Detailed Reviews
12 of us staying here for a week on a golf tour and 12 of us more than satisfied!! Rooms, beds, service, cleanliness, hotel concept, and F & B were all right up to the level of what we had heard. Just the perfect place for 12 guys to base camp out of a week. Loved the 400 pesos of breakfast credit per day towards the menu, as opposed to a pre-cooked buffet (if you include breakfast into room rate). Note that, as in any hotel that is keeping up with itself, there is probably always some renovations happening so it might be worth asking when booking and checking in if its possible to get a room away from any such activities. I did hear some distant banging from about 8am but it was not near my room....#123. Aqua Beach Club was our starting point each night and the food up there was also more than acceptable. From the steak to the sushi to the pizzas we were totally impressed. Do you pay more to stay at ABC and party at Aqua.....yup. Is it totally worth it. No question!

On arrival it was recommended to me that I upgrade to the Aqua suite at their discounted price, which I did. So I can only comment on that room which was very well appointed. The adjustable mood lighting board near the bed was more than a gimmick and was handy throughout my stay. The 2 key cards I received meant that the air-con remained on and I used the quilt every night on my comfortable bed. The only complaint I could give was that the temperature seemed to self adjust through the night and I woke in a sweat a couple of times. My sleep quality is why I have deducted one star from an otherwise 5 star facility.
the bars/restaurants are very good. I found the aqua bar on the 7th floor to be more suited to the 40 and under party crowd with the doof-doof music blaring on most nights there. However, the staff, as all over the hotel, could not have been more attentive to my needs when I visited this very swanky bar a couple of times. Still in the dark if there was a cover charge added to my bill but if there was it must have been minimal.
Overall one can not go wrong in choosing the ABC hotel when in Angeles if funds are not a concern.

Once again it was like visiting home away from home - I was made feel most welcome by all areas of the hotel and most of the faces were very familiar to me.
I enjoyed the Aqua Club rooftop on a few occasions and entertained my friends there who were amazed by views and the pool and the music and the fun.
ABC is located close to all amenities included SM mall and entertainment areas as well as markets where I strolled to most days observing the activity taking place and looking at produce.
I stayed in a Fiesta Party suite which was very spacious and very comfortable. I think this was my 4th stay at this hotel and will return again.
Special thanks to Security and Housekeeping who do an amazing job - nothing is too much trouble for them.
Toni you were once again very helpful and provided a welcoming smile to me when we crossed paths.
And sorry not to forget Ella who is still my favourite.
Thanks all at Reception

This is advertised as a luxury hotel.
So, in my head, I was thinking to check-in at a luxury hotel, also considering the 16k PHP charge for a 2-nights stay. Let's not forget that's the same price requested for a proper 5 stars hotel in Makati, like New World.
In reality, from the moment you get out of the Taxi, this hotel appears as an overpriced 3 stars hotel, with an outdated, tacky design (never seen something so tacky in my life as a traveler) that perspires from every detail. In fact, the whole place seems to be the setting of a Hollywood scary movie. Dark areas, no natural light, lots of carpets, statues and dark brown solid wood furniture straight out of the '70s. The food offered in their 2 restaurants unfortunately isn't that good (despite some positive reviews you see around). It's edible, but you can tell it's not their forte. And for a hotel built along one of the dirtiest, ugliest, most dangerous street of the Philippines, I'd expect they would be offering more than edible food, so that guests wouldn't have to get out to search for restaurants and deal with trash, beggars, homeless people and the danger of being snatched or hit by a passing car.
Don't get me wrong, there are also positive things about ABC Hotel.
One is definitely the staff. There are plenty of them, literally everywhere (here you can tell the overpriced room rates help to have twice the staff you'd expect in a hotel this size). Front desk girls are helpful and nice. I saw them dealing with an arrogant, impolite, self-entitled youg filipino guest that was shouting at them and they still kept their cool and politeness. Another nice thing, and probably the only thing that for some could be worth staying at this hotel, it's the Aqua Bar at the roofdeck. That's a nice idea and it's a the only place with thriving nightlife in a quickly dying Angeles City. That bar attracts many girls from the neighburhood and it's definitely the place to be for a party. BUT be aware, I was there on monday and tuesday and the place was empty, so I'd recommend it for the weekends only.
Overall the rooms are large and beds are comfortable, but the design is very questionable. Tha lack of natural light in the rooms and in the common areas is astonishing, you get a "night bar" feeling everywhere you go, which I find disturbing and depressing, but I assume some might find it appealing, considering the many positive reviews.
So in short, this is not a hotel for everyone and for every pocket. I recommend this hotel to solo travelers going to AC for fun and for weekend stays, with deep pockets and who are definitely not OCD about their surrounding (and if you are, just avoid this city at any cost)

