Stayed here last July 2 - 3, 2016. Pros: The room, toilet and shower room are clean. The Bed is firm and relaxing so nice to sleep. The aircon is strong and quiet. The place is far from the main road so it is not noisy. Cons: There is a flat tv but nothing to watch as only 2 channels are visible, 1 is korean news the other is a filipino religious channel. The internet in the room is weak, need to go near the door or the CR to get a good reception. Wifi signal in the lobby is strong but no Internet service (just WiFi). We were offered a so so American breakfast then after eating we were informed that only 1 breakfast is free. Nobody told us about it when we checked in and before we ordered breakfast. We booked through Agoda and clearly indicated 2 adults. Agoda didn't mention anything about the breakfast to be for 1 person only. What pisses me off is the fact that for that price, we could have had a better breakfast somewhere else. Conclusion This could have been a nice stay but all the small bad things that we experience just piled up and becomes an annoyance. The staffs should be trained to explain things to customers upon check in and not just wait for us to ask because what they are implementing is not a norm in every hotel.…
Hotel is quite new. It has Korean ambience, from the food and some interiors. It was a pleasant experience to stay in hotel. Management and staff members are hospitable, helpful and professional. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have excellent service.
The room is clean but there is no elevator which will be difficult for seniors. I suggest maybe you can consider having some filipino foods in your menu aside from your korean dish so we can have some options. I want to order coffee at night but they don't have.
I had just stayed there last weekend and the hotel is quite new. The hotel is located in a quiet area so no noise at night. The room was clean and spacious. I loved the bed as it was not too soft and liked it that the floor was not carpeted but used tiles instead. The staff were all friendly. There is a small swimming pool which I didn't get the chance to use but definitely will on my next visit. Hopefully soon.
