The emplacement is correct in the city. The room was dirty, the bathroom and the toilet horribly dirty. A damp smell in the hotel mixed with cat urine smells. And when it rains, there are leaks in the room. Hotel to avoid

I've used this hotel often in the past. It was tolerable, bordering on average to poor but was affordable and convenient. I left them for a temporary residence complex. I returned for one night due to very poor airline scheduled arrival. The floor of the room was not clean. My bare feet were quickly picking up dirt. The television service just plain unacceptable for a Western tourist. It was more or less one channel. The bed lamp did not have a bulb and the telephone was 100% in Chinese. I was unable to make a call to the front desk, for example, because the use of the very cheap telephones. Wifi historically is slow. This visit it was painfully slow. Unfortunately, I probably will not go back.

There’s baby cockroaches in all the rooms! We have five rooms and stayed overnight. We asked the housekeeper to change all the beddings because it seems like they’re not changing it every after use. The linens are dirty and it even smells! Their pillows smell so bad! The towels have hair (we used our own towels)! I didn’t take a picture of some of it because we were so gross out! The bathrooms are dirty. Good thing we have alcohol and clorox wipes to clean our room. The toilet smells pee and there was pee in the toilet seat! Will not stay here ever again!

There's a lot of cockroaches in the rooms. My family and I have to transfer rooms thrice just to have a room without cockroaches. They are also understaffed. Only one on duty for the maintenance and janitorial services. No one even helped us for the luggages and no one guide us on going to our rooms. There's also water leaking on the floor that comes from cr. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but we were really disappointed thats why we only stayed overnight.

We arrived late in the evening. The front desk staff was not accommodating and did not answer our call for help with maintenance. This property has no elevator and although it’s only 3 floors, the stairs were steep. Our room was not clean and smelled musty. The bedsheets and pillows had stains, mine even had hairs on it. The bathroom drain was clogged and had a cockroach floating in the water. The only good thing in this hotel was the night guard who took pity on us and helped us with our luggage.

When I say not recommended, I mean it. We were so tired from our 10hour trip and it was almost 10pm so with no hotel bookings, the first thing that we wanted to do was sleep. My, hubby saw the hotel while we were scouting for a place to stay. On the outside, it looked ok. At first glance of the room, it was ok so we took it. Cleanliness: all corners of the bathroom, dirty and moldy. A 3star hotel with baby cockroaches? Only in this hotel. It even smells like pee. The toilet bowl does not flush well. Bathtowels are dirty white. The floor was not swept well. Even their beddings are dirty white. Aircon: it was roaring! I thought it would stop but it did not. Fire alarm: it started ticking loud at around 5am so we had to call the front desk because we had enough. We asked them to transfer us to another room as we did not have a good night sleep. Their response? Why did we only inform them now? Of course, we were tired and we wanted to sleep. We did even change our clothes when we went to bed. They transferred us after 2 angry calls. When their house keeping personnel came, he just told us to transfer and he started playing from his phone. oh my.. Either this hotel is understaffed or the staff are undertrained/underpaid so they do not do their jobs well or the management just does not care about the cleanliness of their rooms. They need a meticulous housekeeping supervisor. Their advantage is their location but who cares about a good location when your room sucks?

Cindy Kelly hotel is located in the heart of Olongapo City. Walking distance from Subic Bay Free Port, St. Columban Parish Church, SM Olongapo and many other places. It is accessible, with big rooms (ours was good for 4 persons), reasonable price (P1,800/night) booked through Booking.com with free parking if you would travel by car. It’s good to note that the parking is quite safe within the confines of the compound. Nice to try!

When we were going to Room 214, I saw some rooms like 210. The door was open and was not cleaned. I was shocked. Why did the staffs leave this room uncleaned? My family stayed in this hotel, the room was absolutely dirty. The floor was not cleaned. The ceiling, the walls, and the bed had dust. There was no remote for aircon. We had to call for assistance. The blankets were not cleaned. The Wifi modem (CK214) near my room was not functioning well. There was no water when we came. We had to wait for a few minutes before we can have water. The dipper was wrecked. The shower had dust and was not clean. The sink was dirty. There was no cable. All channels were blurry. The staffs were not so helpful. I also laughed when I saw a sign "PLEASE OBSERVE CLEANLINESS." The staffs must be the role model. They did not clean every single room. EVERYTHING was dirty. Please CHOOSE another hotel. Please.

Choose another hotel to stay, my room was not cleaned for days at a time, when i complained the they would make the bed and give me clean toiletries yields etc. The bathroom was not cleaned for the duration of my stay or the floors cleaned, 2 terrible wks. Also the staff were not so helpful, they would ask what i wanted for breakfast and deliver to my room for 6.30am but i only got breakfast for 1 day of my total stay. It is also very noisy from outside as it is on the main road into the city.
