This property need some serious TLC. It is outdated and needs to be renovated from top to bottom. It looks to have been neglected for quite some time. There isn't a working restaurant onsite (yet) but may have one in the near future. This property is off the beaten track & somewhat secluded however, there isn't a restaurant within short walking distance unless you want to sweat your butt off walking about 1 mile to the nearest place. The only amenities are a swimming pool which we NEVER used as it looked like the water wasn't circulating. As for the rooms, they need some serious attention & remodeling. Old flooring & furniture, TVs are from the 80s - 90s and if your lucky enough to have a cable box in your room the channel selection is very limited. There isn't a phone in the room so no way to contact the front desk unless you walk down to it. There isn't any front desk in the evening either! No toiletries available in the room except for 1 roll of toilet paper upon check-in after that, you're on your own! Partial kitchen doesn't have dish soap or dish cloths, no frying pan & very limited utensils. There are 3 residential buildings, 1 is unoccupied and 2 are partially occupied by people who bought the 1-2 bedroom units as condos for private use. I wouldn't personally stay here again unless I was a "condo" owner HOWEVER, the asking price is way too much, plus the cost of renovations, not to mention it is only on a lease contract for 20 -50 years, so you never really own it!

extremely poorly maintained resort with no on-site management. Only 1 person at reception responsible for the running of the resort. The resort is very outdated and run down whilst we understand that the owner is renovating another resort. On-site facilities were limited, and the pool and area required attention. We decided to leave after just 2 days.

This condo was missing toliet paper, cooking utensils, broken parts, dirty, musty and mildew smell. Unkempt property. The management didn't know that we had a reservation until we showed them. Never again.

It's a relaxing family vacay. Glad that wifi in the rooms has been added as well as potable water on each floor. My daughter loves swimming thus, this is the most inexpensive yet family friendly resort for us. All staff are very cordial and helpful too. We'll be back for sure.

I stayed here via RCI and it is the most run down establishment I have ever encountered who are trading as a desirable hotel. The hotel is used heavily for school conventions and there is a continued turnover of large groups of kids who are noisy and take over the place.[being kids!!] However, this is not what I signed up for. There is not a bar or restaurant - as stated. No room service,no anything really. The rooms are tatty from top to bottom and I will evidence this via photos if technology allows - quite remarkable really. I have pictures of filthy and worn towels, tatty flooring, rusting and dirty kitchen equipment, destroyed kitchen and bedroom furniture etc. The Philippines are beautiful - but not in this area and particularly not at this location. I am really frustrated with this experience and would urge you to think again.I am often cynical about negative reviews because they often highlight unrealistic expectations - bot on this occasion I wished I would have listened.

I bought one night here. The place is very old and the rooms were old. I arrived at 9am and they expected me to wait until 2pm for the room even though the room was ready. The place had no atmosphere and in the middle of nowhere. I didn't even complete the full days stay. I checked out and moved elsewhere. Definitely wont return

Stayed here overnight for a work event. The function hall Wi-Fi did not work. The rooms we stayed in desperately need repair and upgrades. The food is plain and bland as well. Bathroom fixtures should be repaired if not upgraded. One of the bathrooms inside our suite did not have a mirror over the sink as well as a tissue holder. Beds were uncomfortable and itchy. One of the aircon units in the other bedroom inside the suite was not working. There is no phone inside the room to call the front desk (which is located in a different building) -- you have to make sure to list all your complaints/requests before walking to the front desk.

The rooms and amenities are acceptable. They're not updated though well cleaned and maintained. Our shower heater shut down twice but the maintenance team were quick to response. All the staff starting from the front desk are very nice, approachable and hospitable.

The place is big and cozy when you are outside the hotel itself. PROs 1. The place is big, there is a lot of things you can do here if you are going to have a party or teambuilding. 2. Close to nature, you'll hear birds, geckos too. 3. Some attendants are nice and friendly. 4. The pool is warm, good if you have a baby with you, but I still prefer cold water since it is so hot these past few days. 5. The aircon is cold, which is good. CONs 1. We were at the hotel around 12 pm, my Mom has a seminar that day so we need to be early. Usually, check-in time is around 2 pm, so its fine to wait, however, the room is still not clean at around 2 pm. We asked the cleaners to please clean the room as we have a baby with us and their lobby area doesn't have any fans or air-conditioners too. The chairs were far from the entrance door. So uncomfy. By the way, we stayed at Villa Cecilia. 2. The room is not that clean, the bathroom area is stinky and the mirror is not even cleaned. It still has marks on it. 3. Beds aren't comfortable as it needs to be. Too bad :( 4. You'll say that the place is old as it still has its CRT tv on it. It is still working by the way. :D 5. No towels, no rugs available as they are still drying it as per the attendant. So we have to wait for a couple of hours to have rugs on and our room was totally wet and dirty. Err.
