We booked 4 rooms in this hotel and all are neat and well. The staffs are friendly and accomodating. All are quick to respond on request. The food on the restobar are worth it with late night serenade from the house band. They managed to perform our requested songs to the delight of our senior companions. The place is nicely located just after subic bay freeport which gives you opportunity to visit some other attractions. The only thing we would like the hotel to improve is there current elevator. It is outdated with odd smell. Overall, our stay was great and everyone enjoy the pool and the beach.

Not my first time in the Philippines and amidst my last travel we had an incredible time it and now we were back. Remained for 4 evenings in Wild Orchid Beach Resort and we were stunned about the place. Pictures online really indicates how wonderful the island is. Inconceivable time with my partners. All were thankful to encounter the hotel benefits that beat our needs. I cherish the view from the yard. Demonstrates the flawlessness of the hotel with a sight of the shoreline. Love this place! We will return.

I have previously stayed here without incident. It is a bit expensive but has a good sized pool. On my last visit my watch and door key were stolen from poolside. This was from a patio table situated about 20 feet away from the security guards post. Although this is not the fault of the hotel, the management could not have been less concerned. They would not change the door lock and begrudgingly agreed to my request for a room transfer, only after payment of an exorbitant fine for the lost key! There are much better accommodation options along Baloy Beach, Barrio Barreta.

Room was okay for the price. One of the staff at the frontdesk was rude upon check in the hotel receptionist only greeted my boyfriend.. as if there is an assumption that i was not with him as a Guess. As we decided to have our lunch at the hotel next day I ordered Deep Fried Lapu-Lapu,Sinigang pork and hamburger w/fries for my boyfriend. As our order came we we're shocked that they served us a lapu-lapu with sauce on top well we didn't really mind that as they said they will change it .. WHAT REALLY BOTHERED US was the HAIR IN OUR FOOD which is the SINIGANG .It doesn't even look like A Normal hair.. it's more of looking like a PUBIC HAIR. We stay calm as we call the waitress and show her the HAIR. So they took it and told us they will cook new one. The waitress offered

I’ve been going to Shang for years ever since I was young and it really feels like home already. All the staff are very accommodating and have an excellent service. Starting from the front desk, to the beach, and the restaurants. I would like to mention Joemarie from Tea of Spring and Sanix from Tides.

I just finished a one night stay at this place. I paid in cash for a discount after a argument. The pool is very big and the service from the pool bar was good. My breakfast there took around 45 mins. Still a nice place. The smell in the lift was very bad

Booked my daughter, her husband & her husband's family for a 3-day, 2-night stay, while my husband & I took our extended family for a day-tour day to join my daughter, et. al for a day-swim and lunch. The hotel staff and restaurant servers were courteous & friendly but I think the resort was not prepared to handle an influx of tourists. My daughter was disappointed that there were no towels in their room when they checked in. Restaurant at the beach front had only 2 lady servers attending to many customers. Good I ordered lunch 2 hours earlier and requested that it be served at 12:30pm. Lunch was served on the dot but my in-laws had to wait for 2 hours to have their order served. Kitchen and resto crew were under staff. The good side was that 1) the food was good and

We had the opportunity to spend a few nights in the Wild Orchid, Subic Bay this week, with shuttle transfers to and from its sister hotel in Angeles City. We were met by the manager who welcomed us to this gem of a property and provided useful information about the general area and what it has to offer. The resort is in two parts - a very comfortable wing with a wrap around pool - if you have a room on the ground floor simply walk out the door a fall into the pool. Meals are available at the pleasant bar/ restaurant near the pool. Alternatively cross a lane to the beachfront bar and restaurant where you can hire a boat, watch the world go by or simply walk along the beach. Beach front accommodation is also available. This property provides a comfortable environment to wind
