based on my experience staying one night the front desk called me around 6:30am in the morning just to ask if whats my breakfast without thinking that i am sleeping that time then when they ask me whats my breakfast the breakfast serve is wrong and 2 order breakfast lacking poor service in terms of customer service but the hotel was fairly good only the front desk are not
Love this hotel! Huge and spacious room.. great customer service. The location is ideal as it is near restaurants, grocery stores, and outlet stores. Will definitely be back at this hotel when we go to subic in the future
My second time, and will always be coming back here. Strategically located, with outlet stores within the area. Breakfast was plated (understandable) because of the pandemic, but hope the buffet will be back soon. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet during my first visit.
For an upscale hotel, I was terribly disappointed with the cleanliness and sanitation of the place. The towels, bedsheets, pillowcases all smelled like mildew and the floor towel looked like it was badly in need of a replacement due to its color and condition. The most disgusting part was the experience of finding a crawling cockroach on the couch. To be fair, the staff were really nice, friendly, and accomodating. However due to the sanitation and cleanliness issues we experienced, we would not choose to come back.
one of the best in subic!, good service, nice and big rooms and the food is mouth watering. overall I like the aesthetic design of the hotel. staff are friendly and spacious parking is plus. Nearby restaurants and boutique are good as well!
