This place is instagram worthy, if you are looking for an accessible place this is where you go in Angeles. The hotel itself is very cozy, their staff are very nice and accommodating. I first stayed here last 2014 and it has been my go to since then every time I drop by Angeles.

Our 2nd time at Imerex and this time it is a pleasant one for us. Room is clean, linens are ok, but hot shower is not working. They were kind enough to inform us of the band playing until 10pm but good thing we were billeted in a room that was far from the noise. For an overnight quick stay to rest, this hotel Is good enough.

Nothing fancy but very practical. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and it’s near historical places and famous restaurants. The hotels design is rustic modern. It gives a different ambiance. Rooms are enough and practical.

Stayed here last week during the hot air balloon festival. Hotel has nice location. The Pamintuan mansion and a church are a few steps away. The lobby is charming with local wood furniture and decor. Service in the lobby is good. The room however is another story. The deluxe twin room was very small, more so the bathroom. The sheets and pillowcases were clean though. We requested for and transferred to a bigger room - business executive room which had bigger space with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. When we returned to the deluxe room in the evening to retrieve our things, the room wasn't cleaned. There is a restaurant/bar on the top floor which played loud music throughout the evening. Not a place for sound sleep. Don't think we will return to this hotel.

Stayed at Imerex Plaza Hotel for 4D3N. I love everything about this hotel, from its old-world charm to the very accommodating staff. Service is excellent. The food is very good. The rooms are clean. And the location is just perfect.

Imerex Plaza Hotel is a cheap get away in Angeles City. They offer a good hotel and function hall for those who are looking for cheap rates. What I like about this place are the people – they are friendly and accommodating. They will assist you even in the choices of food that you like to eat – that’s how accommodating their chef. Thanks to the men and women of the hotel: Sales (Keanne), Food and Beverage (Aivanne, Aaron), Kitchen (Chef Dio) and the rest of their staff.

Staying here since yesterday, and the absence of towels in the room (one needed to call front desk and request them) was a bad sign already. The bathroom floor drain took a while to empty... This evening when we came back to our rooms, after hanging the "please make up room," we found the sign flipped to "do not disturb." But when we came in, the room was exactly how we left it in the morning: unmade bed, used coffee mug still on top of the mini fridge, uncleaned room. Called front desk and received a lame excuse that cleaners probably missed the "pls make up room" sign, seconded by the remark that one must explicitly request the room to be made up. Also, wifi signal wasn't that reliable and consistent. Really poor service...

My travel buddy and I stayed there for a night for the Hot air balloon festival. Smooth booking for us since we booked on line. The room was of standard size, with amenities. The hotel is accessible to the museums, church and plaza.

I was not able to get a hotel near Clark due to the Hot Air Balloon Festival which brought me to booking this hotel and their staff are very pleasing even if they are jammed pack. I love their lobby and the I feel very safe in their surroundings. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

It took a while (an hour) for the staff to check us in because they were cleaning the rooms. They were not very accomodating too. The rooms were quite small and the walls are thin. I wasn't able to get a good sleep because of the noise outside. The function rooms need to be cleaned well.
