stayed here with my partner for the weekend and we were impressed with the quality of the room they offered us considering that we only booked for the standard one - might need to check on the supreme room next time!
staff are accommodating and super nice! we are supposed to checkout at 12nn but our flight is due til 5.30pm so we needed an extension, sadly they don't offer short-time stay but Marsha (i believe is the manager of the hotel) is so nice that she allowed us to stay for another 4hours without charging us for their normal 12hour rate, instead she gave us P150/hour rate. She understood that we badly needed a place to stay and was sensitive enough to offer us the 4hour extension. Thank you thank you Marsha! :)
We will definitely go back to this place again if we visit Olongapo, heck even if I'm staying at Subic or Barretto I'll still book in this hotel.
Thumbs up guys! Keep up the good work!

Also, the location is perfect as it's in the center of the City and just a jeepney ride away to SBMA that'll only take around 5mins

The hotel's on a side street, with available parking. We weren't impressed with the building or the small parking lot (construction is being done). But the hotel rooms were a pleasant surprise- new, very clean, spacious. And there's free Filipino breakfast as well. Warning - the bathroom has a clear window into the bedroom. I don't know what the idea was, but just pull down the shades and you'll have your privacy. If you find yourself in Olongapo, this hotel is great value for the money. Internet was fine - they give you 2 codes for 2 tablets or phones. No restaurant after breakfast, but Jollibee and Mang Inasal are across the street.

The hotel is pretty close to everything in Olongapo: transport terminals, food shops, shopping areas, and 5 minute jeepney ride to Magsaysay Ave., Olongapo's place for night life.

I got my standard room from Agoda which includes complimentary bottled water, queen bed, flat screen tv with cable, hot&cold shower, and free breakfast.

The only con is that, they don't tell if the room I got has no windows, but will raise this issue to Agoda to include window details in the hotel info.

I like the transparent glass panel that shows the shower area to bed area. They installed blinds for those uncomfortable with it, though.

Hi guys, I am writing this review to let you know that my sister lost her 2 months old MACBOOK AIR laptop in this hotel last March 26, 2015 (Thursday). Yah, read it right! an almost brand new laptop. March 25, 2015 we checked-in for a business meeting, an on the next day, March 26, at around 8:00 am we checked out. For some reason, we forgot that the laptop was left in the drawer in room 401. When we already investigated the incident, the hotel denied it, ofcourse they will! for that thing might give an ill reputation in the image of their hotel. And here went the investigation with all the CCTV cameras present in the area, it was seen that the MACBOOK was placed inside the drawer and here's the SCHOCKING thing happened, on the morning of March 26th after wee checked out all of a sadden there were NO videos because the CAMERA was turned OFF..!! O'common, that is something that was very strange.. Isn't it obvious that the cameras were turned off because they were about to clean the room we left, and so for us it is clear that staffs are part of this whole thing happened. Perhaps, part of their modus-operandi, they will turn off the CCTV cameras inside the room when the are about to do the house-keeping. I hope guys this can help you decide better when about to choose where to stay in Olongapo. This is not a JOKE nor a BOGUS thing.

It's not a bad place, however I'm sure your can find places much better. If I had nowhere else then I would stay here again.

We arrived by bus from Manila and this hotel is just 3 minutes walk from the terminal. It's a busy part of town, and there are plenty of fast food outlets within 5 minutes walk. SM City Olongapo (major shopping centre) is about 2 kms south. I prefer Harbor Point shipping centre in the Subic Freezone, so if I returned I would prefer stay closer to this part of the town (near Subic Bay waterfront).

At P1,470 per night it's a budget hotel and this price includes a simple Filipino style breakfast ie rice with egg and sausage or rice with egg and tocino (sweet pork), etc. They offer various breakfast types, and take your order the evening before, but most items are not available so you get what is in stock. Pretty poor really.

The wifi is free, but over the 4 days that we stayed, it never worked. Even using Globe mobile, I could not get online most of the time and when I did it took forever to load a single page.