Hotel in general was very good with excellent location. Staff were always helpful and the room was excellent and all that we needed.
One area of concern however was the Breakfast that had included in our booking. Normal expectation from most hotels is a buffet type service providing hot and cold foods for choice. ABC However only offered from the menu and it was not advised in the booking that it was restricted to 500 peso value. Anything extra such as fruit or an extra cup of coffee would be charged extra. As to the breakfast that was served, the quality was poor with the only thing that was hot was the Hash Brown. The rest of the breakfast was served cold and the coffeee was only warm and not hot as normally expected. I complained at the desk and expected some sort of response from management but none was received.

Booked a New Millennium Junior suite. Spacious sofa. Illuminating bed that can be controlled by remote. Piped in sound hovers the mini jacuzzi. Room service has extensive selection that caters 24 hour coverage. Mini bar doesn’t compromise on its choices. Amenities has pool for everyone of all ages. An adult pool is available at the topmost floor. Cornerstone of the stay experience is trying or feeling their Aqua Beach Club at the sky deck. Pool fun , extensive bar and food choices. Sauna treatment, massage. The staff are all wonderful. From security, wait staff , bouncers housekeeping and even front desk. Special mention of Ella of guest relations who gave me a one hour late checkout. She understands my situation that time.

Top to bottom an amazing hotel experience. The staff was attentive and helpful yet not overbearing. The accommodations were clean, spacious and luxurious. Amenities were everywhere.
Upon walking in, there was a greeting drink of your choice. All questions were answered with a smile. A flawless check-in. I describe the service as high end all inclusive without the all inclusive cost. No money needed, everything was Bill to room with signed receipts to ensure no overcharging. The food was terrific. There was traditional Filipino, as well as European and American favorites. The pizza was delicious also. The price was 30% more than you can find outside the hotel, but still less than comparable meals in the states cost. But room service and the stocked fridge were the same cost.
The room was big and I had a normal room. It had 10 light settings and impeccable decor. Oversized towels and the staff cleaned the room in a 15 minute whirlwind.
There are 3 pools, almost an adventure to find all the nooks and crannies. Very romanticand fun setup.
And I would be remiss to not mention Aqua the rooftop bar. Nightly entertainment, great service, it's a bar built over a swimming pool with beer pong. Basketball hoops and everyone having a great time.
There are hotels around that are $30 USD a night. This is a $100 USD 4 plus star hotel that in the US would be $300-500 a nightin places not named NYC.
In the words of Douglas MacArthur, I shall return.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool).
I will always have fond memories of my stay at the ABC Hotel and In the words of Douglas MacArthur: I shall return.

I cannot sing enough praise for this hotel. From the incredibly polite front desk staff, security to restaurant staff they all played a part in making our stay incredible. We went during Christmas period which was quiet period so understandably the aqua beach club was very quiet as was rest of hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom aqua suite which was hands down The best hotel room I have stayed in. Rooms had big hot tub, steam shower room and a huge comfortable king size bed that made me over sleep every night. The rooms were filled with more then you need amenities and everything was so well thought out. I personally did not enjoy angeles city however I would come again just for the Abc hotel. It really is a one of its kind hotel. Many thanks to all the staff for being incredibly hospitable.

I’ve stayed at ABC 4 times for work and each time I’ve been amazed at the service. Consistent and reliable with lots of options to eat and work.
Would recommend the Aqua Suite over all other rooms. In the main tower with easy access to Level 7 Spa and Club Aqua.
The gym facilities are great with everything you need.
Will be back soon!

No charge even if they were to stay the night..... You pay for the room. Its an awesome hotel... You gotta include access to the Aqua deck and if you have a group of girls I urge you to book one of the Aqua deck cabanas... There's 2 presidential cabanas either side of the pool. Do a deal with one of the daytime aqua deck waiters and he will look after you and your guests for the evening on the Aqua deck. You will not regret the experience. The Hotel staff are superb, just look after them and treat them with respect.
Hi, the hotel accepts non hotel guests for our pool club which is the Aqua Beach Club. To access, you just have to consume Php 500 on beverage for Male and free access for female.
Hope we are able to address your concern. For more information, you may also visit our hotel website.
We look forward to welcome you as one of your guests.

Yes it is guest friendly and no issues. One of the best run hotels in the city. Great staff and good location, with free car service 24/7. The only issue you may have is if one of your guest comes to the desk alone and want to go to your room the front desk will call you first and check ID. I have never seen a limit on the number of friends you can have.
