If you're looking for a good night sleep this is the right place. However, not all dishes served will make you happy. Yes they have no elevator, the pool is quite small and the wifi gets wonky but the clean surroundings and friendly staff will definitely give you the service you expect on a busy week.It was a wonderful Christmas experience and I will definitely go back to relax.

I was here for a week-long business related activity. good facilities and amenities. wide clean room. Over all, its a slightly high average abode away from home. Except that going to the room, function hall and to the lobby is like a maze as it has hallways that i was dizzy everytime, plus it has no elevator. Good thing, the location is accessible to major malls in the area and near the terminal for free bus ride to Royal. Staff here is friendly, respectful and accommodating. They always reached out to help us out in our needs. My colleagues and I were so glad we were allowed to request for a plain rice during breakfast as well as to store our choice foodies bought outside. Food is okay.

I must say, this hotel somewhat exceeded my expectation for a cheap hotel. The hotel is very clean and amenities are still good and neat. I have been staying here every time it is a long weekend and wants to spend some R & R outside Metro Manila. The room was cheap but worth every penny. The pool however is too small but I heard they have renovated it already. Points for improvement: buffet food and wifi. Other than that, everything is fine!

Stayed here during a weekend trip to Subic. The hotel was outdated in places, but ok. It was close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was comfortable and had the usual amenities. The wifi was spotty in the room, and we had to go down to the lobby to access it (we were told that it was because there was a function going on). Breakfast was a pleasant surprise--it wasn't your usual breakfast buffet and had more than the usual boring offerings.

Its the first visit of my family in Subic. My first in terms of overnight stay. I chose this hotel despite of comparing various hotels in the area due to mixed reviews & value for money with the booking we got thru booking.com. We were impressed with the facade & its location. Yet, my impression with the staff was so disappointing. We were not allowed for early check ins due to numerous guests. We understood yet the FO promised to call us once our rooms were ready which she didn't even bother to update. We checked in at around 10pm & one of our keys was a manual key. We were not given instructions on where their dining room is as well as the breakfast time. The rooms were big & spacious as well as their beds but their bathroom though clean but small. There was no slippers

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times over the last 3-4 years, when we come up to Subic to participate in athletic events. It's a 4-story hotel with no elevator. The rooms are dark, run down and not very clean. This last time, we had a room at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor. The bathroom wall still had someone else's toothpaste on it, the AC was extremely loud, and the sound proofing is very poor. We found out at 10pm that the hot water heater was not functioning. I was extremely unimpressed with the way front desk attempted to solve the problem, but once the maintenance guy came, he was able to resolve it quickly. Oh and to add, for the entire weekend, every time we entered or left the hotel, the security guard always sat on a bench next to the front door with a cigarette. It

The hotel facade looks like an ordinary office or even government building. Upon entering you are greeted by a hotel staff handing you a ginger bread cookie since their lobby theme is ginger bread house to celebrate the holiday season. We were led to our 3rd floor room through the carpeted stairs. I immediately asked the staff if they carry luggages all the way to the rooms & why there was no elevator. He said they have to carry the luggages to the rooms but there will be a ramp soon. The building is 3 storey only as I discovered soon. I was impressed with the double king sized bed which didn't allow for any night lamps or bedside tables anymore. The bathroom was sparse but clean with only 2 basic towels & a few toiletries so you better bring your own or else you can request

We checked-in Dec 28, 2014. We called a week before for reservation, and we were happy they were not full yet...Camayan was and so was moonbay marina villas. Since our target was to watch the dolphins at Ocean Adventure, we just needed a place to stay. Our big problem was we were 5 adults and 2 kids and we were too many to occupy one room. Fortunately, Travelers Hotel's double deluxe room can have 5 adults with 500 for an extra bed, since there are 2 double beds already good for 4. For almost 3, 900 for 5 adults, this is a good hotel, near Golden teahouse with a good serving of wanton noodles and great dimsum. Aircon was so cold...staff were accommodating but no complimentary coffee even if we requested repeatedly. There was an electric heater though....so just bring your own

This hotel almost makes for average and with some effort could rise to good. However the facility is an older property somewhat tired and worn. I checked in for only 2 days and I thought the rate a bit steep at $74.00 US a night. The bathroom in my room was poorly laid out and it was a bit annoying to work around. Through out the building the installation, repair and maintenance reflect poor or unskilled workmanship , there are patches with bare sheet rock and holes that have been poorly repaired but no one bothered to do the finish work to paint them or smooth out surfaces... it looks as if they did not care. My room was poorly lit with little natural light. On a positive note, despite the age of the building it was quite clean, with crisp sheets and spotless bathrooms. The

I've recently checked in in this hotel last November 5 to attend a team building activity and seminar conducted by our employer. I Must say that this hotel is just perfect for this kind of function as they have a number of function rooms that can fit a hundred or more guests at a time. Hotel rooms are big enough to accommodate up to 5 pax and are equipped with standard features like a small ref, a safety vault, cabinet, toilet and bath with hot and cold water, dresser, flat screen tv, and split type air-conditioning unit. The room where i stayed in have 2 double beds and we just added an extra mattress to accommodate the fifth member of our team. On the other hand, during our seminar, we are offered buffet style breakfast and lunch both of which are average to mediocre tasting.
