This hotel in no way reflected what what it is sold as on "booking" sites.No positives, could not and would not recommend this hotel to anyone thinking if a booking. Photos displayed on the online booking sites: but if you in a really tight budget go for it and ENJOY U STAY.
the hotel advertised many options which weren't there. no Gym, no restaurant, no spa!! informed owner to remove false advertisement but they did not. room was like a shoe box, had to upgrade the first night. supposed to have rooftop views but the owners live here and it is off limits. I would not stay again or recommend .
So we booked Ritz bec our favorite hotel was fully booked. I was actually excited to stay here as their pictures looked really elegant. However, when we arrived there, the lobby, albeit the gorgeous furnitures ans big mirrors, was really lifeless-no aircondioner,no lights!also, there was only one person who greeted us and he was the same person who carried our bags to our room.there were no shampoo or soap or free water in the room, hence I called the lobby and the same person attended to us. The hotel needs more staff and improvements in their service. We will never come back. It was such a disappointment!
We initially booked a room via booking.com but had to modify our reservation. Since our preferred rooms were not available in the site, we opted to call the hotel. We chose our preferred room and the front desk officer confirmed that it was available. We sent an SMS for the details and they confirmed the reservation. We also told them that we will cancel our initial reservation in booking since they have already confirmed. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were told that our reservation was cancelled and there was no room available. They called their manager and we told them what happened and that we have a proof that they confirmed our reservation via text. They gave us a room but when we asked about the breakfast (which was supposedly included), they told us that only the balcony room has breakfast and the other room don't since they have upgraded this room just to accomodate us. We were so upset that it seems like their miscommunication regarding our reservation was our fault. We had an argument with the front desk (she was not the one we have to talked to about our reservation) cause she was insisting that they just made arrangements just to accomodate us. She even told us that those who booked via booking are their priorities. We have been to a lot of hotels but this was the first time that we had problems with reservations. Also, the lobby was not airconditioned. The arguments, hot weather and the inconvenience all add up to the stress. Not coming back again nor referring this hotel.…
This hotel is worth the money! :) It has a good location, clean rooms, nicely-designed lobby; and excellent, courteous and very accommodating staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel - not your ordinary budget hotel in Balibago, Angeles. A good choice for family, couples or friends staying over for a stay in Pampanga.
