This is the place that we've been hunting down. A total calm resort wherein you can loosen up your body, mind and soul. For me with the kind of state of mind that Wild Orchid Beach Resort has, I feel like totally reestablished. Swimming in their pool sitting over the yards is a truly necessary boost. We moreover had a great time wandering around the region using a bicycle. Love the place, needing to return and spend more days. The sustenance was brilliant, all delicious and strong. An obligation of appreciation is all together for the eminent remain!

The hotel is very spacious as well as the room. They got a big pool, a very nice lobby, spacious resto, parking lot and a beach front resto but you need to cross the street to get there. The food is alright but I think it’s over priced. Over all it is a nice place to stay in zambales.

Less than impressed with our first stay at wild orchid. Whilst we've enjoyed many visits to subic over the years, we hadn't previously stayed at wild orchid hotel. Being honest, i dont think we'll stay again. Arrival- guard greets us at the entrance to the "carpark" asks for name as we tell him we're checking in. He looks up and down his clipboard, clearly cant find us, then says "just go through". Rendering the whole event useless. Carpark- major potholes throughout the entire carpark. The entire area looked like it hadn't been maintained for 20 years. Check in- we pull up to the lobby entrance, bell hops collect our bags from the car, which was efficient. Then, im told i need to drive the car back "around the corner" for parking. No valet assistance obviously. Ok so in an

Stayed for some days in superior room (DeLuxe) - just a bit bigger than the normal ones. Hotel was under renovation and low-staffed because of rain season, which is understandable. Credit card accepted as collateral, but could not pay because the booking turned out to be the “Rainy Day” package. Thus cash was demanded through the entire stay. No problem but inconvenient! Very good room, had some trouble with shower which was quickly fixed after we flooded the room. The whole sanitary area (bathroom etc.) needs a renewal. Water pressure not satisfactory. Bed and mattress good, but a bit too soft while coming in the ages. Excellent food variety, good cocktails for a good price. Excellent pool area with possibility to have a meal there. Nice and very large pool. The whole resort is

We arrived in Subic Bay and originally were meant to stay in a hotel down the street but upon entering said hotel we left immediately due to poor conditions. We walked down the road and randomly found the wild orchid hotel and we couldn’t be happier! From the moment we walked in it has just been first class service and all the staff are just wonderful! The security guard we met while coming in was lovely and showed us around. The rooms are amazing and clean, and anything you need they have! Food, bars, room service, spa treatments mini bars, pools it’s just great here! Beautiful and friendly! Definitely will be coming back!

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare, room flooding, power black outs, lift non working, bitten my bugs, all these problems were cause by 3 days of heavy rain. The staff were out standing handing these problems, the front desk manager Del was great. I check out a few days early because because the storming weather was not going to improve. Del quickly and professionally arrange refund for the days not used because I had paid in full. A job well done while under uncontrollable pressure ,

We stayed here last weekend and we are really not satisfied with the service. Because of the typhoon there has been a power outage on the area and the hotel's generator malfunctioned they said the generator over heat because it has been used since morning at 5am when the power interruption happened when I call the front desk I asked them why the power is still not on they just said that their maintenance is working on it but can't tell how long it will take I called like around 4-5 times and still getting the same answers from people at the front desk. So we have no choice but to sleep on our last night stay with no power my 3yrs old son is complaining that its hot and he's having trouble sleeping. The reason they gave us about it is really not a good excuse because they have

During the power outage because of typhoon, their standby generators were not working well. That’s why we slept in the room with no electricity at all. Sad thing because we stayed here for another night because of flooding in Subic area. Their rooms need to be renovated.

We booked to go to subic on a whim as not sure where to go that we hadn't already been in the Phillippines. The hotel Is fine average and a bit dated but all staff are friendly. Overall what lets this place down is the resort itself the beach is filthy and the sea is black full of dirt (I wouldn't swim in the sea here) The resort town is full of prostitutes and definately not suited to young couples. We were bored and very unimpressed to stay and escape over the weekend when compared to places like puerto galera which is cleaner and offers far more. If your middle/old age and looking for prostitutes subic is perfect otherwise give the place a miss it's a very dirty tourist area no clean beach or sea and generally not much to do.

I and my partner went to the Safari Zoo this morning. Upon reaching there I discovered I'd lost my mobile. We immediately returned to the hotel and were met by staff who told me they had my phone and I'd left it behind. Losing it would have been a big problem and I thank them for their honesty and service. It was typical of everything I experienced there. The staff were attentive, charming and professional. The room was spacious, the pool large and clean and food was great
