We recently booked a room in this hotel bec all the other hotels within Subic bay are already full. 1. Check in was a breeze. 2. Ample parking lot in front of the hotel. 3. Room is clean except for the molds in the bathroom. Has simple, minimalist vibe. Beddings are good. 4. All their rooms are for twin sharing (2 double beds) but they were able to move the beds together to accomodate us (we were with our 2 kids). 5. Room specs said there was supposed to be a hair dryer in the room but there was none. 6. Room has no view. No window. It can trigger claustrophobia but is good enough if you are out majority of the day and just want somewhere to sleep for the night. 7. The pool is cute but can be a bit crowded because it’s small. 8. We thought that their Breakfast buffet has

Clustered among other hotels near the SBMA main gate, Travellers hotel can provide you with good accommodation and a good jump-off point if you will go exploring the other Subic attractions. Rooms can be a bit far from the hotel lobby, and finding your room might be a tricky at first. But overall, this hotel can provide one a good night's rest.

The hotel's lobby and coffee shop looked newly renovated. Our room was on the first floor...going to our room - carpet had to be deodorized. Our room was clean though it needed more lighting. The bathroom is small...love it that they have hot and cold water. Aircon was just right not too cold. My kids went night swimming and pool water was warm...they enjoyed every minute of it. If I'd go to subic again, I would still stay here at this hotel. In addition the staff here were courteous and accommodating.

its an old hotel that had undergone a facelift. unfortunately the remodelling was only done on the lobby and public areas. If you are planning to go there and eat then its an ok place. Staying in one of the rooms there is a different matter. Although it had been painted the vinyl tiles in the rooms need to be replaced. It is full of scratches and looks really dirty. (maybe that is why they have only 2 lamp lights and a foyer light in the entire room). furnitures were placed in the room without any care of how it looks. Airconditioner was cold but casing was damaged. And you can hear karaoke music coming from the function rooms. the bathroom looks like it hasnt been touched since the us military was here 25yrs ago. Definitely not for one seeking a relaxing weekend. They

Subic has always been a good place to bring relatives from other parts of the country or from abroad. This was our second time at Subic Bay Travelers Hotel and we were surprised with the renovations which is both refreshing and relaxing. The hotel staff have always been amiable and always ready to serve us. We would highly recommend this to budget conscious but comfort seeking travelers.

We had a conference in this hotel. The place is located near Harbour Point/Ayala Mall which is about 15 minutes walk. There are taxis inside SBFZ, which charge a minimal fee of 75-80 PHP. The hotel is not new, but there are commendable and not-so good thoughts about the hotel. We had delays in check-ins because of the number of participants and probably lack of coordination between front desk and housekeeping. The room assigned to us was quad sharing. Nothing outstanding, just your standard room, 2 beds, a ref, TV, safe and 1 bath. The thing that bothered me was the leak coming from the sink, the loose thread in the shower knob and the towels were ratty. Food was also average, no desserts nor fruits after meals. We got limited menu choices, if it's not fillet fish its fried

We stayed here as an overnight stop on our way to another destination close to subic bay. This hotel is a great place to spend a night and we had exceptional service. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Philippines.

They have big beds enough for 2 kids and 2 adults. Their pool is small but one can enjoy having breakfast beside the hotel. Hence, the adults while enjoying their breakfast can simultaneously watch their kids swimming. Their breakfast is good and affordable. One thing that disappointed me was their water spout in the shower, its not fixed. it gives me an eerie feeling. Plus, its not advisable for senior citizens as they dont have an elevator.

Stayed overnight with friends. Check in time was 2PM, i arrived before the time but they allowed me to check in early. Front desk was very accomodating, staff was friendly, you can feel that they genuinely care for their costumers. Though the room (double deluxe) obviously needs improvement but me and my friends can definitely say it was restful stay!

Big thanks to their very accommodating Front Office Staff for allowing us to check in early. It was a Friday and my daughter's 2nd birthday at Meat Plus Cafe. We have to be at the venue early and the hotel was convenient to relax after the party. It was a perfect place for bonding with family from Muntinlupa. The room was spacious and can accommodate kids 0-11 years old without extra charge. The swimming pool was also a plus factor! Thank you Subic Bay Travelers Hotel for a very nice stay!
