Ok-ish. The bed was great but the bathroom looks dated however the shower itself was good. Shame the guest who was partying can be heard quite loud in my room. The staff at the restaurant was inattentive to the point that I wasn't charged for my beer and luckily I remembered it.

We booked here to celebrate Father's Day this year. The place is very relaxing and beautiful. The staff from the guards, receptionists and room servers are very kind and hospitable. They will greet you right from the moment you stepped out of your car :) The hotel has a swimming pool that is open from 7am to 10pm. The location of the hotel is very near from clark's points of interests. Highly recommended!

They’ve got so much right at this hotel. The reception manageress is brilliant, as are her staff. The security guys are really helpful and friendly. The waiting staff are friendly and provide a great service. There’s loads of them as well. The food (and beer) in the restaurant is excellent. The buzzer on each table is a great idea and ensures great service. I really don’t understand some of the critical reviews.
Bad points. The rooms aren’t exactly great but it seems they’re renovating them. The bathrooms are dangerous with the sunken shower.
The tables around the pool cater mainly for smokers rather than non smokers which is disappointing in this day and age.

We chose this place because it seemed cleaner and safer than other Angeles hotels. We arrived late and the check in process was smooth. The workers were all nice and the ambiance was overall clean and welcoming. The hotel restaurant prices were good, but we only had coffee and dessert and beer there, so I'm not sure how good the food was. We were traveling with young kids and appreciated the big rooms that were offered.
The reason for the 3 stars is both beds were not clean. There were stains in one bed (a lot) and hair in the other bed (also a lot). This was at 10:30PM at night and we had to have someone come in and change the sheets. Since there was no housekeeping on staff, they initially wanted US to do it, but my husband was not happy about it. So the guy there did it for us. At this point we were really tired and didn't even bother getting upset at him that he came in with shoes on even though we asked him not too. There were no blankets on the bed (just cover sheet), so it was extremely cold at night.
Then in the morning at 5AM, someone was running down the hall and knocking on the doors. Two knocks and then leaving. Needless to say I barely slept.
I wouldn't stay here again and it should get a 1 star because of the cleanliness alone, but I'm giving it a 2 star because the restaurant staff was SO NICE. Also the ambiance of the pool and the eating area was really nice.

Reasonably nice hotel with excellent service including the airport pickup at 2.30am. Room was acceptable but very noisy both from the echoing corridor to people banging around the pool at 6.15 am which was just outside my window. Pool was good, restaurant fine and good wifi connection. The area around the hotel had little to do but it is only a short ride to most tourist spots. hats off to all the staff who could not have done better

Firstly the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. My in-laws booked this blindly as an overnight stay en route to our destination and after arriving in the evening I almost immediately began to notice comings and goings both to and from bedrooms by older Korean/Japanese/European men with young ladies. I'm wise enough to know what was going on. Luckily all our children were enjoying the lovely pool area and were oblivious to the nature of things. Whilst the hotel staff are fantastic we think this is a one time stay only for us.

The old lady get fresh retouch. it was my first stay since pandemic starts and realy amazing what they did out of the old lady (hotel). look the pictures i add. yes the rooms are still same old but retouch to. new aircons new color new set of 4 pillows now and amenity kits. the lobby is new the lady bar is gone and all changed to a family, business hotel. the restaurant have a roofdeck the pool is new etc. come and see yourself..

Breezy check in . Helpful staff. Complete room amenities . Clean room . Although linens and towels have seen better days they were clean . Loved that they have a “ tabo” in the shower . That’s sensitive of the owner. Yummy chicken stroganoff. Free shuttle service to SM clark. I would Stay here again .

We just had food and drink, did`nt stay there. everything was superb. The food was great and the service was impeccable. We will certainly go again and stay in a room next time which we will be looking forward to. And we will invite friends to come with us as well.

Hello! Early check-in is based on room availability. Check-out time is 12 noon daily; check-in time is 2 PM. If your room is available earlier than 2 PM our front desk will gladly assist you to get you checked in early.
Hello Stuart, yes it is true. The KTV closed at the end of March. It is currently being renovated and it could re-open in the coming months; however, it will likely not be the same as before as guests staying on floors directly above the KTV complained about the noise disturbance. Therefore, it will probably become an acoustic music lounge, with the TV's playing videos, or music, or movies, as more or less an extension of the restaurant. Nothing has been decided yet but we will let the public know through our websites and social media as soon as we are ready. Thanks!
Hello, the new restaurant concept has yet to be decided by the owners. Once a decision is made then we will announce all the details via our websites and social media.
We offer free 24-hour pick-up service from the Clark International Airport for incoming guests. Drop offs to Clark Airport have a charge associated, and are arranged by the guest upon check-out. Depending on the guests choice of return the charge can range between P150-P350 per vehicle.
