The service was great but the parking space for the guests needs A LOT of improvement. I suggest that management should immediately fix it. Other than that everything is fine, though it would really be much better if they will add more choices on the menu :)

I had the Mongolian BBQ and it was very good. On another trip there the Mongolian BBQ was not worth the trip. It has to do with the chef. And I don't remember the name of the good chef. The rest of the menu seems to be okay.

Been coming here for the past three years, rooms are consistently clean and good value on rates. Cheaper to book thru Agoda than use their local resident's rate. Breakfast is still plated, average taste, bit oily when served. If you are driving here, parking is limited. The overrated Piccolo restaurant at the ground floow reserves most of the space, leaving guests to park on streets. Hotel should do something about their parking, it's stressful to be called early morning just to move your car somewhere else. Haaay! 😩 Front desks does not acknowledge guests, you get more attention from security and bell staffs.

Three years is a considerable time. Many things can happen that can affect an excellent hotel's operations. Stayed here again just a few days back. And I am surprised how things have changed. Check in was not that stress free. Room aint ready and I was booked in a room that is a smoking room. I did make it clear during chat with hotel staff that i have three kids with me a few days before we went. I was led to take another room which was more expensive and less ideal for me and the kids. Felt quite sad. But we tried to make the best of it. Come morning time, went to the gym. Tried a couple of equipments. Felt the stickiness of the handles and buttons of the machines. The drops of sweat and dirtiness is also showing. I stopped using the gym after just a few minutes. Went back to

Dear Guest, We would like to appreciate your review. We are currently on the plan to renovate the hotel, but since we are fully booked we have to make an extension of the hotel nearby to lessen the sounds of the renovation. We still want to give the best service of the hotel. Thank you and hope to see you soon!

We stayed here last month,June 2017. Rooms and amenities are great and very spacious. If you're looking for staycation this is definitely one. For rooms, they are clean, spacious and comfy but the bath tub is too small if your choosing room with bath tub For their pool, it opens around 7am until 10pm this is where you will have your breakfast ordered. The pool water is clear and they also have jacuzzi which is nice. In the evening they have karaoke or movie play which depends or guest request. One thing I am disappointed here is the food in the IMO bar/pool area, I ordered banana split for dessert which cost around 350-375 pesos. The price is too expensive for dessert but since I'm craving for it I still try with high expectations but I am disappointed so don't try the

First you need to understand that the owners of this hotel want to say they are a upper level hotel but they are not. The hotel has only one elevator and has a function room that uses it, staff, and the roof top pool and in house restaurant bar. So any trips up or down take a very long time. No parking to speak of maybe 10 total spaces with half belong to the outside Restaurant located on the first floor. Piccolo Padre is great and should not be judge with hotel because they only rent space in the hotel. The first room they gave us had no air conditioning working, after a 20 minute trip to the front desk they agreed to change rooms. The staff is rude and do not care about guest. The room was not cleaned well and had lots of damage. Would never book another room in this hotel,

We checked in at almost 5pm and it took a little longer than expected. We were even given the house rules, which included a non smoking clause and a Php 1,000 for violations. When we got to our rooms, both smelled so bad from cigarettes! So bad that we couldn't stand it - we had stomach ache, head ache and chest pain from being in our room for 10 mins. We weren't even asked in check in if we preferred a smoking room which we all hated. We went to the front desk and Fatima wont give us a non smoking room. After several minutes of reasoning out, she said that there was a room in the non smoking floor but only 1. We couldn't believe it because the bell hop said they weren't fully booked. So they took us to their 1 bedroom studio. The 2 rooms we checked smelled decent, so we said

Great hotel to stay despite the initial nuisance with my entry card . Upon arrival I had to go down to the reception 3 times to ask them to try to sort out my swipe card . When I have managed to use the lift with it than I could not enter the room and vice-versa . After all, they have managed to sort the issue. The room was great , spacious with a nice super king size bed and walk-in shower. Mini bar and some parfumeries on sale . Tea/coffee making facilitie and a safe. There are a couple of things where this hotel could improve, the carpet was heavily stained (room 401) and there was no Do not disturb sign to hang outside on the door handle so around 10am you will get the bell from cleaner and if you ignore that they will probably just go ahead and come in to the room .

My friend and stayed here early march 2017 and could not be happier with the rooms, service and the friendly staff. Rooms were clean, spacious, in good condition and cleaned every day or on demand. Food was great and good selection and the roof top pool was a great place to relax, eat and get some sun. Good selection of breakfast meals. 24 hour room service came in handy a couple of times as did the shuttle and taxi service. Great position a short walk or trike ride to the action and all in all just a great place to stay. I would like to thank the newly appointed manager Juliet and all of her staff and all of the guys on the roof top for their friendly fun attitudes (all such lovely people) for making our stay a pleasant and relaxing time.

Whatever you do do not stay at the prime Asia hotel in Angeles City!! This hotel is a complete rip-off. They have a room ready for us and we requested an early check-in when booking but the hotel manager Juliet will not allow us to go into our room without paying an extra 1000 peso fee for a two hour early check-in at noon instead of 2pm!! Even though the room is ready they want us to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. I have never heard of anything like this in my life!! Unreasonable and insulting. She even lied telling me this was a department of tourism rule! Nonsense!! There are many hotels to stay in Angeles City for this price and less that know how to take care of their customers. If they're going to have an early check-in fee they should notify you of that when you are
