We had a conference in this hotel. The place is located near Harbour Point/Ayala Mall which is about 15 minutes walk. There are taxis inside SBFZ, which charge a minimal fee of 75-80 PHP. The hotel is not new, but there are commendable and not-so good thoughts about the hotel. We had delays in check-ins because of the number of participants and probably lack of coordination between front desk and housekeeping. The room assigned to us was quad sharing. Nothing outstanding, just your standard room, 2 beds, a ref, TV, safe and 1 bath. The thing that bothered me was the leak coming from the sink, the loose thread in the shower knob and the towels were ratty. Food was also average, no desserts nor fruits after meals. We got limited menu choices, if it's not fillet fish its fried

We stayed here as an overnight stop on our way to another destination close to subic bay. This hotel is a great place to spend a night and we had exceptional service. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Philippines.

They have big beds enough for 2 kids and 2 adults. Their pool is small but one can enjoy having breakfast beside the hotel. Hence, the adults while enjoying their breakfast can simultaneously watch their kids swimming. Their breakfast is good and affordable. One thing that disappointed me was their water spout in the shower, its not fixed. it gives me an eerie feeling. Plus, its not advisable for senior citizens as they dont have an elevator.

Stayed overnight with friends. Check in time was 2PM, i arrived before the time but they allowed me to check in early. Front desk was very accomodating, staff was friendly, you can feel that they genuinely care for their costumers. Though the room (double deluxe) obviously needs improvement but me and my friends can definitely say it was restful stay!

Big thanks to their very accommodating Front Office Staff for allowing us to check in early. It was a Friday and my daughter's 2nd birthday at Meat Plus Cafe. We have to be at the venue early and the hotel was convenient to relax after the party. It was a perfect place for bonding with family from Muntinlupa. The room was spacious and can accommodate kids 0-11 years old without extra charge. The swimming pool was also a plus factor! Thank you Subic Bay Travelers Hotel for a very nice stay!

This was decided on a whim. Reception area look impressive but then once we got in the room it looked knackered and aged. There was a swimming pool. Also they charge you P30 for extra toilet roll which I thought was ridiculous. Also there was a musky smell in the room, where we later find out in the corridor of the floor they had humidifiers and a/c units to get rid of the smell. The air con unit case was on the floor already when we got in. Pillows are abit too hard to sleep on so was abit fidgety to sleep. On a good note the bathroom was clean and had the full toiletries. But other than that lights were all in working order and the tv, mini fridge and free wifi was a good touch.

Stayed for 3 days during a conference, twin bedroom. Hotel itself seems old, but has undergone some renovations. The front desk is new, but parts of the room I stayed had some rusted lamps. Room: Twin GOOD >Decent bed to sleep in >Room service was regular and clean >Modern flat TV >Free wi-fi >Soap and shampoo provided for, but small. >RFID door locking NOT SO GOOD >Safe available but no power >Thin walls >Toothbrush provided, but very thin. Toothpaste provided. >Refrigerator provided but ineffectual at cooling. >Running hot and cold water for shower, but shower isn't as hot. >Free wi-fi is slow to point of uselessness Hotel: GOOD: >Buffet breakfast of 4 viands and small cafe of 6 tables. >Food is Philippine fare but nothing exceptional. >Respectful staff >Very clean hotel

Small sized room, towels not that white anymore, edges of the towels were unravelling. Waiters would take your plates, you're not even done eating yet. Bring your own dental kits, conditioner, lotion. Disposable slippers were provided. Housekeeping and front desk staff were courteous, though. Restroom in bedroom had bidet. Poor wifi service.

Well, this hotel has a good service for a reasonable price. Staffs in frontdesk were helpful. I just noticed that signages in the hallway going to rooms were not helpful/missing. The advantage of this hotel was the room was big enough for the family. Parking space was also available for free.

The first time i was in this hotel was shorter and it was like a maze going to our room in the 5th floor without the elevator Whew! This time, I requested to be in the lower level - 2nd floor..I somehow enjoyed the stay as i feel homey. I did my brisk walk in the morning and drop a visit at a nearby San Roque Chapel up in Dewey Road. It was fun to look around by foot.. The service is still the same - below par - . We requested for the repair of toilet and the chair as they sound irritating everytime we use them. I suggested to put on some grease to eliminate the sound just so they will act on my request with urgency. The sound in the toilet door has gone but not the chair. So the whole time we stayed in the room our ears are already numb with the sound. Overall, it was a
