The hotel's behavior is unprofessional. I lost my hair comb and my friend's earrings in the room, and the hotel claims they are not there! The hotel takes the room price when you check in and not when you check out like other hotels. The bathroom is very, very small The bathroom has no places to hang clothes. The room does not have towels. The sink is inside the bedroom and not in the bathroom, and the stove causes water to spill into the room. The keys are metal and not a card like other hotels. There is no trash can in the room or tissues. We asked for ice for our drinks and they said it was 35 pesos. The reception asks us to change the room every day. Justifying that it was booked in advance, they gave us the option to book a room of greater value. This is considered a deception for the guest, as the hotel is classified as 3 stars and not 4 as it appears on the reservation sites.

Had a very enjoyable 6-night stay at Winds Boutique hotel in June 2023. It is a small boutique property situated on a quiet street within easy walking distance to restaurants, SM Mall, and other popular establishments. Team led by Ms. Kris (manager) and front office staff (Kisha, Kaye, Anne, and Rose) was exceptional: providing world-class attentiveness at a small boutique property. Rooms were large, very clean, and very quiet. WIFI was strong. The hotel also offers a golf cart to give guests a ride to various key destinations in the area if needed. I booked directly on the hotel website which was very easy and straightforward, and let's the property avoid paying the booking site (Agoda etc.) fees. Definitely highly recommended for a quiet, comfortable and convenient stay - the staff are great!

Overall a solid stay, good value and convenient location. A few minor issues prevent a 5/5 rating in terms of room condition but everything else was very good. We paid around £38 / 2500php per night for 5 nights in a 1 bed suite, room H2. Quite a good deal as the room is very spacious and clean, apart from some old makeup stains on the bed cover when we arrived (old ones not fresh ones) All the staff are super friendly and nice, from housekeeping to front desk and security on both day and night shifts. They will always greet you and make sure you are ok, always smiling. Housekeeping available until 6pm and must be requested. You need to leave your key at reception and they even offered to clean my room at 7pm when I called late one time. Sometimes they would call in the evening to check if we wanted housecleaning once they learnt our routine. Parking for around 3x cars right out the front. We always got a spot during our stay but it depends on how full the hotel is. You are about a 5 min walk from the walking street, convenience shops, clubs and restaurants. Just far away from the main strip that it is convenient, but not as noisy. Trike is available nearby if you need transport or you can request the electric golf buggy from front desk. Hotel is small and only has a few rooms so feels more exclusive. On our side of the hotel there is karaoke right under our window, not a problem for us. Depending on how loud your neighbour is when taking part in certain... activities... The soundproofing is generally acceptable. Pool is clean and open from 8am to 10pm. Room H2, external AC unit was a bit noisy and road traffic is audible at all hours of the day but again, this is only minor issues as we are not fussy travellers. Room is clean and has everything you need for medium stays including a kitchenette and full fridge. The main downside is wear and tear. These are small issues if we are being picky, but things like broken cabinets, small cracks on tiles here and there, loose fixtures and fittings in the bathroom prevent me from giving 5*. Everything was working, these are just cosmetic issues and if fixed would result in a 5* rating. Outside walls were being painted when we arrived. Management apologised in advance at check in and it did not ruin our stay. Room service has a nice menu, mango shake was excellent! Room service price was also quite reasonable and not extortionate like some hotels. We would return again in the future and would have extended our stay if our room was still available.

Our family of 3 had a pleasant 2-day stay at the Winds Boutique Hotel. The room is spacious, clean, and complete with basic amenities. The frontdesk staff were very courteous and helpful right from the time we were inquiring, to processing the booking, until we checked out. The rest of the the staff were responsive to our requests too. It is situated in a quiet community and the pricepoint is very good. Highly recommended.

I had lowered my expectations upon booking this hotel. It was a heavy weekend with the hot air balloon , musical festival and all that stuff. Located near the infamous sketchy walking street is not in my idea either. But I liked the room spaciousness, lighting, amenities. Liked the comfort the bed brings out. So is the coolness of the AC temperature. The bathtub, bidet and partly enclosed shower cabin is just fine. Nice touch is the cordless cellphone charger and the availability of TV HD channels. No frills service by front desk , housekeeping, and security sealed the deal . Only drawback is the non inclusion of breakfast in our stay. There is a food menu , but it was extremely limited. Anyway they accept Grab , and there is a 2 minute walk to a 7-11 convenience store. For the meantime you can get an indoor massage by arrangement, or dip in the pool that was not consummated since it was not covered aside from the extreme humidity during that time.

Ok first I am really speechless about how wonderful this hotel and its staff is... to begin with I booked it for my gf to propose her for marriage..as I am far from her so we did online..but I emailed hotel about payment assistance, surprise package preparation and OMG!! They did out of the universe wonderful work...first there room look exactly how it is in picture , everything picture perfect, they were under staffed but superb ownership taken by Rolyn (staff) and Kisha( staff ) with the most effective communication, they're mind blowing and super helpful...omg because of them and outstanding leadership by Kris (manager) and the surprise from him made my surprise so special and OMG!! She said yes ...♥️ this is dream hotel for me and my family and friends .. so my message to everyone "this is the best hotel .. just book ..every cent you spend it absolutely worth it...you'll be happily surprised", each member of staff and management is like a army on their own ... getting emotional here ..but awesome work ..happy new year to everyone there. See you soon in person ..ty to the hotel and it's staff

The environment (pool and building) was good, but the shower in the room was weak and cold. Staffs were all nice and friendly, but sometimes they were with their private friends and gather around the table besides counter to have food and talks, when no customer around counter. It makes feel they are not focusing on their job.

Everything is good with this hotel. Stayed 3 nights, no complains, except for the hot shower and meals menu. Not much variety on foods available for room service, and the hot shower kept changing from hot to cold-cold to hot. They gotta check on that. Other than these, its a wonderful hotel with friendly staff's.

If you want to relax with your friends this place is good. Decent size room, decor is minimal so you have more room if there are 3 adults. Pro: quiet , parking , friendly staff. Con: if you wanna walk from the hotel to roam around the area its very dark
