Great place with a nice view. Super love our stay, we enjoyed hanging out by the pool and resto. Planning to go back some other time. It also accessible to other restaurants and beach areas. Recommended!

I my family and I rented three rooms here in December 2022. Two rooms with a king size bed and one room with two queen size beds. All rooms had spectacular views from their private balconies. The Wi-Fi connection was not strong in one of our rooms but the staff promptly moved us into a new room. We especially enjoyed how the hotel offers massages in the room. The beach was rocky but the view was unbeatable. The breakfast in the morning was great and cost friendly and the dinner in the evening was even more cost friendly and so tasty. We can’t wait to return here during our next trip to Subic!

Response from Central Park, General Manager at Central Park Reef Resort
Responded 2 weeks ago
Dear Guest, Thank you for the kind comments and nice review. It is wonderful to hear that you and your family had a nice visit and loved the views of the surrounding areas. We apolgize for the issue with the internet but glad to hear that it was resolved quickly with a room change. We understand how important it is to have a good internet connection. Also happy to hear that the service and food in the restos was great. It sounds like your family had a very nice time and that makes us happy too. Hope to see you back at the Central Park Reef again in the near future.

Good room and comfortable bed. CR even had a bathtub which was nice. Our closet safe had incorrect written operating instructions. Had to call the front desk twice to get assistance. Eventually a maintenance staff member stopped by and explained how to set the code. Then the safe batteries died (another person replaced them.). Downstairs pool is dirty and constantly mobbed with splashing kids. Rooftop bar is decent, live music was ok.

The hotel is rated as 4-star hotel. Very busy at the lobby area because the guests coming from the beach area access is the lobby. The interior layout and design of the hotel is nice but it seems that the spaces are extremely utilized that its becomes too crowded when 20 guests at a time are in the lobby. Rooms maintenance needs improvement...presence of crawling pests in my friend's room, bathroom shower drain clogged, bidet is leaking so much water from the inlet and repairs are not properly put back. Beddings are clean and comfortable and looks elegant but other items in the room are standard even if the accommodation is tagged as deluxe. Staff and personnel service is great. They are very courteous and accommodating - front desk, room service dining - by the way took longer for food to get to my room but the staff was apologetic, restaurant staff are attentive.

Room Tip: Parking spots at the basement is very limited as the hotel gets very busy especially on week ends...

The hotel is beautiful and 1st class, but the food and service are not very good. I highly recommend the hotel rooms and pools, but they need to work on their food service and customer service. My guests did not finish any of the food they ordered, and we had to send some of the drinks back. It's a hotel with a lot of promise if they fix a few things.

We went for an overnight stay, group of 8, we had to pay extra 1000/person since the room was only good for 3, and when we asked for an extra mattress we had to pay again for another1,200. Room was not entirely clean the sliding door in the balcony was defective, felt unsafe to leave the room we were worrried to stay out for too long. When it was time for check out, we were billed to pay the mineral water since we drank what was cold and we didn’t drink the one with complimentary stickers. But still it’s the same size of water bottle. We were also pressured to pay for Pringles, gatorade and chocolate drink that we did not drink!!! We argued about it coz money was not an issue, but the point is we did not take any of the drinks from the things in the ref. Lesson learned to check the list in the ref and tell the reception right away that the list does not match the actual items in the ref to avoid confusion. The swimming pool was too cold, the rooftop pool was overcrowded when we went there Thursday night. The beach area was not clean plenty of trash everywhere. We only enjoyed the Island hopping tour that the Hotel dnt really offer.

Nice hotel but the staff and service was far away from what we expect from a hotel like this. Room was not cleaned properly. If we shall recommend this hotel its just for the hotel itself and nice swimming pool.

The best hotel I Subic for sure. We have stayed here several times in the past year and half. It’s gotten better and better. Staff is friendly. Besides ants in room near the fridge everything was very good. Curtains have slight holes in them. Beds are very comfortable. Food for breakfast was very good but the last day had some over cooked but not a deal breaker. Food upstairs in 50s style diner is overall good. They even have American style chocolate layer cake most of the time but not on the menu. The rooms facing the street (no bay view at all) have the two queen beds for families. The other rooms do not offer two beds fyi. In the past the rooms we had had issues with the air but this stay no issues at all. Highly recommend. Close enough to 7/11 and Sam gypsal across street is very good and fresh. There are no taxis here so use a trike or jeepny or hotel has a comfort van for rent with driver. Hotel has two pools. One on roof in restaurant overlooking the beautiful bay and great for photo ops. Pools are generally cold but bay is warm and the hotel is on the beach so go down stairs and you are there. Jet ski and wave runners for rent on beach as well as kayak and boat trips to a near small island.

I’m not sure exactly what to feel during my stay because there are a lot of things to improve but the rooms and pools looked nice. 1. Extra pillows have a charge - of all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this is the very first hotel that charges 100php per extra pillow every night. It also doesn’t smell that good. The king bed only had two pillows, so if you’re sharing it with someone you only get one each. 2. Water experience is too pricey - while it’s nice that they offer these but once you stroll on the right side of the beach, you’ll see that other people offer the same experience for a much more cheaper price! 3. Missing items? I’m used to having free slippers in hotels and this is the first one that didn’t have any. Not a big deal but yep had to barefoot on the cold floor during our entire stay. The safety box was also broken. Four different staff went to our room for about an hour trying to figure out how to fix the safety box. In the end, they just gave us a key for the box instead of replacing it. 4. Makeup room - they had that common signage that you put on the doorknob if you want your room to be made up. On our second day, we did request it and we came back with the same messy room. This was a bummer. No idea how this was missed. 5. No one will assist you from the entrance. I’m not sure if the hotel even has guards but no one bothered to assist us with our bags and pieces of luggage as we enter the hotel. This already gave me a bad first impression. 6. Karaokes can be heard from our room. I have no idea where it is coming from. The neighbors? Rooftop? After a long day, the last thing that I want is something that will give me a hard time sleeping. I’m not sure if this is the kind of hotel I would recommend. Not the best but not the worst.
