The pictures in TripAdvisor and Airbnb is accurate - big and clean room, big and clean comfort rooms. A/C was working well and very cool. Strong and fast wifi. They have a tv with cable channels. Staff was very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I was doubtful of the room’s door knob but when locked, it’s secured. They only have street parking, you have to wait for a slot to be free, although nothing bad happened to our car. It’s near everything - restaurants, convenient stores, local stores, church and even a hospital. Will definitely come back.

Room Size: Quite Spacious for a small family (2-4 Pax, with kids) Food: No Food but they offer free brewed coffee every morning from 6AM. Staff: They respond to any inquiry or request. Just don't expect to receive a reply through SMS or Viber immediately, so better call them. Note: If you have kids, better choose another place, they're staff and other people (probably visitors) smoke in the stairway near their lobby and at the end of the corridor where an open window is. Parking can't be really called reserved, you best call in when arriving after your daily activities so parking attendants can be summoned by the staff to look for a slot for you (Street Parking, Php10/Day).

We booked a room at Acme Inn for April 27 and received confirmation. We told the Hotel that we will be arriving at 9 or 10 pm. On the way to Olongapo at about 8 pm, when we called the hotel, they said that they cancelled our reservation and gave our room to another client. They gave no sensible reason but I surmised that they had a better monetary offer for the room we reserved. This is so disgusting. I have never imagined that people would be so unprofessional.

Convenient location to access food, shops and transportation. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We stayed twice during our stay in Olongapo. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We loved how it was close to SM mall, safe environment despite being in city.
