Wild Orchid Angeles City Philippines I had the misfortune to stay at the Wild Orchid hotel for two nights well visiting Angeles , the hotel itself is very nice rooms are comfortable and well appointed How ever I paid a premium to stay in a Balcony room, big mistake, if you’re a person who likes to rest in the afternoon and prepare for an evening out DO NOT book one of these rooms in fact avoid this hotel, the noise from the construction next door, screams and yells from the pool and the cleaning staff talking at 90 decibels higher then required in the hall way between themselves is just a little overwhelming There are certainly better alternatives to this hotel at a much more reasonable rate I would not recommend this hotel as a suitable place for though who come for what

If you are looking to be right in the thick of it all, the Wild Orchid is the place to stay! I spent three nights there and found myself in a constant party in a city that doesnt sleep! My room was very clean, somewhat outdated but fit my needs perfectly. The staff were amazing, and when I came back a few days later a girl at the front desk remembered my first and last name (and was kind enough to let me exchange money there). One of my favorite amenities is the poolbar, 24 hour room service, onsite bar, a Poker room and great lounge area. They have a computer in the lobby which seems always to be free which you can use, downside is no wireless internet... then again, with all the excitement around the hotel checking my email was at the bottom of the list! If you have not

we stayed in the beach side suites, room #1. it was very close to the next door house that had an open-air videoke, where a drunkard sung really badly from 1 am to 7am. thus making it difficult for us to sleep. we complained to the guard-on-duty and to the front desk several times, but we were disappointed that nothing was done about it. the guard was very apologetic, but the front desk was not. bar and restaurant beside the beach side rooms- the music was okay, but the food service took awhile. we ordered grilled steaks, and it came out after one hour of waiting for it, because there was a big group before us that ordered grilled food as well, and the bar's grill was kind of small. after waiting for one hour, the steaks came out very hard and difficult to chew. but their

I have stayed at this resort twice, in October 2006, and about six months late in May 2007. This hotel just opened in 2005. This place is heads and shoulders above anything else you will find in Angeles City. The staff are all cordial, kind, happy and very helpful and knowledgable. The rooms are all large, roomy and comfortable, and fully stocked from mini fridge to the bath room accessories. There is a room safe, a big plus for travelers. Half of the rooms look out on the 24 hour swimming pool. Two great restaurants with delicious meals and fast service. Huge swimming pool with a swim-up bar. a large green area with shaded tables and chaise lounges for catchin' rayz. A big turtle shell band stand for live bands entertainment. Pool table at the outdoor covered bar area. Free
