My friend and stayed here early march 2017 and could not be happier with the rooms, service and the friendly staff. Rooms were clean, spacious, in good condition and cleaned every day or on demand. Food was great and good selection and the roof top pool was a great place to relax, eat and get some sun. Good selection of breakfast meals. 24 hour room service came in handy a couple of times as did the shuttle and taxi service. Great position a short walk or trike ride to the action and all in all just a great place to stay. I would like to thank the newly appointed manager Juliet and all of her staff and all of the guys on the roof top for their friendly fun attitudes (all such lovely people) for making our stay a pleasant and relaxing time.

Whatever you do do not stay at the prime Asia hotel in Angeles City!! This hotel is a complete rip-off. They have a room ready for us and we requested an early check-in when booking but the hotel manager Juliet will not allow us to go into our room without paying an extra 1000 peso fee for a two hour early check-in at noon instead of 2pm!! Even though the room is ready they want us to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. I have never heard of anything like this in my life!! Unreasonable and insulting. She even lied telling me this was a department of tourism rule! Nonsense!! There are many hotels to stay in Angeles City for this price and less that know how to take care of their customers. If they're going to have an early check-in fee they should notify you of that when you are

We decided to stay in this hotel in Clark during Holy Week last Apr 13-14, 2017 based purely on internet research (e.g., photos, rating, and its supposed proximity to SM Clark but it's actually not as near as we initially thought). The room we got on the 4th floor was really quite good for the price (clean, nice design/ambiance). There's guarded parking in a nearby small lot which can get packed once cars of hotel guests come in by 2PM, but the caretaker there makes sure all all the cars there can go in/out without too much hassle (if it's already full, you're relegated to parking outside along the street, but the caretaker will still look after your car even if it's outside), we just gave him a tip when we left. For the price you pay, aside from the nice room, you just

Fatima, Jai, Marlon are assets of this hotel.. KUDOS as far as service is concerned.. !!! GREAT de luxe rooms.. Large and amenities are perfect.. NOT ok with de luxe king though.. There's a huge cutout in door... NOT ok when nature calls..!! Have to send my wife to next room.. Good thing I got two rooms... GYM, POOL perfect... !! There' a lifeguard even though pool is decently small... Great breakfast... But took 30mins to serve, understandable since hotel was fully booked during Holy Week.. Will definitely be coming BACK... !!!

This hotel is located on the periphery of the entertainment distict, providing decent walking access to Fields Avenue and distance from the bar zone. Right outside the door, you'll find an ATM machine, and within 5 minutes on the same street you'll find a 7-11, produce stand, fresh rotiseried chickens, and several laundry choices. (I'd recommend Tatang Labandero, NOT Angel Mae) A 10 minute walk north leads you to the busy Fields Avenue - near the polluted Jeepney terminal, JJ's mediocre grocery store; and the pleasant, reliable Margaritta Station. A 20 minute walk takes you across the highway to the SM mall and Hypermarket (large grocery store), or along Fields Avenue with its multitude of bars, restaurants, and shops. From this hotel, it's reasonably possible to cover

I was contemplating on booking a different hotel days before our planned vacation. Before booking, I checked other hotels with similar price ranges. I checked the comments for Prime Asia and most of the recent reviews are positive. I took the leap – three days two nights in and we enjoyed the stay! Prime Asia Hotel is located in the heart of everything. I say this because it's a walking distance to the jeepney terminal, Walking Street, and SM. The location is quiet for those who prefer solitude. We don't use a car to travel so having multiple travel options near the vicinity is a plus. Once we walked in the hotel we were greeted with all smiles. The crew were courteous and the check-in process was fast. However the building only has one elevator. When we got into our room, we

Me and a friend stayed here in March 2017 - couldn't have enjoyed it more. Great hotel, big spacious rooms, and loved the rooftop pool and jacuzzi - awesome!! All very clean and tidy - staff were great - especially Ronald the waiter upstairs - couldn't do enough for us. Food was good, although we only ate breakfast and a couple of snacks - but all served quickly and professionally. Location is OK - its a 10 minute walk from the action of Walking Street and about 15 minutes from the Mall (there's not a lot else in Angeles) but all perfectly safe and easy to get around. Well recommended.

This Hotel operates a ridiculous policy of not allowing anyone to check in until after 2pm I was kept waiting with my family for 3 hours in the lobby of this hotel As more guests arrived wanting to check in they told to wait in the lobby until 2pm eventually the lobby became overcrowded with a lack of seating come 2 pm as if by magic the room suddenly becomes available..... They charge extra if you want more than 2 pillows....unbelievable You need a key card to operate the elevator and with only one key card being given it was hassle for my wife and children to leave the hotel or go to the restaurant

We spent New Year's Eve (2017) { i know, my review is a bit too late, well, better late than never} :) We had a lovely evening at this place, the rooftop was the perfect place to watch fireworks! There's literally fireworks everywhere! The pool was nice, its not as huge as the other pools, but its enough to relax you.. It also has spa, lovely! Their toilet was clean, has a huge princess-like couch! Amazing! Food was nice, good value for money, we had their 3course meal offer then, for 700+ pesos, it includes steaks! yummy! Staff were accommodating.. Room was clean. We"ll surely be back!

This is great value hotel for those with a mid-level budget. All the amenities of a nice hotel, without the hefty price tag. Pros: Great service Hotel grade pillows, sheets and mattress Strong internet Strong water pressure in shower Clean Great in-room massage service (ask for Pauline!) Two restaurants for in room dining Cons: Walls are thin and when neighboring guests are noisy, it is easily heard. *was booked in a smoking room when i requested a non-smoking room. When i complained, they came to deoodorize the room again.
