispenser. what they provide are big water jars/jug, but i dont know if the water they provide are filtered or clean or Not...

The place is nice, clean and the location is great. The staff was accommodating and honest. We accidentally left the watch of my daughter and they even called us to informed us that they found it. The room was big enough for 4 persons. The food in the restaurant is great and not expensive with big servings.

Stayed here during a national convention of a certain professional organization. As a convention venue and accommodation, the hotel is very much ideal and equipped with upscale facilities. It has nice interiors, very accommodating staff. However, food is not that appetizing, still needs improvement. Overall, the hotel is far better than other establishments nearby but Subic as a whole is not really an ideal place for family fun and adventure. Very far from Manila, yet very few attractions around.
