The service was great but the parking space for the guests needs A LOT of improvement. I suggest that management should immediately fix it. Other than that everything is fine, though it would really be much better if they will add more choices on the menu :)

We stayed here last month,June 2017.
Rooms and amenities are great and very spacious. If you're looking for staycation this is definitely one.

For rooms, they are clean, spacious and comfy but the bath tub is too small if your choosing room with bath tub

For their pool, it opens around 7am until 10pm this is where you will have your breakfast ordered. The pool water is clear and they also have jacuzzi which is nice.
In the evening they have karaoke or movie play which depends or guest request.

One thing I am disappointed here is the food in the IMO bar/pool area, I ordered banana split for dessert which cost around 350-375 pesos. The price is too expensive for dessert but since I'm craving for it I still try with high expectations but I am disappointed so don't try the food here its not worth it but the rooms are great.

First you need to understand that the owners of this hotel want to say they are a upper level hotel but they are not. The hotel has only one elevator and has a function room that uses it, staff, and the roof top pool and in house restaurant bar. So any trips up or down take a very long time. No parking to speak of maybe 10 total spaces with half belong to the outside Restaurant located on the first floor. Piccolo Padre is great and should not be judge with hotel because they only rent space in the hotel. The first room they gave us had no air conditioning working, after a 20 minute trip to the front desk they agreed to change rooms. The staff is rude and do not care about guest. The room was not cleaned well and had lots of damage. Would never book another room in this hotel, we did not even stay the night left and went to a much better place. This hotel is not worth the money it would be OK at 1200 to 1500 pesos per night, lots of other hotels in that range that are much better.

We checked in at almost 5pm and it took a little longer than expected. We were even given the house rules, which included a non smoking clause and a Php 1,000 for violations. When we got to our rooms, both smelled so bad from cigarettes! So bad that we couldn't stand it - we had stomach ache, head ache and chest pain from being in our room for 10 mins. We weren't even asked in check in if we preferred a smoking room which we all hated. We went to the front desk and Fatima wont give us a non smoking room. After several minutes of reasoning out, she said that there was a room in the non smoking floor but only 1. We couldn't believe it because the bell hop said they weren't fully booked. So they took us to their 1 bedroom studio. The 2 rooms we checked smelled decent, so we said we'll take the rooms. But we were asked to pay the difference of Php 5,000+ each room. Ridiculous. Fatima said the manager is in a meeting and will be around at 8pm. It was almost 630pm and we were tired and hungry. my friend left her number for the manager to call as we really wanted to freshen up and rest a bit. Fatima was hesitant to give us the rooms but our bags were already there. So finally, I asked Fatima to call her manager coz this was entirely her fault.
1. Not informing us that she will give us a smoking room
2. Not informing us upon booking a few days before "that there are no non smoking rooms available"
3. Giving us the illusion that the hotel was strict with the no smoking policy
4. She's already made us wait for more than an hour just to check in
5. If she can't handle the issue, the manager should be called and not let guests wait further
While stating these facts, I told her she can't have a No Smoking sign at the reception and give us a smelly room.
Fatima then made a face. I asked her if there was a problem. She said she was just thinking. And in less than a minute, she said it was all okay and we won't be charged for our clean and not stinky rooms. Thanks Fatima. It didn't have to take long.
So as a trade off, there was still poop in our toilet! Gross! Thanks housekeeping!
Also, so much lies in their website. There's no gym and movie by the pool. Certainly no band during weekends.
Our room was okay, but the other room's ac didn't work too well. Their room was very hot.
At one point, we shared the elevator with a few other guests who were pissed off at the smoking issue too - and the elevator opened to a floor where 3 guests were smoking right there in their floor's elevator lobby. Good thing they didn't board otherwise we really would have stayed elsewhere. Never again Prime Asia.

