I booked at this hotel out of curiosity because I know that during the pre pandemic days, I heard a lot of nice things about it regardless of the bad reviews lately on social media. Few days before our scheduled date, they give us a heads up that the establishment might going to be a quarantine hotel, glad that didn’t push through. Checking in was smooth, lobby area is just small and ordinary. We are family of 4, but they only provide 2 towels. Room has basic features but didn’t impress me maybe I expect too much. Love the beddings, the spacious hallway, bathroom with bathtub, the water temperature at the pool, the unique design of the bar/pub on the rooftop, location near Royal duty free, Starbucks and HMR, and complete bathroom necessities like shampoo etc. But despite all of

Stayed July 10-11, 2021. 14 pax, 4 rooms. Pros: ✅ Location - very accessible, near establishments like groceries, restos, and shops ✅ Spacious and clean rooms - with bath tub, vault, air dryer, desk ✅ Amenities - big pool, clean common areas, great view at the roof top ✅ Kids were allowed Cons: ❎ Concierge - It takes a while to check-in, no one assisted to bring our luggage to our rooms. It feels like we were begging to be accommodated, when in fact their price is not cheap. ❎ Food - What food? There was only one café open with very little selection. Room was dusty, gym is closed on weekends which was weird because there's a lot of guests on weekends, and the staff doesn't know when the events are. (E.g. Yoga sessions) there's also nothing to watch in the tv so no use at all to staycation.

When I first got here part of my first meal was an "iced tea" and turns out that it tasted like water and it had no ice. Then I had ordered water and they gave me dirty, brown water. I also noticed that when I ordered a Philly cheesesteak the lettuce had 3 bugs that camouflaged with the color of the lettuce, and the sandwich itself had this weird grease on it that looks like spoiled oil. Also the very first day I arrived at the hotel I saw so much dust along with a roach in the bathroom going round and round around the toilet but I decided to ignore it. Since I ignored it it disappeared until I saw it again the following week and I captured it and ever since it has been my personal prisoner.
