Rooms are not so new. Hotel is old. If you just want for a place to sleep, this is okey. But if you are looking for comfort I would not recommend this room.

To note that their extra bed matress has stains.

This hotel is cheaper than the other hotels inside Subic Freeport Zone. For the price we paid for a STANDARD ROOM we had low expectations but here's what we got:
- Sofa area
- Toiletries (shampoo, tooth brush/tooth paste, soap) which they replenish everyday
- Fresh towels daily
- Hot & cold shower
- Cleaning service daily
- Hair dryer
- a window! (yes, some hotels don't have a window for this room price)
- Coffee and tea making facility, replenished daily
- Friendly and accommodating staff, good service

They don't have the following though:
- Swimming pool (but that's okay because we found the pools of the nearby, more expensive hotels to be murky)
- Breakfast and room service (but that's okay because there are a lot of nearby restaurants)

This hotel is old and seems dirty in the corridors. 'Looks like it may have been a premiere hotel during its glory days in the past. However, we still give it 4 stars for value for money.

Checked in at this hotel with the family. The room was spacious enough although i found the stairs and corridors quite narrow. Ample parking space in front of the hotel. Best of all, it is near the entrance/exit gate of Subic. There is also a casino in the hotel.

The only thing I liked about here is the large room size. The room is big enough for 4 people (3 persons in king bed, 1 can sleep on the sofa bed).

King size bed doesn’t have a thick blanket, so you have to adjust the air conditioning if youre feeling cold. The bed looks sanitized when we arrived, but the sofa included looks dirty.

You can tell that the room is old by just the looks of it. The cabinet doors under the sink are unsafe, it looks like it wasn’t screwed and only glue was used.

The TV signal is so poor that it’s basically useless.

They have WIFI modem but no internet connection. Called the front desk several times and the only “fix” they did was to “restart the modem”. Didnt fix at all until the next day.

The only free breakfast available is Hotsilog and they took 15-20 minutes to serve. 5 us ate there and only 2 glasses of water were given.

They have small swimming pool and gym facility which is nice.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Bed was worn out. Towels were almost grey. Room was never made up even if I asked the front desk to make up my room because it was not made up the night before.
The front desk receptionist was bordering on rude the 1st night I got here. Dust can be felt, and I am asthmatic. Stay was really uncomfortable.

This the most terrible hotel. I was there for an ocular not only for this hotel but for other hotel as well for my upcoming event. However these are I noticed. Staff are not well coordinated that suppose to help to show the hotel and their other place. Rooms are big but smell not good. Stay in Hotel for relax but not for us because beds has bugs. Rooms not clean even towels not white its dirty white. One thing more we cannot sleep we heard cat fighting in the ceiling. I booked 2 rooms for the group. Thank you I know the hotel facilities before my event and definitely you don't have business with me.

Roaches, ants, extra charges, construction, the list goes on...
The cheap rate ain't worth it. I highly recommend finding a better hotel somewhere. Checked in to this hotel, and first thing I saw in the bathroom was a cockroach. I had a box of chocolates that ants feasted overnight. I asked for extra pillows and they charged me 50 pesos each. The worst was the contractors hammering away on the side of the building at 830am! How can you expect to sleep as a guest when you have loud banging noise every second!!! Worst stay at Subic and I should've read the negative reviews on here and heeded the advice. Want a better stay? Go to Segarasuites, moonbay marina villas or the lighthouse. There are far better choices along the waterfront than this hotel!!#

Yesterday 15th of June 2015 was our 2nd anniversary and we decided to go on a road trip...we drove around Clark first before heading to Subic. So upon entering the main gate to Subic from Tipo we were given some leaflets...one of them is for Hotel Venezia and it says Php1,688/night. So we opted to go there since we only need a room overnight...When I asked the receptionist if the standard room Php1688 is still available, she instantly said NO instead offered me their standard room for Php1857 plus 100 for the enviromental fee...so in total thats Php1957...i then again asked what about the 1688 promo..she told me it does not exist anymore...but if take a look at the tarpoline outside their hotel, they still have it...so left with no option, we accepted the Php1957 rate. The room is in 3rd floor (WARNING: NO ELEVATOR). Upon checking in i had a hard time opening the room door since the card key lock is broken and they have given us a key, a foul smell will greet you...i believe it is coming from an old unwashed carpet and curtains...the room space was just right..nothing special...the bathroom looks old (Standard room from Victoria Court has a better bathrooms than them..and its a motel). As we still tried to settle in and turned the TV on, all the channels have poor signals...so called the lobby and asked for maintenance guy...couple guys tried to fix it for a little less than an hour but they couldn't..so wifey and i decided to look for another hotel and thought this isn't worth our money...we went down to the reception area and told the guy we'll just get our money and look for another hotel...the guy instantly told us they don't have a refund...and that line started to light up the dynamite in me...i told him we were less than an hour in the room and they couldn't fix the telly...so he offered me to upgrade the room to superior but i have to pay for couple of more hundred bucks...take note... I HAVE TO PAY MORE...so i told him NO..i want my money back...at this stage my voice sounds really upset...so he made some phone calls which i believe to the maintenance team...then he left with the keys (i think to check on the room). When he came back, he gave us our money and we walked out of the hotel...After about an hour and a half, someone from the Hotel Venezia called me asking if I still have the room keys...again..THEY ARE ASKING ME IF I STILL HAVE THEIR ROOM KEY...really??? What the hell i'm i going to do with their key??? Do they just let their guests to check out without making sure everything has been settled?

So if you're thinking of availing their so called promo...think twice..i believe its a bait advertisement..instead just add a couple of hundreds and find a better one.

We got a good deal thru the Travel Expo for the Family Suite, but it can only be as good as the paper they present. The hotel is old, with low ceiling and the staffs are, for the lack of a better term, basic. Upon entering the lobby, you will already notice the old, rustic smell.

What's worse is when you enter the room. Although spacious, It is dark with old fixtures. The cabinets have mini cockroaches inside crawling and creeping thru the small cracks, and the interior of the bathroom needs serious refurbishing. The bed also goes with dark headboards with smelly curtain-like drapes. One of the beds was extremely soft, or more like overly worn out that it feels like you're sleeping on a water bed.

We did not get to try the pool because we were disappointed already in the room. Good thing the kids enjoyed the space somehow, and we just made the most out of the overnight stay. It just served as our sleeping room and we just toured the whole subic bay to shop at the outlet stores.

Our learning is not to be fooled by good deals during expos. If you find the price hilariously low and sounding as a good offer, investigate thoroughly thru reviews before you do the actual purchase.