Great hotel to stay despite the initial nuisance with my entry card . Upon arrival I had to go down to the reception 3 times to ask them to try to sort out my swipe card . When I have managed to use the lift with it than I could not enter the room and vice-versa . After all, they have managed to sort the issue. The room was great , spacious with a nice super king size bed and walk-in shower. Mini bar and some parfumeries on sale . Tea/coffee making facilitie and a safe. There are a couple of things where this hotel could improve, the carpet was heavily stained (room 401) and there was no Do not disturb sign to hang outside on the door handle so around 10am you will get the bell from cleaner and if you ignore that they will probably just go ahead and come in to the room . This is Angeles city and some guests will stay out until early morning and stiil be right asleep at 10 am ! Not really the way I like to start my day ! Silly music played in the lift which was getting to my nerves from day one. Over enthusiastic staff at front door :( Wifi was fairly good at all times ! Overall I would definitely stay in prime Asia agan if ever visit Angeles.

My friend and stayed here early march 2017 and could not be happier with the rooms, service and the friendly staff. Rooms were clean, spacious, in good condition and cleaned every day or on demand. Food was great and good selection and the roof top pool was a great place to relax, eat and get some sun. Good selection of breakfast meals. 24 hour room service came in handy a couple of times as did the shuttle and taxi service. Great position a short walk or trike ride to the action and all in all just a great place to stay. I would like to thank the newly appointed manager Juliet and all of her staff and all of the guys on the roof top for their friendly fun attitudes (all such lovely people) for making our stay a pleasant and relaxing time.

We decided to stay in this hotel in Clark during Holy Week last Apr 13-14, 2017 based purely on internet research (e.g., photos, rating, and its supposed proximity to SM Clark but it's actually not as near as we initially thought).

The room we got on the 4th floor was really quite good for the price (clean, nice design/ambiance). There's guarded parking in a nearby small lot which can get packed once cars of hotel guests come in by 2PM, but the caretaker there makes sure all all the cars there can go in/out without too much hassle (if it's already full, you're relegated to parking outside along the street, but the caretaker will still look after your car even if it's outside), we just gave him a tip when we left. For the price you pay, aside from the nice room, you just have to be a little patient for the elevator and when you have breakfast there during peak time (we arrived there around 9AM) as the few waiters there scramble to serve your orders. All the hotel personnel we encountered were nice and warm.

Based on our experience, we're open to go back to this hotel in the future.

This hotel is located on the periphery of the entertainment distict, providing decent walking access to Fields Avenue and distance from the bar zone. Right outside the door, you'll find an ATM machine, and within 5 minutes on the same street you'll find a 7-11, produce stand, fresh rotiseried chickens, and several laundry choices. (I'd recommend Tatang Labandero, NOT Angel Mae) A 10 minute walk north leads you to the busy Fields Avenue - near the polluted Jeepney terminal, JJ's mediocre grocery store; and the pleasant, reliable Margaritta Station. A 20 minute walk takes you across the highway to the SM mall and Hypermarket (large grocery store), or along Fields Avenue with its multitude of bars, restaurants, and shops. From this hotel, it's reasonably possible to cover Walking Street, Perimeter Road, and the mall by foot, though there are other hotels a bit closer and more convenient. For those with a vehicle, parking is available, but for a fee. Otherwise, trikes are always parked nearby - touting short rides (like Dau) for 100P.

The 9 story building is numbered as 6 stories, with most guest rooms being located on floors 2-4, apartments located on floor 5, restaurant on floor 6, and a small gym located above that. Outside, next to the restaurant, is an attractive pool area that includes a theatre and semi-private upstairs balcony area. Rooms on the front side of the hotel face a moderately busy street with traffic noise and occasional karoke music. Rooms on the back side face an open lot that is quieter, despite a distant construction project. From the upper floors, both sides offer an attractive mountain view above ugly tin roofs. An elevator serves the building adequately, along with convenient stairs.

My reservation for a 6-week stay was coordinated exceptionally well by the front desk manager via email. I received an excellent monthly rate, my preferred room preference, and a confirmed reservation without a wire transfer deposit. Upon arrival, I found the entire hotel staff to be exceptionally and consistently professional and friendly. As a long term guest, some even learned my name, and every day I was greeted warmly by the various crew, making my stay there particularly pleasant. Kudos to personnel here for having a positive customer service attitude - better than the local norm of most Filipino businesses.

My 5th floor apartment was modern, clean, roach free, adequately sized, well laid out, and furnished reasonably with a good, firm bed, sitting couch, working desk, lots of storage, kitchen, bath with hair dryer, vanity, and excellent large, separate, rain shower. (For those not liking the open glassed bathroom, know that blinds can be lowered if desired.) A full floor to ceiling set of windows let a lot of light into the room. The AC worked well, along with a TV that included Fox News, CNN, Disc, Nat Geo, Outdoor, 3 movie channels, sports, and other english options. The room also had a DVD player and sound system.

