Friendly staff Jason will help you with all your needs. Its a budget hotel, so do not have high expectation

They offered airport transfer for 700 peso and if you cancel, you need pay 300 peso. They don't offer free water bottles and each is 20 peso.

Well the location is good a bit tucked in from the main road. The hotel is a bit run down, need a but of maintenance and care. The most strange thing is that all the rooms dont have windows, so the room feel damp and a bit claustrophobic. The rooms were clean, bed was comfy. They provide water bottles, kettle for hot water in the room. The TV channels were a bit disappointing only 11 channels and two of which were in English ( CNN and Cartoon Network) when asked at the reception they said only these 11 channels were available, and on my last day just before checking OUT, suddenly HBO channels were activated. They have a indoor pool. The Cafe called Perks and Brew, was good, the room comes with breakfast also. WIFI is ok

I loss my money in hotel. They steal the money with the artifice for keep the suitcase into linen room till checkin time 2 oclock. or they steal the money from the room 103 during my absence.
always the lady manager blame to me why not lock the suitcase but never never never mention any thing about about the staff and persisting that only the two managers have the key of linen room and nobody have key for the room due to magnetic card key (how they clean the room?)
My opinion is that every body covers everthing and everybody covering everybody due to working as team for sharing the money. and also every body are in the team of confidence game.

in police station 4 when i went they did not show any interesting. just blame me why i was not lock my suitcase.

the swimming pool is really clean.
the towels are really clean, big, thick.
lighting in the room below average.
noisy at day time due to some noisy machine (generator?). not happen night time
malfuctional the tap of shoer.

Stayed here for a week (Feb 8-15).. Got a Junior standard room for PHP850 nett-- which is the advertised rack rate. There are no discounts on this room level (the cheapest).. So for the week, I paid just over $130.. not bad at all.. At that price you really dont need a discount...
Location? It's four short blocks off Fields Ave-- a :05 brisk walk or a :10 stroll.. There is a few good things about the location.. #1- It's NOT on Fields avenue so no Fields avenue BS and noise.. However, there is a elementary school next door, so you may hear school kids coming/going and playing, but by evening it's all quiet.. #2- Trikes are available and the guard will get one if you need it. You wont be accosted by the trike mafia when you exit the hotel #3- There is Norma's money exchange right on the way to Fields ave.. Norma's is one of the towns oldest and most resepected exchange places in town.. Rates are no better or worse than other places, but you can rest assure that everything is legit.. You'll see lots of the local expats there exchanging their $$ there too..
The hotel is made up of two different buildings.. the main building which has a small thai/filipino/western restaurant (room service? yes)and the not-heated pool and not-heated hot tub (how do you have a not-heated hot tub?... still asking the DM staff about that one).. the second building is technically kiddly-corner from the main building, in reality it's just literally like 25 paces from the main building.. the guards desk looks right at the second building-- that's how they secure it-- the guard can watch both buildings from his desk..
The room? I've stayed in the Junior standard, Standard and the Deluxe level rooms (the bottom 3 levels of the 6 room levels offered).. I can honestly say that there is a VERY SMALL difference between the rooms..only real difference? overall room size.. Bed is typcially asian style-- firm. The bathroom is small-- shower only with "shower on the wall" style.. water pressure is good, but not great.. they are on the municipal water system so you're at the mercy of the water company.. western toilet and good sized bathroom sink.. but as as whole the bathrooms are small.. Good a/c unit-- keeps the room cold if you like that.. Rooms have a small fridge and a small desk, closet and night stands with lamps.. TV has a good selection of media.. All the local Philippine channels, Japanese, Chinese and the major western media too..
The hotel service? They are very accomodating.. They will get you almost everything you want or need.. I had laundry sent out (P35/kg) for next day service, money exchanged and a legitmate massage arranged.. All requests were done with ease and with excellent results..
The also guard your stuff carefully.. When the housekeep staff comes to clean in the morning, the supervisor will put your valuables in the closet which he will then put a cable lock on while the staff is inside cleaning.. So, if you've left your laptop out, he will put it into the closet while the cleaners are in.. Is this to say that there is a theft problem? No. I asked several people who work there and was told that it's to prevent staff theft but also to prevent others from taking things while the room door is proped open and no one is looking... Good idea.. I've never had an issue here.

One thing to watch out with this hotel.. It's a good value so they can fill up on the lower priced rooms very quickly, so book ahead and if you're going to extend your stay, tell them asap or they may not be able to accomodate you beyond your original date.. they dont require a credit card deposit, BUT you do have to confirm the reservation TWO days in advance.. like a last minute reminder.. What happens if you forget? They cancel your reservation.. I can tell you this from practical prior experience.. So, make sure you email, call or SMS them 2 days before to secure your room..
Overall? A very good place to stay in this town.. It's very easy on the wallet and the rooms are clean and secure.. basic but everything you'll need.. Staff is very friendly and will look after you and your needs to the best of their ability.. 4 stars in my book!

Service was bad, staff was awful. They tried to cheat us all the time and asked for unreasonable prices. There was also no cleaning service. You have to pay if you want them to clean your room, change your towel, etc.

Having spent 4 weeks in the Philippines, this was one of the worst places I've been.

Pros: Quiet area away from main seedy bar area, decent WiFi.

Cons: Online it states free breakfast but actually it's only for 1 person, staff very rude and unapologetic for this misadvertising, no support from staff around laundry or tours, dirty shower and moldy shower curtain, very dated rooms and overall hotel in need of repair.

I use to stay at this hotel everytime I go to Angeles city. Its been a while I didnt go to Angeles city and only last 12 February 2015 I went to Angeles City and I stayed in this hotel. Wow! a lot of improvement. They change the TV to flat screen TV and the restaurant renovated much better. I saw a lot of new staff but their customer service still remain very good. Good Job to the owner and management of this hotel! Thumbs up!
The price of the room is a little bit increase compare to the last time I stayed here but still it is affordable and better than any other hotel with same standard with this hotel.
The room, I love the cosy lighting and the coolnesss of the room.
The hotel is located only walking distance to bar area, SM clark and restaurant. Eventhough its a walking distance to bar area but the hotel is still free from the bar noise.
Security 24h and they are friendly and helpfull. Just ask the security if you require trike, they will immediately call the trike for you. Pro active staff.
Well done DM Residente (management & Staff)

Apparently ownership has succumb to greed, usual occurrence here. Once a nice kind of
hidden but close to all gem, now is all about more money and less service. The rooms have
jacked up p200 a night from previous rates, but now includes a terrible breakfast for 2. This
breakfast (bacon and eggs is one of a few choices, fine) does NOT include coffee or toast. If
you want a coffee its p60 and you have to pay extra for a creamer packet, p5. No idea what
the toast would cost??? If you visit their website to book it will show promo rates at the old
prices but you can't book at the promo price thru their site, Hmmmmmm ???? So basically
they are forcing you to pay p200 extra wether or not you want 2 breakfasts or not (mind you
you must order by 12 noon or you forfeit) well thanks, so kind and hospitible !!!! Imagine you come home at 5 am and like to sleep around 6-7 am, make sure you set your alarm for 11:55am
and call or run to the café to order, make sure you get a time stamp ! You can sometimes
negotiate your same room for p200 less (keep the crap breakfast) but not if the hotel is at
full occupancy ??? Hmmmmmmmmmmm !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
