✔️ Clean Rooms ✔️ Bathrooms are good, nice design ✔️ Towels are colored blue and I think that's a great idea ✔️ Clean pool ✔️ Fast wi-fi connection on lobby area ✔️ Carpeted hallway ✔️Parking lot ❌ No wi-fi connection on room (visible wi-fi but no connection) ❌ AC units are not that cold; I don't know if the room is just big, or the AC Unit is old - Haven't tried the breakfast since we booked the rooms only - Gym equipments are limited but I think that's okay if your goal is just light workout - You may also buy outside food without corkage fee

I stayed here for 3 nights. Bed was worn out. Towels were almost grey. Room was never made up even if I asked the front desk to make up my room because it was not made up the night before. The front desk receptionist was bordering on rude the 1st night I got here. Dust can be felt, and I am asthmatic. Stay was really uncomfortable.

This the most terrible hotel. I was there for an ocular not only for this hotel but for other hotel as well for my upcoming event. However these are I noticed. Staff are not well coordinated that suppose to help to show the hotel and their other place. Rooms are big but smell not good. Stay in Hotel for relax but not for us because beds has bugs. Rooms not clean even towels not white its dirty white. One thing more we cannot sleep we heard cat fighting in the ceiling. I booked 2 rooms for the group. Thank you I know the hotel facilities before my event and definitely you don't have business with me.

The only thing I liked about here is the large room size. The room is big enough for 4 people (3 persons in king bed, 1 can sleep on the sofa bed). King size bed doesn’t have a thick blanket, so you have to adjust the air conditioning if youre feeling cold. The bed looks sanitized when we arrived, but the sofa included looks dirty. You can tell that the room is old by just the looks of it. The cabinet doors under the sink are unsafe, it looks like it wasn’t screwed and only glue was used. The TV signal is so poor that it’s basically useless. They have WIFI modem but no internet connection. Called the front desk several times and the only “fix” they did was to “restart the modem”. Didnt fix at all until the next day. The only free breakfast available is Hotsilog and they took 15-20 minutes to serve. 5 us ate there and only 2 glasses of water were given. They have small swimming pool and gym facility which is nice.

Was there during the SEA Games period. 1. Food was buffet style. Have soup. The main dishes. Cakes and dessert. 2. Front staff were polite. 3. We had 3 pieces of 3 laundry for wash daily. 4. There was a pool. 5. Casino is just next door. 6. You be spoilt for choices of food and marts nearby. I could have given it 5 stars as I was stopping by the pool side for consuming drinks.

Subic Bay Venezia Hotel is a nice hotel. Although the visit was on business affair but the venue is good and conducive for conferences. Restaurant is also ok. It offers affordable foods. Personnel are accommodating. Hotel is clean.

We take advantage of their promo suite room deals for only p1200. Rooms are big with a king size bed and a single bed good for 3 pax. Rooms and furniture are outdated . It also has a swimming pool, gum and restaurant.

Before all rooms and corridors are corridors are carpeted but now they changed it to ceramic floor tiles which is also ok, Now there is swimming pool, unlike before it has nothing. Service is the same I mean it is ok, but now we have to pay for an additional Environmental Fee of 100 per night and also prepare a cash for the room incidental deposit since before credit card is ok. There is also a gym on the ground floor as an addition. Breakfast I should say is not included on my package but I tried to order and it is a ok , the normal stuff. Check in is quick since I always arrived late at night, they will call you if you will be arriving even late at night and it is ok. Rooms never really let me down since I made a relaxing stay even before that is why I keep on coming back. The pillows are soft and comfy. The downside is the hot water which is not so reliable, it took a while to heat the shower but overall stay is great. The casino outside is an added feature for those who love gambling. Price is worth, so I will recommend this to my friends going to Subic Bay Philippines.

Rooms are not so new. Hotel is old. If you just want for a place to sleep, this is okey. But if you are looking for comfort I would not recommend this room. To note that their extra bed matress has stains.

We got a good deal thru the Travel Expo for the Family Suite, but it can only be as good as the paper they present. The hotel is old, with low ceiling and the staffs are, for the lack of a better term, basic. Upon entering the lobby, you will already notice the old, rustic smell. What's worse is when you enter the room. Although spacious, It is dark with old fixtures. The cabinets have mini cockroaches inside crawling and creeping thru the small cracks, and the interior of the bathroom needs serious refurbishing. The bed also goes with dark headboards with smelly curtain-like drapes. One of the beds was extremely soft, or more like overly worn out that it feels like you're sleeping on a water bed. We did not get to try the pool because we were disappointed already in the room. Good thing the kids enjoyed the space somehow, and we just made the most out of the overnight stay. It just served as our sleeping room and we just toured the whole subic bay to shop at the outlet stores. Our learning is not to be fooled by good deals during expos. If you find the price hilariously low and sounding as a good offer, investigate thoroughly thru reviews before you do the actual purchase.
