We spent New Year's Eve (2017) { i know, my review is a bit too late, well, better late than never} :) We had a lovely evening at this place, the rooftop was the perfect place to watch fireworks! There's literally fireworks everywhere! The pool was nice, its not as huge as the other pools, but its enough to relax you.. It also has spa, lovely! Their toilet was clean, has a huge princess-like couch! Amazing! Food was nice, good value for money, we had their 3course meal offer then, for 700+ pesos, it includes steaks! yummy! Staff were accommodating.. Room was clean. We"ll surely be back!
This is great value hotel for those with a mid-level budget. All the amenities of a nice hotel, without the hefty price tag. Pros: Great service Hotel grade pillows, sheets and mattress Strong internet Strong water pressure in shower Clean Great in-room massage service (ask for Pauline!) Two restaurants for in room dining Cons: Walls are thin and when neighboring guests are noisy, it is easily heard. *was booked in a smoking room when i requested a non-smoking room. When i complained, they came to deoodorize the room again.
In our last day in Philippines, My husband and I stayed in Prime Asia Hotel. First of all, welcoming was not friendly. Because we arrived to the hotel before check-in time like 11:00 am - their first sentence was 'it's not check-in time right now' not even saying 'welcome'. In the room there were two low pillows on the double bed. We requested one more pillow but it was not free. They charged 50 Filipino pesos for a pillow. For the next day we booked a shuttle from the hotel to go the the Clark Airport (Hotel's shuttle service was not free). Shuttle arrived lately to the hotel 30 minutes. It was just stress. Last, it has been two weeks after our trip and they still haven't repaid the money for security deposit which they charged from us in our check-in. And no one has replied…
I typically stay at the big chain hotels this time I just wanted a base and good value. The prices was exceptional including the breakfast. It was central only minutes away Fields Avenue and SM. The room was functional and clean and well equipped except for an Iron and Ironing board (but I am sure on request would have been delivered). It was spacious and a good fast flowing hot shower. The breakfast was from a choice of 15 sets and a buffet on Sundays. It was good. The restaurant by the pool on the 6th floor was where I ate,. The international menu was wide and the food I had from the Thai page was authentic and spicy. So my eating choice of venue was easy and I would recommend even if you are not a hotel guest. Night time the restaurant by the pool has a huge screen where…
After a trip to Olongapo, we were traveling back home late at night when we decided to stay at a hotel in Angeles. Prime Asia seemed like a good option. The check-in process took quite a long time. We booked two rooms, one on the third and one on the fifth. The staff, however, were very friendly and offered help multiple times. We definitely had problems with the elevator system, because you only get one key card per room and it wasn't possible to go to a room floor without the key card. I recommend that they provide two key cards at least, just in case the occupants of the room wanted to go separate ways. The rooms were very good, clean, neat, and orderly in a modern design, kind of like an apartment-style room. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The breakfast was pretty much…
We stayed in Prime Asia for 5 nights we paid extra to get Free breakfast.. There are 2 days that they have buffet breakfast but my husband cannot eat it because mainly rice, dried fish and over cooked hotdogs..the buffet breakfast was also cold..we ask for complimentary breakfast but they want to charge us.They want us to pay for our breakfast because they are forcing us to eat the horrible buffet food. We argued and finally got the food with hair.In our first day of breakfast, i found also live ants in my plate. The shower was some days both taps just hot or just cold.
I've stayed at Prime Asia before and will probably stay there again, but this time was a bit disappointing. Firstly I had a really long checkin process, nobody really took the time to explain why, but apparently there was no available rooms based on what I'd booked so they had to clean up a different room. Would have been nice to know what was happening and maybe "go have a drink in the bar on us" wouldn't have gone astray. It's not like it's a problem because the room is nice, but smaller than I remember from my last stay. Let's talk about the room service. I tried to buzz 110 as per the menu, in order to get some food delivered to my room so I could continue with a meeting. No answer. Tried again a few times but still no answer. Not sure what went wrong there! I woke up…
Just recently stayed at the Prime Asia Hotel. Best way to book is through their direct booking webpage where they have the best prices as well as discounts for cash in advance. Rooms start from around 2500p Its not far off Fields Ave and Narciso Street is pretty well lite up. You hand over your CC card or a cash deposit for incidentals but they do offer pay as you go. They have a restaurant - Piccolo's on the ground floor which has high class food and also the hotels own place on the top floor which also houses the pool. Offerings here are pretty good also but prices have a 10% service charge added on after the menu price. You can book your room with breakfast included but I highly recommend you avoid doing this for the following reason. Monday to Friday they offer order off…
PROS 1.Room My husband and I loved the KING size bed it was so comfortable and the aircon was good. The room was spacious and had a cozy feel. There was also free water, coffee&tea in the room. Bathroom It was also spacious and they had a Hot/Cold in the shower. They also provided toiletries except lotion. 2.Security The hotel used key card not only in the rooms, you will need a key card even in the elevators. 3.Parking Space Aside from the parking area in front of the hotel they have another parking area located beside the hotel area.Kudos to the security guard aside from helping us to park he easily went to us and helped us with our things. 4.Swimming pool The pool is located at the roof top together with the Imo Resto Bar.They provided chairs in the pool area if you don't like…
We stay here 3 nights and we love it. The service is very good, the food incredible, and the pool amazing. We enjoy the breakfast every morning and dinner every night. Only the surroundings are shabby and a little creepy.
