In our last day in Philippines, My husband and I stayed in Prime Asia Hotel. First of all, welcoming was not friendly. Because we arrived to the hotel before check-in time like 11:00 am - their first sentence was 'it's not check-in time right now' not even saying 'welcome'. In the room there were two low pillows on the double bed. We requested one more pillow but it was not free. They charged 50 Filipino pesos for a pillow. For the next day we booked a shuttle from the hotel to go the the Clark Airport (Hotel's shuttle service was not free). Shuttle arrived lately to the hotel 30 minutes. It was just stress. Last, it has been two weeks after our trip and they still haven't repaid the money for security deposit which they charged from us in our check-in. And no one has replied our emails about the deposit. Summarize, we spent only one night in Prime Asia Hotel and although my husband and I are mild people, we are not pleased.

The lobby of the hotel was nice, the hallways was dim. The room we got was not that spacious but it's okay for couples. The CR was not cleaned well especially the toilet and the bathtub. The toilet wasn't flushed & was really smelly while the bath tub had stains. Their towels needs to replaced. The bed was comfy but the pillow was smelly. Their complimentary breakfast (we ordered Korean breakfast) was disappointing. It only had a soup, 4-5 pieces of small spicy egg, a spoonful of kimchi and a cup of rice plus an orange juice. The food is not worth it for it's price of 250php. The pool place was nice. Majority of the staff were nice and accommodating. Overall of our stay is 1/5.

The hotel is very modern, the rooms are well designed and the shower is great.

The staff are very very polite and friendly and strive to help you.

The food is the best I've seen in the phillipines, in terms of quality, taste and presentation.

Will definitely stay here again. Thanks regards oliver

Staff are so friendly and very polite.. But one time we asked them to make our room and called them 3 times but nobody came and responded. Shuttle drivers are very kind but if u want to travel a kilometer away but inside the city they quite charge a lot of money..but the hotel was good..

I recently Visited Prime Asia in February 2015. Staff were very polite and Smart, Rooms very impressive and the Roof top bar and swimming area was stunning. limited parking did not cause an issue as the door staff would look after the car until a space become available. I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and found the menu to cater for most tasts, The staff could not do enough for you even transfering us by car to a neighbouring hotel to join our wedding party (unfortunatly not enough rooms available for all the family). i would highly recommend this hotel and even returned for a few extra days at the end of our holiday as we were that impressed

I went to this place with my kids. Booked two rooms. A king and a twin.
For the money, this place is a true gem. The overall experience is just excellent. Having had the chance to stay in different hotels in the world, this hotel truly impresses. I wasnt expecting much with the free breakfast they serve given the money I paid. I also saw some of the reviews about the breakfast. To me, it was still good...very much acceptable. The door bell could use some toning. Overall, excellent value for money.

1.) Hotel Room - it is OKAY. the showers are starting to be full of calcium deposits now, and need to be replaced.

TV needs to be replaced with a new tv sets, WIFI is serviceable, but the access points and routers need to be updated with new, faster, and reliable ones.

2.) Staff - Staffs are quite friendly and they make do with what the management has given them.

3.) Food is not bad. not the best.

4.) Speaking of Food, they have a NO OUTSIDE FOOD policy. which means you cannot even bring liquor inside your room. even 5 star hotels dont have this crazy policy. I know they are trying to survive the pandemic, but keeping your guests feel unwelcomed is not one way of surviving.

5.) Parking. They have parking for about 10 cars outside their building, and more parking are available at the adjacent lot. the problem is the adjacent lot can feel not secure at night time. feels like it is so easy for people break your windows.

I hate to give a bad review during this pandemic especially since the livelihood of so many people are at stake here.. but.. i really hope the hotel fixes its attitude with regards to food. there is a way to stay profitable in terms of food and still allow people to bring food into the hotel.

I also hate how the review has become about the hotel policy instead of things like location and service.

location, btw, is not bad. you do need to ride a trishaw to get to the walking street/ downtown.

Thank you for taking time reviewing our hotel. We are happy to know that you had a positive experience with us. We are gradually working on improvements, and have indeed renovated 30% of our inventory. Our parking is monitored by roving security and CCTV. With regards to the outside food policy, we are advising our guests before booking, and mentioning it on our website. We are also notifying guests who book using third party platforms, and offering full cancellation flexibility until the check-in process. Our guests are being informed and we verify with them acceptance of our policy before checking in. Thank you once again for reviewing our hotel, and we hope to welcome you again soon.

Situated about 300 metres off the main road, this property offers good value. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. The food in the main restaurant is decent and very reasonably priced as are the beverages.

Mid way during the 3 day stay, the air conditioner stopped working. The maintenance staff appeared within 5 mins of the call to the front desk and recommended to the front desk to provide me with another room which occurred within the following 10 minutes. Very impressive.

There is a decent sized pool on the rooftop that adjoins the main hotel restaurant. The inclusive breakfast is a selection of pre plated options cooked to order which is adequate.

The property ticks all the boxes when it comes to value and service offerings. Also offered is a complimentary drop off to the SM Mall and the main road. There is a laundry service less than 100 metres away as well.