Problems though plagued this hotel that justfy my mixed rating:

- The internet was out for 6 days, and despite my daily complaint to the front staff, nothing significant was done until I sat down with the manager who was unaware of the problem. She had the issue resolved promptly - no thanks to her staff.

- Upon checkout, my 20,000P ($400) deposit was supposedly credited back to my credit card, but in fact wasn't. It took 2 weeks and 3 emails with documentation to get this mistake corrected.

- The hotel had a written policy for imposing a minimum charge on utility bills for the apartment stays. This resulted in me being charged 600P for my use of about 45P of water and electric my first 2 days. A sit down with the reasonable manager again got the issue resolved. Upon checkout, I was told that the credit was done; but in fact, it was not. After 3 weeks and 4 emails concerning the issue, the hotel has failed to provide the credit in any way, despite my providing bank wire information as directed. In fact, the hotel has failed to respond at all to my last 2 emails. They've crossed a line from questionable competence to questionable honesty and trustworthiness.

- At an unbusy time, my hotel checkout took 45 minutes.

- Many 5th floor rooms faced significant ceiling noise, this being the pool's loud music or theatre system on some evenings and kitchen scrambling from above every morning around 5am.

- The towels were subpar, with many of them sporting holes, shredded threads, and stains.

- The shower floor was constructed with poor drainage.

- The room had no iron or board, and the one offered by housekeeping was completely unsafe and unuseable.

- Housekeeping was inconsistent in their issuance of items.

- Maintenance was obviously not checking the rooms pro-actively for repair issues. I had 5 things wrong in one room that were all easy to notice, obvious repair items.

- The gym room was small, unclean, and neglected in many ways (AC, TV, & equipment).

- The restaurant and pool environment was noticeably degraded by staff playing the music loud too loud. It completely negated a relaxing place to hang out.

In summary, this hotel should and could be a 4 star rated place, but its unnecessary flaws, screwups with my account, and unwillingness to even respond to my recent emails warrants it a reduced rating in my view. Most guests will find it attractive and pleasant, but for a long term stay, it may not be the best choice.

I was contemplating on booking a different hotel days before our planned vacation. Before booking, I checked other hotels with similar price ranges. I checked the comments for Prime Asia and most of the recent reviews are positive. I took the leap – three days two nights in and we enjoyed the stay! Prime Asia Hotel is located in the heart of everything. I say this because it's a walking distance to the jeepney terminal, Walking Street, and SM. The location is quiet for those who prefer solitude. We don't use a car to travel so having multiple travel options near the vicinity is a plus.

Once we walked in the hotel we were greeted with all smiles. The crew were courteous and the check-in process was fast. However the building only has one elevator. When we got into our room, we were surprised how spacious it was for its price. The view was lackluster though so don't bother opening the curtains.

Inside the room, floor was clean, bed is fixed, the washroom is great! The minibar choices was lacking though and pricey. Considering there is a 7-11 nearby they should at least price it cheaper. But that's already nitpicking. Our room was lacking slippers and laundry bags so we had to request for it.

They have a restaurant at the ground floor and a bar on the rooftop. We didn't try the restaurant since the bar already has great food. We almost didn't try other restaurants in the vicinity because the bar food was great accompanied together with great view, day and night. The free breakfast food option was okay. Could be better though.

We had no time trying the pool so I can't comment on that.

We are planning to have a vacation again around Pampanga and Prime Asia Hotel is definitely on top of our list.

Me and a friend stayed here in March 2017 - couldn't have enjoyed it more. Great hotel, big spacious rooms, and loved the rooftop pool and jacuzzi - awesome!!
All very clean and tidy - staff were great - especially Ronald the waiter upstairs - couldn't do enough for us.
Food was good, although we only ate breakfast and a couple of snacks - but all served quickly and professionally.
Location is OK - its a 10 minute walk from the action of Walking Street and about 15 minutes from the Mall (there's not a lot else in Angeles) but all perfectly safe and easy to get around.
Well recommended.