The rooms are a good size, and the bed and TV were good. No fridge. There were a few small bugs in the bathroom, but not gruesome. The glass wall in the bathroom has a blind and when I pulled this down for privacy the blind was badly stained and mouldy.

The room was noisy at night being close to a busy intersection. The bikes are the worst, and they use horns at all hours. Pretty annoying.

Our stay was not a disaster, but it was not a pleasure either. They should upgrade the broadband - it was hopeless.

Even at P1,470 I think this is over-priced. Look for better, unless you want something close to the bus terminal.

Do not stay at this hotel.
Unless you appreciate:

Being given your key and left to find your own room.
Rats in the roof space of Rooms from the storage cupboards, which keep you awake all night.
The laundry guy finding it purely normal to do chores at 3.45am in the morning in the laundry room, whilst playing music, and leaving the door open so the whole floor can hear it.
The Hoover then next at 4.00am!
Staff oblivious to the problems: 'o that's housekeeping Sir' was the response to why the laundry people needed to do their inventory/work at 3.45am. And a blank look when I replied 'So, that gives them the right to wake and keep people up in the middle of the night, does it ?'

And a list of numerous other problems

Doors that are not properly fitted/hinged/buffered so you are wake until the last person comes in and the first person gets up.
Similar problems with elevators which smell of urine.
Bed bugs which literally eat you every night so you have no choice but to scratch yourself to sleep.
The lobby and Hotel so full of staff playing on there cellphones and IPads, you can't connect and have to constantly ask them to reset the router so you can.
Windows needlessly left open so the mobile Jolibees disco across the road can wake you up even if you have taken a sleeping pill to try and counteract the other forces which would mean you were awake if you hadn't.

A general feeling of uneasiness and uncleanliness, (I do not doubt the earlier poster who lost a laptop and found the CCTV had gone blank. We took everything of value with us when we went outside or locked it inside our cases) with unsmiling and unfriendly staff. That just make you want to leave as soon as possible.

NB when we did leave; there was no apology; offer of compensation; help with our bags. The receptionist even just pointed to the trikes outside when we asked if they could help us arrange transport.

All in all just do not be fooled by this hotels trip advisor ranking and it's apparently reasonable price!

I wasn't feeling well when I arrived in Olongapo and was looking for a place to crash in as soon as I got off the bus. I was delighted to see this place which is just a few steps from the terminal, located right in the rotunda with neighbouring fast food restos. Jeepneys pass right in front of the hotel so there's no trouble or fear of getting lost when going to the mall or elsewhere.

As I am a Catholic, it was a bonus to find a church at the back!

Staff were nice and friendly. Room was big for such an affordable rate. Free breakfast was the ordinary/ usual fare. Just one minor deficiency though... hard to connect to their WiFi.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Olongapo, this one is ok but if you need internet, stay away. They give you vouchers for internet but if you have guesta, it doesn't work now does it work outside your room and it's very slow. For me, I will never stay there again because of the internet Wfi and no pool. Outside of that, it had a comfy bed, wonderful staff and security, a tasty breakfast, and tv. Can't make outside phone calls from the phone. We paid to have our family stay on a mattress which was a single one but I paid for 2 additional people to stay. They were cheap with towels and would only give one additional towel although I had 2 additional guests that I paid to stay because the room I wanted wasn't available. The room was cheap for a reason. They charge a deposit for a second key and for a refrigerator. 1000 peso deposit for a fridge and 500 pesos for a second key. For internet...after the free voucher, it's $9.00 a day....thats US Dollars. Rip off!

Oh well..it was safe.

Since my last stay they now have wi fi internet in each rooms (not just foyer).
Bed seemed more comfortable.
Friendly staff.
Located right opposite the main bus from Manila (Victory Liner). Suggest waiting for the express bus to and from Olongapo as it cuts about 2hrs off trip.
