The hotel is abc hotel I felt the greatest kindness and comfort in my life there, and Among them, Ella always responded to me with a bright smile and kindness. Outstanding classy hotel from entry at reception to the rooms. Very friendly staff. Rooms have a selection of grades but all are comfortable, clean and tidy. Good layouts. Pool and bar area is excellent. Food and drinks are great but a bit expensive but worth it. Probably the best hotel in AC but not cheap.

Amazing - this is my second stay at this fantastic hotel - First time at Xmas 1 week and this time 3 weeks. Very central to all places you may need to visit i.e. Sm Mall, Walking Street, Resturants etc. Services provided are 1st class and all staff from security to reception to restaurant to Aqua Club. Now who should I give a special mention to? I guess the reception staff firstly because I do remember their names as I see them most days providing friendly service - you made me feel important. Thanks a lot Ms. MJ, Ms. Mar, Hershey, Shanley, Angel, Rachell, Peach, and Eunice (plus 1 guy who was very helpful sorry your name alludes me). 5 years on my last ABC review but still of high quality and standard Sure the prices have gone up a little but you still get a lot of value for your pesos Location is great by its own. Near the walking street and easily accessible from the new airport. Rooms are still clean and comfortable with hot water in the bathroom and tub included. There are some decent restaurants within and walking distance from here. Also, Club Aqua is great for swimming and relaxation. I hope to come back soon as always

The hotel is extremely cozy and comfortable, luxury with great outlets. The food over all form Vintage hall was just perfect with many choices. One the best things in the hotel is the speedy service for any request. And the super friendly staff from door guards to bellboy and house keeping , and the most important to highlight the beautiful smiles of the front desk staff specially Ms. Angel. She made my days with her kindness and smiles. ABC hotel will always be my first choice when visiting Angeles. Only one concern to the managment. Please consider your return guest when requesting free late check out till 5 PM without charging half day . Rest are you are the best.

So its really an adults hotel, infact its adveetised as an Adults playground "You only live once" The rooms and facilities put most 5 star hotels to shame in my humble opinion and I have done a lot of wordly travelling in my time. ABC and their Aqua Club pool come bar and party roof top deck is simply an amazing experience.... this is my 5th time over the last 10 years to stay at ABC and every visit has been adventerous and a blast. So far in my case "You only live 5 times... and counting"

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool). Hotel in general was very good with excellent location. Staff were always helpful and the room was excellent and all that we needed. One area of concern however was the Breakfast that had included in our booking. Normal expectation from most hotels is a buffet type service providing hot and cold foods for choice. ABC However only offered from the menu and it was not advised in the booking that it was restricted to 500 peso value. Anything extra such as fruit or an extra cup of coffee would be charged extra. As to the breakfast that was served, the quality was poor with the only thing that was hot was the Hash Brown. The rest of the breakfast was served cold and the coffeee was only warm and not hot as normally expected. I complained at the desk and expected some sort of response from management but none was received.…

I’ve being living in the philippines for 20 years now and the worst place i ever had food was from the ABC hotel.i would never recommend this place to anyone.I was there for valentines day with my wife.I waited 2.5 hrs for food then when i got it they give me mash potato from a box,my steak was like ice and like chewing on a rubber tire. You need to change your cook or your whole staff.because i would not feed that to my Dogs.
